For what projects/services did your company hire Do Sales, and what were your goals?
We did not have a steady flow of leads leading to us missing our revenue targets on a regular basis. We were looking for someone to come in and proposed a fresh approach for our sales

We searched online to find companies that could help us and shortlisted around 4. We spoke to all of them and finalized on do.sales for their pure talent and approach

The campaigns were very innovative and resulted in amazing success. They were very particular about the quality of leads and did not shy away from suggesting where we were wrong.

Top notch. They were always available across channels. We also had a WhatsApp group going for us where the team was very responsive.

For what projects/services did your company hire Do Sales?
We hired them to build and run our sales pipelines/deal flows through lead generation campaigns and beyond. Essentially we wanted them to run our sales end-to-end
How did you select this agency and what were the deciding factors?
They reached out to us via a cold outreach of their own. We got onto a zoom call post which everything was just a breeze. The team was very proficient and really showed us how they did sales - which in turn grew our confidence in them.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
They provided us with a team that got us qualified leads regularly. I am not sure what sort of back-end resources they had working on our engagement, but we essentially had an Account Manager and a dedicated SDR, to begin with. The team quickly ballooned to 4+ people only because we became greedy :) as wanted more of their good work.
Describe the recruitment process in detail.
We actually just spoke to their sales team a couple of times before making the decision. During the initial sales process, they were very prompt and gave us everything we asked for along with details on their processes, how they would operate, what the communication cadence would be, etc. It was very professional.
Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?
We started small and grew the team pretty soon. We started with around 4 qualified calls a month with very soon grew to around 7-8 consistently. We still work with them, and that shows success.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Very effective and proficient. They are very particular about sending weekly reports (very detailed) and doing weekly touch bases. We usually interact over slack but they work like a well-oiled machine. So no real oversight needed.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Some of their best traits are; proficiency, persistence, quality of work, and consistent communication. We also closed some great deals within a couple of months of engaging

Nick and the team have provided value very quickly. Ramp up time was short and we have had several good leads in this time, including one high-value deal close. Nick and the team have been aggressive with goals to provide leads that will actually lead to sales, not easy, as selling tech solutions is a complex task.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Workflow has been great. Nick is always available through email and internal communication tools (including Slack). He is proactive in communicating and is great at keeping everyone on task.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
We closed a sizable deal within a couple of months of engaging with Do Sales, and more leads are coming in.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder and COO of Sensable, Inc. We provide automation equipment and a video processing platform for the warehousing industry.
What challenge were you trying to address with Do Sales?
We were looking to validate a product that we were developing and wanted to target potential customers for feedback. Do Sales helps connect us with the right customers.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They’re basically a sales lead generation service. Do Sales sets up dozens of meetings for us to have one-on-one hour-long calls with prospective customers. Their team does all of the legwork for us, identifying the right people we want to go after. Then, they help us generate and execute a targeted campaign.
What is the team composition?
I mainly interface with Nick (Co-Founder) on our weekly calls, but I know he has a lot of people working behind the scenes.
How did you come to work with Do Sales?
Nick reached out to me over LinkedIn. He’d looked at my background and noticed that I’d just started a company, so he pitched his services to us. It just worked out from there.
How much have you invested with them?
It’s only been around $5,000, but we’re only around half-way done.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them at the end of June 2020, and the engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
For the price and value that we get out of Do Sales, I’d highly recommend them. They’ve done exactly what they’ve promised within the right timeframe. It’s all high-quality work. I still have direct access to Nick who works with me to structure the project.
How did Do Sales perform from a project management standpoint?
The team is generally easy to work with. It’s a lot of communication back and forth — just the basic things that keep two teams connected. They use modern tools like Google Docs and Slack to give us status updates.
As far as what they used to execute their campaigns, I’m not sure what their tools are. I like the fact that they provide a weekly summary call to keep us updated on our goals.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The person who initially reached out to me is the person I still talk with today. There was absolutely zero bait-and-switch. Instead, we keep in constant communication with the right amount of detail, and they do as advertised.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, if I did, I wouldn’t be leaving this review. I’m going to use them again in the future.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Go with them without hesitation. They’re professional, easy to work with, and have a proven method. It’s nonsensical to do it yourself. What they’re offering is a very good value — you can’t ask for more.
