This is Md. Aminur Rahman. I am the Senior Manager of Suvastu Engineering Limited. Suvastu Engineering Limited is a pioneering Multi-Disciplinary Engineering Company in Bangladesh.

We started our journey in 2017 as a well-organized Construction company based on the strong foundation and experience of the greater Suvastu brand family. I supervise all the marketing-related matters with the Agency.

We hired DigitalVast to design & developing posh, elegant website & company profile that reflected our brand and connected with our audience.

What were your goals for this project?

To get attention from Real Estate Developer, Government & Investors.

We were searching on Google for the best web development company in Bangladesh. And we found DigitalVast and experienced with the industry we are serving for.

DigitalVast UI/UX Team provided us initially the User Interface & User experience Analysis. After serval correction, we finalize the UI & UX. Then the Development team completes the job done. Also, the creative team done an outstanding company profile design for us as well.

What was the team composition?

3 UI/UX Team, 6 Development Team & 8 Creative Team. Also, Account Manager & CEO was directly involved in our project.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

After completing the project we started to showcase our website to various investors. It brings an outstanding result. Investors are happy with the way everything presented. Not only we generated leads, but we also sell our services very quickly.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The website development & Company Profile Design Process was arranged by professionally. And it reduced the time to complete the project. For development, we approved the UI/UX in the beginning and for the Profile Design, We approved at first the Table of content. Thats make everyone's life is easy.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their creativity, time management, product knowledge, and, of course, commitment stood out.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I think DigitalVast is a pretty good team in Bangladesh.

I am the Sr Executive (Digital Marketing) at Rupayan Group. We are basically Largest Real Estate company in Bangladesh and serving 21 years in this industry. And I am the responsible person to handle the Agency and full digital marketing for Rupayan Group.

We are at Rupayan Group were struggling to find prospect leads to increase our sales and revenue from various channel including Digital & other media. We found that DigitalVast is the largest & top agency in bangladesh. So we decided to take an shot with the team. And Asked a presentation to improve our digital marketing strategy & increase revenue.

Our Goal was to find potential leads from various online media.

We asked couple of agency to pitch for our brand. There were lots of thing we consider to hire DigitalVast. 1. Aggressive marketing plan. 2. Sustainable Planning & Strategy. 3. Pricing Model & Yearly Budget, which align with our company. 4. Strong Communication Skill & dedicated team effort with the pitch.

DigitalVast started with us only Digital Marketing Sector. But as we are group of company we needed various type of service. Such as Creative Design, ATL Planning, BTL Planning & Execution, Digital & TV media buying. I directly coordinate with DigitalVast Team to execute all the plans. Fine tunning with the Plan align with our brand & company policy. DigitalVast provided us the highest quality of lead from Online. That create sales and increase revenue from new channel.

What was the team composition?

I have worked with them very closely and they are really dedicated team. Besides they have really well knowledgeable and big team and that makes more smooth to executing our plan.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

From our new advertising channel, our revenue growth 300%. And The credit goes to DigitalVast again. They made the unexpected data driven result for us.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We are working couple of vendor, but no doubt from the support we got from DigitalVast. And we also give them appreciated certificate for their tremendous support. Even though at 1:00 Am we get support from DigitalVast team.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their unique approach, data analysis, creative quality, and setting up targeting groups are most impressive. We also worked with other agency, but the professionalism and restricted support give us really pain, but digitalvast made life easy for us.

Are there any areas for improvement?

So far I found everything is perfect. But there is some few things DigitalVast can improve that is involve more creative people and work on more innovation strategy.
