DK Global launched several types of outreach sequences through LinkedIn, email, and messaging platforms, working to get positive responses while handling objections and warming up the companies' interest before we met them. Apart from the mass-messaging approach, a lot of work was done manually with personalized approaches, targeting top management for a deeper engagement.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
DK Global provided us with 23 leads from enterprise companies (these were positive responses — those interested in a meeting with us). These leads resulted in 16 meetings. Currently, 3 of those leads are at the contract negotiation stage with our agency, while the rest asked us to follow up later due to their busy season. The LinkedIn profile used for the outreach saw an increase in Social Selling Index (SSI) from 19 to 39. DK Global helped warm up our email domain, so our emails no longer land in spam. Additionally, DK Global connected us with companies we had previously been unable to engage with, allowing us to establish relationships for future collaboration.
Through this process, we confirmed that outreach is an effective strategy for our agency, and we plan to continue outbound activities moving forward.
