Director Manager of Wonderful Doors Pty Ltd. We supply custom made doors to Traders, Sub-Contractors and Builders.
For what projects/services did your company hire Direct Marketing Agency?
Sales were stagnant, acquired services of Direct Marketing Agency to build social media profile and increase traffic and brand recognition.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Direct Marketing Agency is within the Industry and understood our needs. They provided a plan and It was exactly what i needed. With time constraints, DMA provided exactly the services our company required.

They customize our social media profile on Facebook and Instagram. Reworked on our company logo and Webpage. They created Multi-media Advertising material and took management of our marketing aspects.

Three staff members were on board to take care of our marketing needs.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Within 30 days we received over 10 new projects. That's quite a jump for such a short period. We received so much enquiry's that our production can not cope. Currently contractors are still contacting but we can't take on the new workflow. Quite a jump with such little time.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Communication was perfect. I felt safe from day one. They took care of what I couldn't. So I'm very please with their work.

Overall I'm happy with their service. Nothing to complain. Will be using their services again when my production team are better prepared to handle the new workflow.
