Our CEO was looking for digital marketers to take on the job and had pres-elected several vendors. DigitInk stood out with good research our industry, understanding of our business and a very professional and convincing proposal to improve the performance of our digital marketing efforts

DigitInk is a full-service digital marketing agency. They ran our social media marketing, Google ads, search engine optimization, Bing ads, landing page creation, email marketing, analytics and reporting, and content creation.
They came up with an integrated digital marketing plan that included analysis of our current advertising strategies, competitive research, website performance analysis and the creation and execution of the digital marketing plan.
What was the team composition?
I've worked closely with the two founders of the firm, Velizar and Daniel, who are the main force of the firm. I am not sure how many more people are involved
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Since beginning to work with DigitInk, they were able to increase the traffic to our website and grow our applications and sales. Their campaigns were received with good feedback from our target audience.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The workflow with them has been great. They communicated directly with our Head of Marketing, always provided timely updates, reports and proactively raised issues and helped solve them. We communciated over Slack, Zoom and Email, but they always joined our annual team retreat to bond even more with the team, which was amazing extra service from them.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
They are super professional, hard-working and results-oriented. They get the hand of the business swiftly and quickly turn around underperforming channels with very well structured targeting, content and execution. They are detail-oriented and always willing to go the extra mile for their clients.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Nothing is ever perfect, but we were very satisfied with the results we achieved and the valuable business partner we got in the face of DigitInk.

The Consulting program - "Online Marketing" had to be conducted by experts in the field and we chose DigitInk to help us achieve our goals. They consulted our car dealer on the following: How to create awareness, generate and attract high-quality traffic, ensure, effective data collection, and further consistent lead nurturing.
Also, how to focus on generating more leads from online channels by enabling professional Online Marketing planning, Online Campaign Management, and professionalizing Social Media Marketing. Last but not least, setting up local online KPIs and web analytics to measure and analyze online performance.

They were suggested to us by the agency which is providing the Consulting programs to us. We liked them right away because they are young and motivated professionals that know their field of expertise. Additionally, they are open-minded and ready to adjust to your specific business needs depending on the industry you are in.

First, they conducted a health check of our car dealer's online marketing activities in order to be able to focus on their pain points and respectively shape the next steps towards improvement. After that, they performed different actions together with our car dealer in order to increase the online leads, optimize costs/lead, and increase Social Media traffic.

We stayed closely aligned and they have been very flexible and helpful. Also, they were proactively contacting us in case of questions or issues. A great collaboration overall!

They ask the right questions and provide the right argumentation why something needs to be done and what can be achieved by doing so. I find this very crucial.

Even though their experience in the automotive premium sector was not so extensive, they managed to get the specificities quite quickly. Overall we are very happy with the provided consulting.

Communication with DigitInk is super easy and smooth. We don't feel like working with an agency, but more like with an internal digital marketing team.

The thing that amazes us is the effort that they put into their craft. They are constantly looking for new ways to reach better results.

For what projects/services did your company hire DigitInk?
I hired DigitInk for mainly 2 things that they did great: website creation and digital marketing strategy creation and implementation.
What were your goals for this project?
The goals of the project was to have a fully working (and easy to administrate) website by the end of the year (2018) and later implement the digital marketing strategy from January 2019. After its implementation, we had a couple of goals: 15 projects/month and CPA lower than $80.
How did you select this vendor?
I selected Digitink, because after the chat that I had with them, they managed to understand my needs and see what I really wanted to achieve. What is more, I really liked it when they explained how they work - how they onboard a client, how they communicate with him/her and how they report the results they have achieved.

First, they bought my domain, installed WordPress on it and then developed the fully functional website.
Meanwhile they were doing that, they created my Integrated Digital Marketing Plan, consisting of analysis of current business and digital data, competitor research (business model and digital marketing presence) and digital strategy and tactics for all the different channels.
Once we discussed the document and agreed up on it, the guys started implementing it giving me weekly and monthly reports.
What was the team composition?
I have worked with both of them - Daniel and Velizar.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
In one month they built my website. In two months they managed to find me the first 20 projects using their strategy.
After that, they managed to keep up with the tempo and each month they delivered me the target projects.
They managed to keep the CPA below $80 with a ROAs of ranging from 7 to 15 during the different months.

As I am a freelancer, the communication was just between me and them and it was pretty smooth.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Their attitude towards the project and my business in general. They worked as if this was their business. Also, they managed to achieve all the goals we have set up previously.

I hired DigitInk with only one reason, to help me with my Instagram and social media appearance. We focused our efforts in increasing the views and followers on my Instagram account. The biggest challenge that we faced was that my profile is not stricktly categorized as let's say "fitness" or "healthy food" or "bloger" my account is more like "life style of one young guy". I started collaborating with several food develiry companies, thanks to the adverts. for them I were able to cover all my digital marketing expenses. I started collaborating with one of the biggest local fitness centers. I've got free pass for me and friend of mine, free protein bar, and I start receiving a money for every people who sign up for membership thanks to my code.

I can say that we work in a really good way. We've done multiple comapaings and we've never have a conflicts.

How flexible, adaptive, open minded, young and motivated individuals they are. They can solve any problem with their out of the box thinking.
