I’m the managing director at Arkveda, an e-commerce company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Digital Upward Pvt Ltd?
We needed a company to provide development and promotional services.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Digital Upward has designed and developed from scratch our e-commerce website. We initially told them the functionalities we needed, and they gave us several samples.
Now, they’re n helping with SEO and digital marketing. We’ve worked closely with them on keyword research, suggesting some keywords. They also manage our Instagram and Facebook accounts and do Google Ads.

After 2–3 weeks of SEO, we got so many leads, and most of them are being converted. Overall, it’s been a good experience so far. We’re looking forward to continuing our work with them.

We’re happy with project management and don’t have complaints. They meet the timelines perfectly and are always available. We communicate via phone because we prefer it.

We needed help with digital marketing.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Digital Upwards does our digital marketing and SEO. They handle the entire web presence and have completed the website. In regards to PPC, they’re running the campaigns on Google Ads and social media. They’re also selling our products on Amazon. They create content and handle all of the IT work.
We are also planning to have a mobile app.

We worked with a project manager, a content writer, a graphic designer, a developer, and an SEO person.
