Distinct Cloud Labs is helping me design and develop a mobile and web app. Currently, we have the app wireframes ready, and the team is now wireframing the website. Thus far, the project has been focused on the design, but we'll start the development process later this year.

As for the technology stack, Distinct Cloud lab has used Figma to create the wireframes. The main part of the system is the mobile app, which will be available for most platforms, including iOS and Android. Distinct has helped me design the whole app from scratch.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We're still in the development process, so this is a non-existent product yet. Still, the quality of Distinct Cloud Labs work has been outstanding so far. The team has put forth a very high-quality product that will help my business succeed in the future.

Distinct Cloud Labs communication has been great. I even had great communication with Manish. Communication is also effective through their company, as everyone is on the same page and aware of what's going on. This skill was especially noticeable when we switched project managers. As for collaboration tools, we've used Google Docs, Jira, Slack, email, phone, and text messaging.

The Distinct team, utilizing their knowledge of market research, implemented several changes to the logic behind the application, due to which, they managed to enhance the user interaction. They attempted to consider all possible scenarios that user may encounter while using the application.

We wanted to create an MVP to validate our idea quickly. Our tags use NFC and Blockchain to provide end-to-end product authenticity and new ways to engage with customers, enhancing customer retention. Our requirements were developing a UI for the product verification page. Alongside a cross-platform mobile app for writing NFC tags, a web-based dashboard for managing tags, listing tags, and other CMS features.

Key deliverables:

• Web app to display verification page, community page, feedback page, alerts page, and contests page.
• A dashboard to manage the verification page, display analytics, manage alerts, manage contests, add the tags, tag users, and manage feedback.
• A mobile app to write the NFC tags.
