I’m the founder of a software development firm.

What challenge were you trying to address with DIQ SEO?

I needed help with developing my website, digital marketing, and SEO services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They perform web development using WordPress and SEO to increase the visibility of those websites by doing PPC surfaces, backlinking, and other efforts to help bring more traffic into our platforms. They’ve also done some design work for the frontend of our sites.

It’s been a research and discovery process where they also implement features to our site that we request, like home and contact pages where we describe what our company does. For SEO, they use Google Ads, SEMrush, and a few other technologies. In addition to that, their services also include hosting through GoDaddy.com.

What is the team composition?

We work directly with Eric (Head of Engineering) and Sabina (Digital Marketing Specialist).

How did you come to work with DIQ SEO?

I found them through a Facebook ad, and we chose them because they seemed a knowledgeable and friendly company and had the best options available for my business.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in February 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I can notice how they can make our business very productive through their work. In addition to that, they’ve been great as far as quality goes. 

How did DIQ SEO perform from a project management standpoint?

They perform excellently in that area; they know exactly what we need and make sure to get it done with fantastic quality. In terms of tools and communication, we use Slack, Google Meets, texts, and phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The best part of working with them is the fact that they’re local and their reliability.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on — they do everything correctly. 

Any advice for potential customers?

Have initial conversations with Sabina because she’s organized and level-headed to ensure that you can understand what’s going on and how the project is supposed to work.
