Our name is Middle East World Station, and we’re a non-profit organization. We do consultations for Japanese companies that want to work with Middle East companies. We also offer consultation for Middle East companies that want to work with Japanese companies; we can advise them about the color and theme they can use to be effective in the Japanese market.

We’re helping a client develop their Arabic website to start their business in the Middle East countries, so we needed someone to help us develop it.

We’re developing and designing a new website using WordPress with Dot IT as a new domain. We plan to attract consumers from Arab countries to introduce color in Japan and how it may affect their personalities or change their mood. The entire website's content is from Dot IT, and they did an English version for the logo and the design as well.

I searched for companies to work with on this project. I found and contacted many companies offering this service, but I was not satisfied with the feedback that they gave me. I wanted a company that I would be comfortable working with; I made a list for all those companies I had contacted and ultimately chose DOT IT because I was satisfied with their answers and everything else.

We began our partnership in September 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

From our internal team, feedback has been excellent about the website. Our Japanese members also noted that the designs match their needs — Dot IT is professional in designing the website.

How did Dot IT perform from a project management standpoint?

In terms of project delivery, they’re great — they were able to deliver the project within three weeks. They also have great teamwork and are very professional whenever I ask them to fix or redesign something. In terms of communication, we use WhatsApp and emails.

They are fast and professional in their outstanding service. They’re also very kind to customers and willing to help with anything, even after completing the project. They’re also very visionary; that is important because sometimes I have ideas, but I don't know how to transform them into something tangible — they care to advise me on how to bring my ideas to life.

I don't think there is anything they can improve on — they run many websites, and they’re experienced.

I will advise them to use this company because they’re very professional, transparent, and affordable. They have no hidden fees, and they are cutting a lot of costs.

Dot IT provided web development services. We started the project with a kickoff meeting to discuss their offerings and processes. Eventually, we decided on a WordPress site. 

We then shared our requirements and ideas with their WordPress development team, and they gave us feedback on what they could do for us. Additionally, we supplied them with both written and visual content.

They then started to build the site out according to our feedback. We initially had another hosting provider, but the website worked better on Dot IT’s hosting solution, so we decided to stick with them. 

Dot IT continues to maintain the site, which is available in both English and Arabic. It features a contact form, a floating banner on the homepage, and more.

A team of 3–4 worked in the background, but I only spoke with the founder and director.

I researched various companies online and asked for some proposals. Dot IT suggested having a phone call to discuss what we wanted for the website, and it went well. Price-wise, their offer was also reasonable, so we decided to go with them.

The project lasted from May–September 2021. They recently just handed off the website.

Since we just launched the website, we have yet to receive any feedback. However, we were satisfied with their work.

Dot IT managed the project very well. The team was communicative and in contact with us almost daily. Whenever we gave the team feedback, they would apply it to their work within 1–2 days. 

We didn’t use any project management tool, but we communicated over email, WhatsApp, and phone calls. Their replies were always quick and on point, and if we had any issues, they would get in touch with us immediately. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

It was a very smooth process — we were delighted with their services. Even now, we know we can always reach out to Dot IT and receive a swift reply.

They could’ve provided more frequent status updates. However, this wasn’t something that really bothered me.

Prepare your content very well and think everything through. Also, be sure to communicate throughout the process.

We needed to work on our SEO performance. Last year, if someone was to Google top law firms in Egypt, we wouldn’t have appeared in search results on the first three pages. That wasn’t good for us, so we hired Dot IT to work with us. 

What was the scope of their involvement?

Initially, Dot IT built our website from scratch. The previous site we had wasn’t good and presentable, so I wanted something that looked professional. Just by looking at the website, people should be able to trust our law firm to handle their legal problems. Moreover, the website we wanted wasn’t basic; it had a lot of information and talked about our team. 

At present, Dot IT helps us with our SEO efforts and keyword research campaigns, giving us guidance around the keywords we must include on the website. Their team also tells us which keywords should be included within our articles to increase our ranking on Google search results. 

Speaking of articles, our work is highly technical because it’s in the legal field. Being the PR director, I can’t write articles; they have to be written by a lawyer. Given that, Dot IT recommends the topics we should write about by giving us keywords. One of our lawyers will then write about the topic.

I searched for the top SEO companies in Egypt on Google, and they came out number one in the results. I thought that if they could put themselves there, they could also do it for us. I had no previous knowledge of them, but since they were ranked at the top, I believed they knew about SEO. As a result, I hired them.

We paid about $1,000 for the website. At present, we pay around $9,000 a month for their retainer fee. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in June 2020, and we have them on retainer. 

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Dot IT continuously does a great job, and I haven’t felt any drops in their performance at any point. Thanks to their continuous work, we now appear on the first page of search results. Every article they’ve recommended us to write has been shown on the first page of Google. 

On top of that, we’ve received more than 1,500 emails through the website from potential customers over the last year. In other words, we’ve gained a wide reach, and we’re reaching the right people. 

How did Dot IT perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re always on time. If something’s urgent, we communicate through WhatsApp since I’m not easily reachable via email. Moreover, we receive reports from them every month using Google Analytics, which shows us how the website is performing. It also shows us where our visitors come from and what keywords make us appear on search results. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re always on time, and their owner doesn’t overpromise. He tells me what we can reach for a certain month, and we often reach it. He sets realistic milestones and knows what he’s doing. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren’t any.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Listen to what Dot IT says and deliver what they ask. In our engagement, we experience a drop in our SEO performance when we fail to deliver the article they request. The fault is on us since we fail to give them what they need.

I’m the IT manager of an aviation company. We provide services for small aircraft and small jets. We help them secure permits, fuels, and more.

Our website was outdated. As a result, we were looking for a company that could redesign our website and handle our SEO efforts.

After Dot IT reviewed our website, they recommended that we rebuild and optimize it so that everything would work perfectly for SEO. The team then redesigned our website with a new configuration, and they built it from the existing code of our old WordPress platform. 

They’ve recently started to work on our SEO needs, and they specifically handle our Google and Facebook ads. They use Google Analytics and Google Search Console. I provide them with a list of words from our competitors, and I’m still waiting for their feedback.
