A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the president and CEO of The Prayer Covenant, a 501(c)(3) organization with a presence in 71 nations. We’re a global ministry focused on reaching children all over the world with the love of Christ.
What challenge were you trying to address with DIGITAL REVAMP?
We needed their help with social media marketing since our team didn’t have the time and the talent to handle that. Apart from that, we also needed our website to be fully translated into different languages.
What was the scope of their involvement?
DIGITAL REVAMP has been handling our Facebook and Instagram accounts, where they create daily posts that engage people. They’re also setting up our TikTok and YouTube channels as we’re moving in different directions.
For website development, DIGITAL REVAMP has rebuilt our website on WordPress to refine it. They’ve changed the site’s fonts and integrated digital analytics into it. That way, we can find out more about our visitors. On top of that, they’re trying to increase our mailing list. I’m also releasing a book in April 2022, and their resources are creating a landing page where people can purchase the book when it comes out. Further, DIGITAL REVAMP is creating a blog page for the website, and the team is helping me integrate my radio program into it. This way, people can live stream the program through the site.
For further context, our website has various resources and translations that are free to download. No matter where the user is, our team tries to make the website as accessible as possible. In short, DIGITAL REVAMP works to organize it so users can simply point and click to find what they need and use it.
Finally, the DIGITAL REVAMP team is creating a children’s prayer app for us. They’ve been working on it for six months, and we have a couple of months to go before we release the app. It has all the bells and whistles that we hope will be cool for our end users.
What is the team composition?
My main point of contact is Roy (CEO), but I also work with Samah (Senior Video Editor). A separate team is working on the children’s app, and I’ve had touchpoints with around six people from that team.
How did you come to work with DIGITAL REVAMP?
We met DIGITAL REVAMP through a recommendation from another well-respected leader; they said the team transformed their ministry and brought so much awareness to it, describing their work as a game-changer. That leader also showed metrics to me, and they were astounding. As a result, I connected with DIGITAL REVAMP. I decided to give them a trial project for a few months to assess their performance, and they proved to be great. As a result, we continued working with them.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent between $80,000–$100,000. We’ve invested around $3,000 per month on our Facebook campaigns and another $9,000 for website improvement. The app itself costs around $40,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started in November 2020, and the partnership is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
DIGITAL REVAMP has enhanced the website greatly. They provide reports every month that is easy to read and share with board members. The results are unbelievable, too. For instance, the number of clicks we receive per month has increased to 1,300 clicks per month, up from 200 clicks per month. From 5,0000 followers, we now have 97,000 followers after nine months.
Moreover, we have 250,000 hits in engagement per month, meaning more people respond to our posts or watch our videos. Our organization also reaches 3 million people per month with our content. Finally, we now have 4,000 people on our mailing list, up from 1,000 in the previous seven years.
How did DIGITAL REVAMP perform from a project management standpoint?
DIGITAL REVAMP’s project management is excellent. I have a type-A personality, so when I reach out to someone, I want answers quickly. Given that, if I want to change something or ask a question, they provide immediate responses. To me, that’s important; it shows good communication.
Moreover, they listen well to feedback. For instance, I’ve been confused with our monthly billing statement because I can’t always remember what I’ve asked them to do. Luckily, their statements have a cost breakdown, bringing clarity to the bill. When it comes to yearly audits, they organize our statements in a detailed manner.
To communicate, we usually do everything via email, text messaging, and WhatsApp, though we also have Zoom meetings. Phone calls are at the bottom of the list. Moreover, DIGITAL REVAMP sends me a PowerPoint presentation every month where I can review their content calendar. I always see beautiful videos and content that are appropriate for the audience. The presentation is always professional; I can flip through it, approve it, or make changes to it if necessary.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Whatever DIGITAL REVAMP is doing, it’s effective. The team has creative energy, so working with them is easy. They’re also innovative; we can spend 10 minutes with Roy and it will feel like an hour with the average person because he figures out who we are as a ministry. He tells us exactly what we need or should aim for to build the ministry’s mission. Simply put, he’s so good at what he does.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, there aren’t any.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Run — don’t walk. Your company needs DIGITAL REVAMP. They’re extraordinarily talented, and they’ll take your group to heights you can't even imagine through their skills and passion. Roy is passionate about what he does; I see it in his face, his body language, and his energy. His team is the same, and they’re all accommodating.

Web Maintenance & Digital Marketing for IT Consultancy Firm
“They’ve done a good job and deliver on time and within budget.”

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
Tantus Technologies, Inc. is an IT consulting firm that specializes in working with the federal government, and I’m the CEO.
What challenge were you trying to address with DIGITAL REVAMP?
We reached out to them to enhance our social media presence.
What was the scope of their involvement?
DIGITAL REVAMP first took inventory of our current situation and spoke with us about what we were looking for. The team interviewed staff to learn more about our company and its mission, values, and story. Once that was complete, they presented us with a plan of action and provided some ideas. Since then, we have been implementing their work plan and post content on a scheduled basis.
They’re assisting us for the most part with our Facebook and Linkedin accounts. We internally leverage their work to put that on our Instagram, Twitter, and Glassdoor accounts. We are also looking at SEO work through the use of hashtags.
We were having troubles with our hosting provider so we migrated the site to them. They’re fully on the operations and maintenance mode of our website.
What is the team composition?
We’re working with 3–4 team members, including Roy (Owner & CEO).
How did you come to work with DIGITAL REVAMP?
I met Roy at the gym.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve invested in the range of $50,000–$100,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our engagement started in June 2020, and it’s ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The website looks a lot better now. We now post on a consistent basis on social media, and the number of likes and clicks has increased as well. Before using their services, I posted on my own and never got any feedback. Our content gets a lot of likes and comments now, and people actually engage in conversations regarding the topics we’re presenting.
How did DIGITAL REVAMP perform from a project management standpoint?
We’re in maintenance mode right now, so we meet once a week on Wednesdays. In addition, we’re working on content one month ahead of time. They’ve done a good job and deliver on time and within budget. We use virtual conferencing and Google shared collaboration tools.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The team’s most impressive aspect is structure. We had an independent contractor that was working on our social media and site, but the work wasn’t consistent and didn’t follow any methodology. We now follow DIGITAL REVAMP’s processes and procedures, and this routine sets us free to do better work.
Are there any areas they could improve?
The relationship has been constantly improving as we go along. As they get to know us better, they’ve understood the company’s style, voice, and how we want the work to be presented.
Any advice for potential customers?
I think it’s important to bring the right people to the table. Hire the decision-makers that are going to be in charge of making content and work proactively.
