Introduce your business and what you do there. 

I’m the community engagement manager at a children’s environmental health nonprofit focused on education around healthy homes and lead poisoning prevention.

What challenges were you trying to address with Digital Moxie Studio?

We hired them to help with annual fundraiser videos and a PSA campaign we’re doing with the city of Omaha.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

The first video they worked on highlighted our recent collaboration with the Omaha Star, Nebraska’s oldest newspaper. Since then, they’ve developed multiple videos that we use at our annual fundraisers.

We work with them collaboratively to come up with concepts for our videos. They’ve produced videos with varying degrees of guidance from us.

How did you come to work with Digital Moxie Studio?

My organization was already working with them when I started in this position. 

How much have you invested in them?

I think we’ve invested between $10,000-$15,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in 2017, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve looked at some metrics including Facebook analytics. For our newest PSA campaign, we are also looking to track the actions that viewers take. 

How did Digital Moxie Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve performed very well. They follow up quickly and are professional. Even though it can take some time for us to get grant approvals for our campaigns, they’re always ready when we are. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

The team is passionate about what they do, and it shows through in their work. They get invested in each project that they work on. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. We’ve had nothing but great results from them. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers? 

Allowing them to have flexibility in their work leads to great results. They’re creative and are experts in visual storytelling.
