I am the CEO and oversee all operations of the company, including investments, development, production, and strategic planning.

We needed assistance in creating our branding and corporate identity

How did you select this vendor?

We had worked with Donovan in the past in developing several branding and marketing campaigns for a premium clothing brand that I managed. They provided high-quality results, and Michael was very skilled as a copywriter and strategist.

Brand and logo design, website, presentation materials for various company projects.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Typically 1-2 key points of contact, with Michael as the project manager and main point of contact. I would interface with his team of designers to approve materials and provide notes for revisions.

We have achieved a cohesive brand image consistent with our company's mission.

They were hands-on and proactive thinkers. Able to ramp up to handle tight deadlines as we required.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Articulate leadership.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We we based in the USA so face to face meetings were not possible. Zoom meetings and online presentations would have been useful and I'm sure they are utilizing this now especially during COVID.
