Your success story starts here.
Digital marketing in this day and age can be dry. Rigid. Mechanical. And listen, we look forward to the inevitable robot overlords as much as the next agency (we say that just in case they're listening), but the reality is, marketing is about people talking to people. It's about knowing what excites the customer, and what drives them; it's about synergizing with their own story.
We are all writing our own stories. We have clients that have gone from being blackmailed into re-signing contracts by crooked agencies (true story), to signing with us instead and growing their revenue by triple-digits (also true story!). We have clients that have started as small 2-person startups and evolved with us into sustainable, fully-staffed eCommerce businesses. Our average client stays with us for 3.5 years, and we think that says it all. Our team is full of passionate, dedicated, unique individuals, and we can't be more proud of that.
Your success story starts here. Let's write it together.

Scaling Fleet Feet Despite Limitations
Fleet Feet approached us knowing very little about how to make digital marketing work for them. Due to their very tough restrictions in ROAS required to be profitable, Digital Position needed to come up with an out of the box solution to help them grow.
We embarked on a journey to first roll up over 150 local domains into fleetfeet.com, a project we dubbed the "One Website Project". This led to massive, triple-digit increases in SEO but even more importantly gave us access to an ability that we were missing before - tying together online and offline revenue.
We then launched an extensive local marketing play, targeting a radius around Fleet Feet's now over 200 physical locations. Some customers purchased in-store, and some purchased online. By tracking store visits and online revenue TOGETHER, we were able to circumvent their ROAS restrictions and scale the brand aggressively in a unique way.

Helping in Time of Crisis
UVSkinz approached us in a panic. Their previous PPC & SEO agency was threatening to not put up their Black Friday ads unless they signed a new 6-month agreement. Digital Position jumped in and put up the ads, free of charge, on Thanksgiving day without a contract.
UVSkinz began working with Digital Position long-term, and since has experienced an explosion of sales while improving overall business ROAS & profitability. SEO was down YoY by double digits and experienced a swift turnaround fo high double-digit growth in the first year.
In 2022, UVSkinz added Paid Social with Digital Position and we're closer than ever, as we continue to scale the brand. Rhonda & team have been absolutely amazing to work with. They're willing to try new things, they're willing to take risks, and overall they're just great people with an inspiring story.

Expanding a Wholesale Business
Old World Christmas joined forces with Digital Position in 2017. Building off a successful wholesale business, they wanted to bring their awesome ornaments direct to consumer. After flying to Spokane, WA to see their operations and Atlanta to see their pop-up store at a major conference, we knew this brand would be the next big Christmas retailer in e-commerce.
Starting with SEO, we first had to lay out an extensive strategic plan for Old World Christmas to transition from an old, completely outdated website to a new, modern Shopify store. We worked with a development partner of theirs to plan and oversee this transition along with mass-optimizations for SEO throughout the process of all of their products.
We then built a completely new PPC account structure in both search & social to align with our SEO efforts. Give the extreme seasonality of this business, it was important we hit the season just right and “primed the pump” before the season to get potential customers thinking about the brand.
We continued to generate content, overhaul the website & improve it for page speed and conversion rate, split our PPC ads to get more granular with bidding, optimize the shopping feed top to bottom, create new collections including wholesale efforts, and much more.
In the first year, Old World Christmas was a half million-dollar direct-to-consumer business with plenty of room to grow. By year 2, we continued our growth as we drove 100% growth Y/Y. By year 3, we’re on track for over 800% growth Y/Y, blowing the company up to become one of the top retailers of Christmas ornaments in the United States.
We now are ranking in the top 7 for “Christmas ornaments”, as we’ve jumped around between position 1 (yup!) and position 7.

Transforming Sgt. Knots
Sgt. Knots came to Digital Position with no digital marketing strategy. They had amazing products, an ability to scale with distribution partners, but were unsure of how to scale digital.
Digital Position worked with Sgt. Knots to come up with a digital marketing strategy utilizing a combination of channels and funnels before the first campaign spent even a dollar. Being more of a blue-collar focused business, we defined the core audiences so we wouldn’t go into our marketing efforts blind. We also analyzed their profit margins and worked with the Sgt. Knots team to define the best KPI’s to target and formed goals off of those KPI’s. We worked through attribution, how the channels will work together, and talked about the best way to manage all marketing spend to maximize business profitability.
Before we launched, we worked with a partner to execute a website design overhaul to improve conversion rates and set the marketing strategy up for success.
Once the website refresh was complete, the strategy we agreed to employ was a “reverse lightning bolt” strategy. We scaled the account(s) in month 1, then cut for profitability in month 2. In month 3, we scaled again, with month 4 being another efficiency focus. This allowed Digital Position the freedom to test new strategies every other month while protecting the bottom line through the scaling process.
We began working with Sgt. Knots in November 2020. The marketing spend tests began execution in January 2021 once the website was refreshed. By April 2021 (3 months), we had grown the monthly business revenue by 207%.
It’s not just about managing your accounts. Many agencies can manage accounts. What separates Digital Position is our ability to deeply understand your business and get involved as a fractional CMO beyond just managing bids and keywords.

We Sell Mats - Explosive Growth!
WeSellMats originally contacted Digital Position at the end of 2019 after being completely burnt by a previous agency. The previous agency spent over $10,000 for virtually NO revenue, bidding on only 1 keyword and not making a single change to the account for 3 months. A true neglectful, nightmare scenario for a business that doesn’t know how to check in on their PPC agency.
Prior to Digital Position’s arrival, Amazon represented roughly 95% of WeSellMats’ revenue, making them heavily reliant on the e-commerce giant. We set out to completely flip the script and show them that they were missing out big time.
We overhauled almost everything. We helped redesign the website, we overhauled the architecture, we worked with their developers on new cart features, we built a completely new PPC account and threw out the old one, we came up with 50+ new collections pages to better target SEO keywords, we added tons of new content, we rolled the blog from a subdomain into a subfolder, and so much more. In short, we went “all out”.
To start the year, WeSellMats was down 6% in organic traffic. In 2 months of working with Digital Position, they were up 347% in traffic and 237% in revenue. Within 3 months we were ranking #1 for “gymnastics mats” which has 27,100 monthly searches! On the PPC side, we completely exploded their e-commerce store with a 3,273% increase in PPC revenue on 1,170% more spend, which is a 165% increase in ROAS.
That’s right, we IMPROVED the profitability while also driving 3,000%+ growth in PPC.
In short, we completely transformed their business. WeSellMats has had to order tons of emergency inventory to prepare for this holiday, they’ve had to hire many new people, they had to acquire more warehouse space, the owners are working nights & weekends, it’s been an amazing turn of events.

Turning WCM into a Powerhouse
Wyndham Capital Mortgage joined the Digital Position family in the beginning of 2019. The goal was to help Wyndham diversify their leads from aggregators and improve performance in digital, which was largely a failing channel.
Without a digital marketing department, we originally struggled to get the proper access needed to be able to effectively evaluate & improve our paid channels and make changes to the website to improve SEO. We always try to go above and beyond with every client, so in this instance we referred a friend of our network to work at Wyndham and help them form a digital marketing team.
Since then, the company has absolutely exploded, especially considering that interest rates are at an all time low in this COVID environment. We’ve successfully tied all offline data to the platforms, helped improve their internal contact flows, mocked up new landing pages, added tons of new content for SEO, improved targeting, refreshed old blog posts, made intros to other agencies to help take them to the next level in services we don’t offer, and so much more.
Wyndham’s goal has been to be on the level of the “big boys” (Bankrate, Lending Tree, etc.). We’re well on our way.
Organic traffic has been skyrocketing, up 126%. PPC spend has been up 334%, which conversions (leads) up 365%. We’ve cut the cost per lock into 1/3 of what it was previously, and completely overhauled reporting with custom weekly reports that go in depth about the impacts our tests & projects are having.
Wyndham is on it’s way to becoming a powerhouse in the mortgage world, look out!

Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm a co-founder and CEO of a web design, optimization, and analytics agency.
For what projects/services did your company hire Digital Position, and what were your goals?
We specialize in on-page work, making the most out of an existing website for our clients. What we do not do is drive any traffic there - that's just not our area of expertise.
We often partner up with Digital Position because there is no group I've found that offers a higher quality experience, both in driving results and in providing a genuinely enjoyable experience working together.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We had multiple conversations with them where we learned not only of their skillset, but of their character. They are as genuine as they come and incredibly knowledgeable of their trade.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and campaigns.
We've worked with them both in the SEO and PPC space across multiple projects with various clients. To sum up the process: they are thorough, and plan very well.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We've worked with more than 10 different people, up to and including the CEO.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
A bunch of happy customers that receive more business from the web.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
They are very communicative and timely, focused on the deliverables. They were honest and transparent about the process.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Finding people who are good at what they do AND are just good people that you can trust is not as easy as people think it is.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We had worked with digital position in the past and I've always been impressed with their experience, is extensive digital knowledge, and problem-solving attitude.

Because we were in the middle of a redesign, Roger and his team was able to step in every step of the way attending design reviews, ad hoc meetings, etc.
The insight from digital position on a daily basis was very informative because it helped address contact issues that would adversely affect organic search engine optimization while working closely with our team to ensure the fidelity of the brand and the redesign.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Several individuals worked with us from digital position but the main point of contact for us was Roger who is one of the founders. He is amazing and it was a pleasure to work with him.

SEO, PPC, Advertising for Luxury Watch Company
"Their knowledge of the space and the Google landscape stand out."

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
Vincero Watches sells premium lifestyle accessories, including watches, sunglasses, eyewear and jewelry to men and women around the globe online, but also in our retail locations in LA and New York.
I’m one of the co-founders and I lead most of the acquisition marketing for the business.
What challenge were you trying to address with Digital Position?
We were struggling to internally grow our search business and find customers via Google, Bing, and non-brand search. Digital Position was brought on to help decrease CPA and introduce new customers.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They provide paid search management across Google, YouTube, Bing, and non-brand search environments. Additionally, they help with keyword research and execute bidding strategies.
At the start, we explained what we were looking for, and Digital Position audited our accounts, going back to our start to see what we’d previously tried. They also identified opportunities to advance and optimize and layer on new strategies for traffic and conversions. After the 1–2-week audit, they presented to our performance team. We liked what we saw and moved forward.
What is the team composition?
Roger (CEO) been very hands on as our main representative. Steven (Co-Owner) has also been very hands on.
How did you come to work with Digital Position?
They were recommended by a few other brands that had significantly grown from working with them.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent around $80,000 directly with Digital Position, not including our ad spend.
What is the status of this engagement?
We’ve been working together since April 2021.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Evaluating Digital Position is pretty easy and simple: we measure them against the monthly CPA and ROAS goals we gave them. They’ve increased our acquisition volume MoM while hitting the ROAS goal.
Before signing with them, we spent $20,000–$30,000 on non-brand paid search with a ROAS goal of 1.5 or 1.8. To enhance our growth, we gave Digital Position a ROAS goal of 2x. Even though we’re spending up to $100,000 in seasonal times, they’ve only missed that 2x goal once or twice.
How did Digital Position perform from a project management standpoint?
We communicate over a Slack channel daily and have a weekly call. Their team pings us with any problems or adjustments to budget or strategy. Questions are answered within 24 hours, and we’re always kept in the loop. They’ve exceeded expectations, even though we work with multiple vendors across many areas of our business. We’re very happy.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their knowledge of the space and the Google landscape stand out. Their team is at the forefront of search on Google and Bing, including the international arena.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I can’t think of anything. It’s all been really good.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
They’re really good at communication. Give them a chance to audit your account and show you what they believe they can do. We get the most by trusting them; we’ve been able to be hands-off with them, and they communicate and execute their strategy. The numbers talk.

Domain Consolidation for Matchmaking Company
“They were a great partner, and they looked to do the best for us.”

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the marketing director of It’s Just Lunch, a matchmaking service designed for busy professionals, so I oversee all of our marketing initiatives. We’re an international company serving the US, Canada, Europe, and Australia.
What challenge were you trying to address with Digital Position?
We were pursuing a website refresh project, and our UX design team suggested a domain rollout as part of an improved SEO effort to complement that project.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Before our engagement, we had individual domains for each city that we served, and we brought in Digital Position when our website refresh project was already underway. They evaluated our local domains and completely audited them. Then, they recommended relaunching our site as a single brand domain and presented in depth the benefits and impact that this would have on our business.
After that process, Digital Position spent a lot of time integrating our various websites into a consolidated domain, making sure that we captured all of the existing URLs to accomplish a very smooth relaunch.
What is the team composition?
I mainly worked with Kyle (SEO Manager) and Roger (Founder & CEO), but I believe that they had more people working on our account. Roger was the person that initially pitched their services and provided us with the proposal, and Kyle handled the day-to-day communication.
How did you come to work with Digital Position?
They were recommended to us by the UX design agency that was working on our project.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent just over $9,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in April 2021, and they finished their involvement in June 2021.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Comparing pre-launch versus post-launch data, we saw an 80% increase in organic search impressions, a 63% increase in organic search clicks, a 16% increase in average search positioning, and an overall 16% increase in visit-to-lead conversions. Additionally, our user count increased by 27%, and our page views increased by 51%.
How did Digital Position perform from a project management standpoint?
Digital Position did an excellent job. They came into the project very quickly and ramped up extremely fast to ensure that we met our deadlines. They also offered great communication, showing the willingness to hop on calls, discuss with our franchisees, and make presentations to ensure that we all understood the path forward.
Their team was available to answer questions, and they made sure that we identified any critical errors before launching the site. Additionally, their deliverables were awesome, and they were very thorough pre- and post-launch. They also provided us with reports and walked us through what needed to be done to ensure the best possible positioning when Google published our website.
Digital Position was very organized and timely, and they got their work done quickly. They were a great partner, and they looked to do the best for us. We shared spreadsheets through Google Drive, and we communicated via email and phone calls.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Digital Position was an amazing team to work with, and they were very personable. They understood the complexity of our project and dialed down the information to make sure that people not familiar with SEO understood the impact that this particular project would have on our business.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don’t have any constructive feedback for Digital Position. Currently, I’m evaluating how I can bring them on in another capacity because I enjoyed working with them a lot.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be very clear about your business goals, and bring your pain points to Digital Position’s attention so that they can develop a strategy to help you meet those goals. If you don’t understand SEO, they’ll help you with that as well.
The partnership with Digital Position resulted in several satisfied customers that received more business from the web. The team was focused on achieving the deliverables on time while maintaining a smooth communication flow. Their transparency was a huge plus.
