Our client hired Disqover Agency to manage their advertising campaigns on Amazon. They already had experience selling on Amazon, the listings were ready and several advertising campaigns have already been launched. However, sales were low, advertising budgets were spent in large amounts, the client failed to raise performance and in desperation they began to look for specialists who could improve the situation.
The key goal of the client was to increase sales with a satisfactory ratio between net income and investment. The four main services that the agency advised in this situation were PPC promotion, SEO optimization, Chatbot to earn reviews and external traffic management.

At the same time, we were like mediators between both teams. It turned out that the listings were not indexed at all by Amazon's algorithms, which did not allow buyers to find products in the search engine and the existing weak advertising campaigns did not help to correct the situation.
The agency gathered the semantic core of the relevant niche, selected the relevant key queries, helped the client to change the texts on the listings and fill them with relevant keywords. The agency also worked to develop recommendations for updating photos on listings to improve the overall appearance of listings and the experience of buyers while buying a product.
When the work on optimizing the listings was completed, the agency's specialists developed a promotion strategy for the client, launched advertising campaigns on optimal budgets agreed with the client. It took some time for the listings to go through the indexing phase and gain trust from Amazon's algorithms. From that moment on, the agency's team essentially began the process of promoting and constantly monitoring and optimizing campaigns. However, our client was warned in advance that the immediate effect should not be expected.
The listings were relatively new, there were very few orders, the number of reviews did not exceed 2-3 feedbacks, and the average rating was about 3-3.5 stars. It was explained to the client that with such initial indicators, advertising campaigns on Amazon alone will not be able to launch intensive sales. The number of clicks has increased since the ad was launched, but there have been no much more orders.
In this situation, the agency strongly recommended launching a chatbot to increase the number of reviews and feedbacks on the listings. Basically, the client communicated only with the project’s account manager on behalf of the Disqover Agency. The account manager, in turn, supervised all processes and managed the entire team of specialists who were involved in the work: strategist, SEO & PPC (internal traffic) specialist, reviews & external traffic specialist, analyst and product manager.

As the client had already launched campaigns before, the agency's team analyzed which search terms and target keywords performed badly and excluded them from advertising to decrease costs.
Also, they found target keywords and search terms that performed well and moved them to other separate campaigns for each targeting keyword to be able to control the placements. The client’s product has unique features that define him from the competitors, so agency’s specialists made a research of long-tail keywords that accurately describes the product and used them to advertise it on top of the search.

Our company actively develops new different markets. One of the biggest marketplaces that cover more than 10 countries is Amazon, so it was our main destination. Disqover happened to be the agency that specializes in different marketplaces.

From the first stages of our cooperation, we were satisfied with the process. Once our seller account has been set up, we begin the process of creating listings. We decided that for the convenience of sales management, we will use FBA fulfillment, which involves sending our goods to the Amazon warehouses, where Amazon will store them and send them to the customers. At this stage, we encountered difficulties with transporting and storing regulations because Amazon classified our goods as Dangerous goods (also called hazmat). That's about the substances or materials that may pose a risk during storing, handling, or transporting because they contain flammable substances.
To prevent potential health and safety risks, Amazon required us to provide information about our product and pass a lengthy inspection before we could be allowed to sell our product. We provided all the necessary documentation to the Disqover team, and they took over the entire process of passing the inspection. It took a long time due to delays on Amazon's side, but as a result, we finally managed to solve all the problems. The listings have been successfully created and were ready to ship our products to Amazon warehouses in the United States.
We also assigned the Disqover team the task of connecting our brands in different countries to the seller's account on Amazon. We wanted each of our listings to be under our registered brand. This would be a bonus to consumer reliability in our products, and also - opened up many opportunities to use brand tools, such as creating additional content on listings, creating a brand store, launching brand advertising, and blocking all other sellers who sell our products without permission and more. For the most part, all of our communication with the team was through our Account Manager. The Account Director of the team and the agency's CEO has always been in touch with us also. We knew that other specialists also worked on the tasks related to our project, but we did not need to communicate with each of them separately, because we knew that our Account Manager manages the teamwork, and monitors the implementation of tasks and deadlines. Therefore, it was comfortable for us to stay in touch with our manager and coordinate all the moments through him.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We decided to create listings for almost 20 products. As a result, all the listings were created, we solved all the issues related to the hazmat regulation, so in this direction, all the problems were solved and this is a very good result. Regarding the connection of trademarks in different countries - we have agreed with the agency to connect trademarks in almost 10 different countries. The team successfully connected all brands and, at our request, expanded access to the use of brand tools on Amazon to our distributors. In general, we are very pleased with the result and we can say that we have never regretted that we hired Disqover Agency.

As I mentioned above, it was very important for us that the vendor was ready to deal with such a large client as us and was ready to solve quite complex cases related to our product. We were very pleasantly surprised that the team was not stopped by any difficulties that arose in the process of work.
All problems were discussed quickly, good working solutions were found and we did not notice any signs of confusion. They were true professionals with the appropriate knowledge, skills, and experience for all our needs. When the team is not afraid of any difficulties and obstacles, sets ambitious goals, tries to meet the demands of its client, and copes with all the tasks quickly and efficiently - it speaks for itself.

We take all our steps on Amazon together with Disqover Agency, We have started from Seller Approval and this process was quite fast and easy for us thanks to Disqover. Then we proceeded with listing the products, preparing the description and images.
