We are a Garden tools manufacturing company dealing with selling of Lawn Mowers, Gardening Hand Tools, Flower pots and various Garden Decor products. We sell products offline & online. I handle the overall marketing of the brand. I'm also a part of the E-commerce department of the company.
For what projects/services did your company hire Digital Upstarts?
We had hired Digital Upstarts for our Instagram Marketing services. They were handling our Instagram account, right from designing creatives to posting and managing ads.
What were your goals for this project?
Our primary goal was to have our brand's presence on this social media platform along with increasing the fan base and later converting them to e-commerce sales. We wanted to market our garden decor products, as Instagram was the right platform to do it.

We were previously working with Digital Upstarts for other digital marketing services, which was a small part of the overall digital strategy.

What was the team composition?
As we had direct contact with the COO, we mainly communicated with him along with the account manager appointed by them.

Our brand got a good social media presence through Instagram which was managed by them. We did generate inquiries on our products as well.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Very effective. Quick communication and response helped me throughout our contract.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Their quick & prompt communication skills. Also, the designing of the posts was fairly good. Their technical knowledge of implied digital marketing strategies was also on point.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Designing and conceptualizing has a lot of room for improvement. Also, the improvement in the pricing of the various services is something to consider.

We started working with Digital Upstarts in March this year. We were looking for a new partner agency, which can promote our products in Africa, Asia and Latin America.
What were your goals for this project?
Our only goal for all campaigns is to drive as much sales as possible. Digital Upstarts help us with that. They achieved great results in very short period of time.

Our research team found Digital Upstarts as agency and i contacted them. The communication with their CEO Nitin was very easy and professional from the very beginning.

After i explained them what we were looking for they've started to work on our goals right away. They consider my suggestions as well, which is very important to me. The work flow is amazing, and I really appreciate our partnership.

They have been very open to work with our creatives ans materials even though they also have great team, which makes beautiful banners. Sometimes when our designers are too busy I also order banners from them and I am always amazed with the creativity and the high quality work from their side. The communication is smooth and working with them is a great pleasure.

We have achieved great results together and we try to scale them every month.

The work-flow is amazing! I never had any problems, misunderstandings or anything that went wrong. We communicate all the time.

In the type of work we do it's really important for both sides to understand each other quick with less words and to act faster. I think that we have mastered that already!

I hope they expand their business and open offices in Europe :)
