Google Account Management
The challenge:
EverieWoman™ came to us with no google ads running. At the time the brand was generating between $60,000-$70,000 every month. It was imperative that they start ads right away. Our goal was to begin with warm campaigns, then move to shopping campaigns. Finally, we wanted to run cold search and display remarking campaigns. The idea was to bring in an extra 10-20% of revenue from google while remaining graciously profitable.
We set off to complete our goals for EverieWoman™ and the first month was great. We followed the plan that we made for them starting with warm and retargeting campaigns. We were able to generate them $4,800 in revenue at a 299% return.
During the following two months we were able to interpret the data and apply our strategy to their account. Slowing scaling while maintaining the ROAS. For those 60 days we were able to spend $26,700 to make back $78,900 at a 295% return.
That comes out to a 1,568% increase in ad spend while maintaining the same return on ad spend.
At this point in time EverieWoman™ saw our results and allocated more priority to further scale their account. So that was exactly what we did. Referencing the image below you’ll see that we spent a rough $41,000 to make back a pretty $115,000 at a 280% return.
Once again we increased the ad spend by 53% percent with still a very acceptable and profitable return.
In the more recent months EverieWoman™ has asked us to scale down the account and try and maintain a return above 300%. We both agreed that client profitability is the main goal and now that we proved to them we could scale if they needed us to, it was time to take a step back and focus on the bottom line. No problem, today we are managing the account at a consistent 320% return per our clients request.

Google Account Management
The challenge: MommasShop™ was successfully running google ads when they asked us to partner with them. The issue however, was the lack of attention the account was getting. When we stepped into the account we noticed a small amount of changes that should be made immediately.
Our goal was to restructure the account, then to scale the campaigns all while decreasing the CPA.
We increased their ad spend over 300% while also increasing the ROAS from an average of 350% to over 550% in February.
We have since continued to help MommasShop™ grow as a business while improving brand identity.

Google Account Audit/Optimization
VEA® was spending about $100 per day on google with an average Cost Per Purchase of $6.54. Average Return on ad spend was 8.07.
Exactly 7 days after our changes their Cost Per Purchase dropped to $4.24 and their Return on ad spend jumped to 13.87.
1 Month later, Cost Per Purchase hovered around $3.74 (43% drop in CPA!) and their Return on ad spend was a solid 14.44.
They had no real strategy when it came to google ads. They had just set up campaigns and let them run because they were generating a profitable ROAS (can’t blame em). Had they known they could save 43% of their spend without decreasing conversions, they probably would have had us set them up to begin with saving them literally thousands, for bigger clients this could be tens of thousands of dollars wasted for completely nothing.
For the most part they were running warm, and cold search campaigns. They also had some youtube campaigns running. Shopping wasn’t an option because they are selling a digital product however, that would have been cool to optimize too.
The account was primarily smart campaigns which gives google the wheel without presenting you with much data.
If used properly smart campaigns are great however, in their situation they needed to segment all of the keywords alike to their own campaigns and block the ones that were consistently spending without getting conversions.
This would make it easy to see what “type” of keywords are worth more attention. This also keeps things extremely organized in the account.
Now we are not leading experts in this field but it turns out spending millions of dollars on google actually teaches you some things. We were able to find 5-10 major issues in the account and once we corrected them the Cost Per Purchase kept dropping.

Google Ads Management
The challenge:
Spinedeck® was initially running google ads without conversion tracking set up. They were simply bidding on warm keywords so their competitors wouldn’t highjack customers that were inside their funnel.
The goal was to fix the tracking errors, restructure the warm search campaigns, add cold search campaigns, start shopping and retargeting campaigns, then finally display campaigns. In a few weeks, with all of the new data, we would begin to optimize each campaign.
We successfully fixed the Spinedeck® google ads account tracking issue and then went about managing their account the way we intended. The progress was slow and steady and we were trying to grow the business only as fast as the client wanted us too.
We set a goal to average a 350% return on ad spend by the end of each month so that the client was satisfied with his net margin. Fortunately we consistently outperformed that goal as we scaled the campaigns. In Quarter four the average account return on ad spend was almost 375%.
In December of 2020 we were on track to generate $250,000 in revenue had they not unexpectedly run out of inventory.
We still work with SpineDeck today improving their account however we can.
