I am the owner of a Property Investment, Education, Analysis and Sourcing company.
For what projects/services did your company hire Direct Clicks, and what were your goals?
We were starting a new company from scratch and needed an online professional presence to provide investor clients with a sense of who we were and how we could help them
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We searched online for digital marketing agencies. After meeting with Direct Clicks we straight away felt at ease. Their professionalism, the way they listened to our needs and the solutions they brought to the table made us feel comfortable that were were with the right company.

As a start-up we needed needed help with everything. Branding guidelines, website design, advice on website content to best fit in with SEO and Facebook advertising goals to generate leads. SEO and Facebook strategies. Monitoring of results to tweak advertising for optimum results.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We worked with the Head of Paid Research, The Performance Manager, Senior Digital Producer & Project Manager and other Marketing Executives (content creators). This great team worked closely to together to achieve an integrated plan for an online presence.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
A great advertising campaign is a result of constant feed back between our company and Direct Clicks. Campaigns are forever evolving. Due to good and ongoing communication, our September 2021 Google Ad clicks were up 15%, impressions were up 23%, impressions shares were up 15% and conversions were up 58%.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We have regular meetings to go over campaign performance and regularly meet in person or via zoom and communicate by email and phone. Whatever is best to understand our heading. Direct Clicks have in effect become our marketing department that just happens to reside in another building.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They are a one stop shop for all our digital marketing needs. More than that, Direct Clicks listen to your needs and they are a great bunch of people to work with. I don't feel like a client I feel like a partner!
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
No. Direct Clicks have been brilliant!

For what projects/services did your company hire Direct Clicks, and what were your goals?
We were looking to drive more leads from candidates with paid search and to use SEO to drive more B2b leads
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
we chose direct clicks because the strategy they outlined spoke to us and we were happy with both the projected campaign costs and lead volume forecasting.

we started out with burst campaigns on paid search to test for viable search terms/keywords. once we had these we laid out content plans in order to use SEO to pull in the right sort of traffic. we then used CRO to increase the number of conversions we were getting from tat traffic pool. these campaigns are ongoing.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
we typically worked with 3 people. the Growth lead set the strategy at the beginning and the account director and his colleagues implemented it.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
we had a kpi for both CVR and total volume of new leads which we surpassed in month 3.

we worked very closely with the team and could contact them whenever we felt we needed too. mostly we communicated via calls and emails with monthly meetings when we could.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
they are a small, but personal company who take the time to get to know us. They are working with us, not just for us!
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
we will be taking the current learnings forward to next year but i am happy with how everything played out.
