Lotus & Ash is a creative studio and stationery press in Los Angeles. We work with creatives, founders, and couples around the world to build compelling visual identities, and produce one-of-a-kind paper goods and decor for weddings and events. I am the founder and creative director.

We had a special anniversary company up for our client's 10 year anniversary, and we needed to develop a website that would help all there internal employees (2,000+) to visit the site to see how their company has progressed over the years.

We selected this vendor by interviewing a bunch of different website development companies and seeing which ones had the best skill set we were looking for. Their presentation was very professional, and we knew right away that they were the group that we’d work with.

The deciding factors was their brochure information and the clear steps that they take as a team to ensure that the project was completed on time and successfully.

We have received a 90% or more customer satisfaction rating by the user that have visited our site and we have a very high conversion rate of the form submission.

Their team was very professional in managing the project successfully from start to finish. There was clear structure and goals that were hit in place. We had weekly or biweekly meetings to check up on the progress and that was made via Zoom Calls.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They provided a very professional development process and great at communication the whole time. We had last minute design changes, and Digital Solution was focused on hitting our launch date — working tirelessly until we were done!

Our company is a real estate agent company that helps people sell their apartment buildings. My position here is with multiple hats. I handle our internal CRM business, our website, help with sales to gain new clients and growth of our team.

Our website and internal crm was developed over 7 years ago and we were in need of a more professional looking website to help with our overal branding for when clients visit us an then for our internal custom software to help us keep track of our clients and our sales process with our clients.

We searched online via google and then searched locally for companies here in southern california. We found their website, spoke with them and then received a quote. We also looked around and received other quotes from different companies here in San Diego or southern california area. The deciding factors was their professionalism, the quality of design work, and the project plan they had.

Their team first analyzed our current website and internal crms. They then put together a project plan which was to recreate the design then have their development team develop the design. The also helped with UX research and created our internal user avatar of our client. They interviewed us via phone and questionnaire to learn more about what we wanted for our internal crm and incorporate that into the internal crm that we use.

We worked with about 5 people. There was the lead project manager, the ux person, the ui designer, then their software engineers.

We have improved our internal sales process b maybe 245% and we are more efficient in our work now with our internal process. We receive a lot of compliments from our clients on our website design and development and it is hard to measure how many clients we gained or won over our competition due to our website but it seems significant.

Their style was very smooth, no problems. They had a software tools that tracked their progress as they made it and we were able to communicate with them via slack. We also had bi weekly check ups with zoom, etc. Very good overall

We had very serious problems with having a reliable software system to help us manage our internal processes and our client processes as well. We were in need of a custom software that would solve our internal problems and allow our clients to easily cooperate with us on projects. Our goal was to have a fully functional world class software system that would allow us to scale and grow our company to new heights by really adding value to our whole internal and external process as a company.

We selected Digital Solutions by putting out a bid for ours project and then based off the consulting calls and the detailed scope of work we decided to work with digital solutions. We were very happy with our choice as they gave us easy guidance on the whole process and everything was doing amazing and we are very grateful for working with them on this project.

The scope of work first started out with multiple consulting calls for their team to really understand what we need and all the functions involved. They then had their designer to create mockups and prototypes of the software tool were we got to see a live porotype in action. From there they had their development tam develop out the project then launch it on our AWS hosting system. They were their the whole time for communication and support and they were professional during the whole process.

We worked with a total of 6 people. The project manager was the lead and most of the consulting and talking was done through him. Then there was the designer and brand creative that helped with the whole design of the project. They then had a couple of developers to help develop out the project and/or create a software architecture plan and then testing and assurance of the software quality.

Our company has improved our overall revenue by multiple 6 figure digits and we have added new clients onto our platform and also improved our internal metrics with productivity, errors reduced, efficiency metrics improved , etc.

They used a tool called Asana for their project management. EW also had a slack channel open and occasionally we had zoom meetings to check up on the project. They were responsive in all inquiries and it was create to see a live project plan as they moved along the project.

I found their professionalism and project management skills impressive. They also provide high-quality design. I found that their overall combination of these aspects was what made them unique. We really enjoyed working with them and will be back for more.

Measurable outcomes were that we have been gaining 250% or more of new website leads as the UX is better on people finding our forms and knowing what services we provide. We also are receiving higher quality clients due to our new design being top quality, which is hard to calculate the price point on this but it is definitely there.

Their team used Asana as the project management tool to which they gave us access. By using this tool we saw each step the project would be taking and they opened up a slack channel for communication ongoing.

I found their communication was great with their company. They are very professional and clear about what steps need to be taken. They are also a world-class design team and we are very happy with the work they have done.

There aren't any areas that they can improve on. They were very professional and great at what they do.

I am the Operation's Manager of the company and quarterbacked the production of this new web product Digital Solutions helped us with.

We needed Digital Solutions to help us build the digital architecture of a website through webflow. We provided all the wire frames and the creative, but digital solutions needed to build the actual digital product for us.

1. We gathered the wireframes and made all the design decisions first 2. We then shared them with Digital Solutions and got an explanation as to what the leg work would look like (all files were pdf files) 3. As Digital Solutions worked on the development, we gathered all the copy and information for the site 4. Once we gathered all the information, Digital Solutions implemented it on the site through bulk uploads 5. We requested a few changes based on what it looked like after all the information was uploaded 6. Lastly they completely gave us ownership of the product and we parted ways

The site is extremely user-friendly and easy to navigate.

All communication was done through Slack, Email and Loom. Kyle answered extremally quickly and was always attentive to any requests we had.

They created a map for us in a timely manner. It was something the suggested we do and until this day it's the most valuable asset on the site.

Not at all, the process was extremally seamless and I wouldn't change one thing.

Kyle managed to identify and understand what was needed to make the project from the start. We figured out a lot of new ideas and created a whole new UI/UX unlike any other apps in the market and we are very pleased with the result

The resulting web app we are building is beautiful and seamless. It tested really well with initial test groups and is easy to navigate while not compromising on features and visual beauty.

Method of communication was English, and since Kyle is a native speaker it was very smooth and easy to do.

Digital Solutions quickly understood what we wanted to do and what needed to be done. They didn’t waste any time on getting our project done correctly.

We have worked with Digital Solutions in the past. Because of the great experience of working with them, we decided to hire them for this project as well.

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss our goals and objectives. We let our UX designer work with Digital Solutions to create the new UI. After a few iterations, we where satisfied with the design and Digital Solutions started to implement the design into the frontend. We introduced Digital Solution to our frontend team, and from there we received a few iterations until we where satisfied with the implementation.

Relo Metrics is software company that serves sports teams, brands and media companies. The product is a sponsorship analytics platform. I am the Marketing Director and lead all marketing initiatives.

We were separating from our parent company and rebranding and needed to build a completely new website from scratch. Digital Solutions was responsible for developing our website.

We worked through an agency who selected Digital Solution. We were very happy with their choice.

When the design assets were ready, we engaged with Digital Solution (DS) to scope out the project. The design files were delivered and DS started dev right away. We worked very closely via email and a slack channel, going through numerous iterations and rounds of edits. We built out website on Wordpress, using the Elementor editor.

DS also helped us set up some Hubspot landing pages and made adjustments to our existing blog, also on Hubspot. We then continue to work together on a retainer basis where DS helped update plugins, create new modules and make ongoing fixes.

It took us over two weeks to work on a design, the company was very helpful helping us to find the right color theme and overall flow for the website. They went out and about doing research for us and made our work very easy. We are a startup that didn't have a lot of experiences in building a new website, the design process was stressless and it was very communicative.

My team worked directly with their UI/UX designer who also happend to be their website designer who built our website for us.

We hoped that have offered other services as well. It would be great if they have a marketing team as part of the services as well.
