Mobile App Development for Fitness & Health App

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
We’re an app company in the fitness industry, helping bring the fitness industry and the end user closer together through an app. I’m the director of the company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Digiryte?
They provided mobile app development services for us.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Digiryte was going to build the application from scratch for iOS and Android, as well as for tablets. They were responsible for the theme of the app, the actual development, the logo, and more. Features included a payment system and booking system, as well as personal profiles for users.
One key feature was a button that capitalized on the impulse need to work out that our users experience. If they click it, a message goes out to trainers that someone is looking for a session within the next three hours. Additionally, if our users are traveling, they can find exercise classes close to their locations. On the trainer side, they can put up deals and announce cancellations that will appear to our fitness users.
What is the team composition?
I’ve worked with two directors, as well as one resource that liaises with their build team in India.
How did you come to work with Digiryte?
We set down with one of their directors and ran through all our requirements. They suggested a Flutter framework and put together an appraisal. It was supposed to take 3–4 months to fully develop the app. They gave a good introduction; their business looked strong, especially they’re marketing approach and online presence.
We found them through online research and had a limited budget. Out of all the options and quotes, Digiryte came across as the most reasonable. I fully understand why they were the cheapest now, however. They try to lock you in and then ransom you for more money.
How much have you invested with them?
I’ve invested around £44,000 pounds (approximately $57,000 USD) with Digiryte.
What is the status of this engagement?
We’ve been working together since January 2019 and are currently in litigation proceedings that I initiated in July 2021. I want them to finish the app or give me a refund.
How did your relationship with the vendor evolve?
I’d paid them close to £40,000 pounds in January 2019 for a build that was supposed to take 3–4 months. During that time, I paid an additional £7,000 pounds to add two more features, which were quoted at another 50 hours, or one more week of work.
In November 2020, after nearly two years of going back and forth, I asked them to document all to work and money. A couple of weeks later, they said that they’d gone over hours required for the two additional features and need £5,000 more pounds. I was going to do that, and they agreed to £1,500 pounds, which I paid. I did reserve the right to reclaim that £1,500 after getting legal advice, however.
They said they’d need another 4-5 weeks to finish the app. After that time was up, I had a phone call with one of their directors, and they said they need more money. I said that wasn’t going to happen
Describe the impact this engagement has had on your business.
We’ve been working together for three years and I still don’t have an app. Two of our directors have resigned and two of our employees have been laid off, as the app was going to be our sole source of income. We’re not training, and I’m keeping the company alive personally. I either want Digiryte to finish the app or I refund my money so I can pay someone else to finish it.
How was project management handled?
There has been no management. They would tell me something would take 12-16 hours to fix or implement, but then I would have to ask for an update two weeks later, in which they’d say they needed another four weeks. They would reference internal server problems, staffing problems with our Flutter technology, and update problems etc.
Is there anything that the vendor did well or that you would consider a strength?
Their office layout was really believable, and they seemed professional and reliable. Our initial communication was very good as well, but as soon as they got their money, it was very difficult to communicate.
What I think happened, personally, is because they quoted me pre-COVID, all app developers quadrupled their prices because apps were so much in demand. I believe this company outsourced their development to India because they couldn’t afford anything else, and now they can’t refund my money.
In what specific areas can they improve?
Time management stands out, especially in letting the customer know when their app will be ready. Their overall understanding of my product is nowhere near what it needs to be. I haven’t seen a single working version of the application to date.
I gave them so many chances to deliver the app; I’ve already paid for it and obviously want it, but, three years later, it’s evident that they’re incapable of finishing the product.
What advice do you have for clients with similar needs to yours?
Avoid paying in full. I quite believe that Digiryte has delivered good apps to other customers; I believe mine fell flat because of COVID and other issues. I would also make sure there’s a penalty in place for missing any deadlines unreasonably.
The vendor responded on March 31, 2022.
As is evident from every one of our other Clutch reviews, the experience this customer outlines is not representative of how Digiryte operates and the high standards that we hold ourselves to. We believe that we delivered this work to the contractual requirements agreed with the customer. The customer however regularly changed the scope of the works, which meant that further and significant work had to be carried out. To try and preserve a good working relationship and enable the project to move forwards, much of the associated cost of the additional work was not charged to the customer. However, it was reasonable and necessary for us to charge the customer for at least a proportion of it. We did not hold the customer to ransom, as is suggested. That is incorrect and unfair. We merely asked the customer to agree to the revised scope of works and associated pricing. We also repeatedly offered to complete the additional work for the customer, but our offers were refused.
Changes of scope do sometimes occur in work such as this and, on the majority of occasions, there is no need for additional charging. However, the changes to scope in this case were extensive, which is why additional charges were raised. We were always transparent and worked collaboratively in our approach. It is highly regrettable and disappointing to us that the customer was unhappy with our work.
Our experiences with customers have always been positive and we have never had any claims brought against us in the past. However, this customer has commenced court proceedings against us, which we are in the process of defending. We will continue to make efforts to try and resolve matters with the customer, whilst continuing to defend the court proceedings to their conclusion. It is our view, unfortunately, that many of the facts of this case are incorrect, misrepresented or biased. We therefore have no alternative but to defend the court proceedings.
It is also disappointing to read this review in the middle of a legal dispute that was initiated by the customer. The court proceedings should be allowed to conclude before reviews of this kind are made.
The customer has also made a concerted effort across public social media to flood the Internet with negative reviews about us in, we think, the hope of forcing us to settle the legal case or issue a refund. We do not consider that to be a fair and reasonable approach and we will continue to act consistently with the high standards that we hold ourselves to.

Custom Software Dev for Legal Firm

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the proclaim developer for a legal firm.
What challenge were you trying to address with Digiryte?
We needed help to develop a software piece that could make our process easier. Before, whenever a new claim came to us, the initial process to sign up the new customer was lengthy. Thus, we wanted to create a system that would save us time to avoid potential clients going with our competitors.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Digiryte developed our custom software using Ruby on Rails and MySQL for the backend and WordPress and PHP for the frontend. On this system, the clients fill out their details online. Once all the details are filled in, the claim is processed within the system. Based on the information filled, the system sends out an agreement automatically. Then, the client accesses those documents, and they can sign and return them to us quickly.
What is the team composition?
I work with Digiryte’s head of product delivery and two developers.
How did you come to work with Digiryte?
I found Digiryte during a Google search and looked at their reviews. After we contacted them, they came to our office, and we explained our requirements and scope. Within a few days, they came back to us with a proposal.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent $250,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in November 2019, and our engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Our new system is very efficient, and there’s less manual work involved in our process now. We’ve shared the link to our software with our suppliers, and they’ve been really impressed with it. They’ve used it to input data, and it has worked really well.
How did Digiryte perform from a project management standpoint?
Digiryte’s project management is very good. They’ve done everything we’ve asked for, and our communication has been amazing. They constantly suggest what can be improved next and what can be done in the future. We communicate via email, phone calls, and Google Meet.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Digiryte is very knowledgeable in their field, so they’re able to implement what we ask for.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There isn’t anything that we would have them improve.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Have a discussion with them to see if they can handle your project. If so, you can trust that they’ll complete it.

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m a senior product manager at Arup, a design solution provider.
What challenge were you trying to address with Digiryte?
We needed their team to develop an in-house software solution for one of our content-related projects.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We’ve kicked off our engagement with Digiryte through a discovery phase, wherein we’ve exchanged ideas and envisioned the project’s outcome. Based on what we’ve discussed, their team has plotted the development workflow and built the initial architecture program.
During the development phase, we’ve provided Digiryte with the bulk of content and information they need, and they’ve deployed technical solutions based on those. The core features they’ve incorporated enable our in-house team to conduct big data mapping and mining.
What is the team composition?
We’ve worked with a team of seven resources, including senior and mid-level engineers.
How did you come to work with Digiryte?
I found them on Clutch’s website while looking for potential local agencies to onboard for this project. We chose Digiryte among their competitors because of their evident intention to maintain a long-term relationship with our team.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent between £250,000–£300,000 (approximately $337,000–$405,000 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
Our ongoing collaboration with Digiryte commenced in April 2021.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’re still in the process of conducting rigorous product testings to ensure the solution’s efficacy, but we’ve received positive feedback from our in-house team so far. Our project is highly technical, so we appreciate Digiryte’s capacity to keep up with every requirement we have.
How did Digiryte perform from a project management standpoint?
We mainly communicate via Slack. Digiryte is a supportive and responsive partner, and they’re always willing to learn from our feedback and adjust their skills and availability accordingly.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Digiryte offers competitive and cost-effective solutions and shows ample eagerness to collaborate with us, which heightens our trust in the success of their work.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They can benefit from improved communication skills. We’ll appreciate clearer and more frequent updates from their team, though I understand that the pandemic is making it difficult for everyone to communicate effectively.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Present a clear project scope and maximize your involvement in the process to determine if your timelines and goals are met.

Web Portal Dev for Ophthalmology Clinic
"Every aspect of their performance was very good. They're not too business-oriented or too prescriptive."
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I'm a physician and surgeon working as a consultant ophthalmologist in the Cambridge Vision Clinic in the UK. We have expertise in conducting cataract surgeries, corneal transplants, and intraocular lens (IOL) implantations.
What challenge were you trying to address with Digiryte?
We wanted to make our services known to patients in the local population. There have been so many developments in our field in the last few years that are not totally made available to people who are looking for such surgical solutions.
We brought in Digiryte to help us Create a patient portal where people could have access to information and services in an easier, more interactive way.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Digiryte created a patient portal that gives users the ability to book appointments, schedule consultations, check dates and times of clinic or physician availability, and access information around the more practical aspects of patient management. This eliminated the need to email people just to get information, although we have still kept our team’s contact details on the website in case they’re needed. The portal also provides knowledge around conditions such as cataracts, IOL implants, and refractive surgery solutions.
The first step Digiryte took was to make the portal readable, accessible, and patient-friendly. This involved gathering all information that any patient would require and presenting it in layman's terminology. The team ensured that through simple wording of medical concepts, we wouldn't overburden or confuse our patients. All medical information was sourced and provided by me, but the rest was researched by Digiryte.
They also utilized an independent platform through which patients could leave their feedback after they had received treatment. This platform communicates and interacts directly with the web portal.
What is the team composition?
We interacted with Ramesh (Co-Founder & CEO) and worked individually with at least 4–5 people at various stages of the project. There were developers and designers who formatted and customized the portal according to our requirements.
How did you come to work with Digiryte?
Quite a lot of people were selling and promoting finished products, but Digiryte was willing to customize a solution for our particular needs. They were also friendly, approachable, and able to tweak already available platforms to suit our requirements, which is what attracted me to them. At the time, I was also looking for an agency that was not exorbitant in terms of cost and hourly rates, and I found that their quotes were quite reasonable.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent less than $10,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
The project lasted about three months, from January–April 2019, but the team has remained in touch with us to monitor the web portal and make a few tweaks on it every now and then.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The project was a success in terms of Digiryte being able to develop a portal according to our requirements. We worked with the team in a productive and friendly manner, free of any conflict or significant fallout. They were very patient throughout the project, especially when understanding our requirements.
At the end of it we gathered feedback from people who have used the web portal, and they all seemed to like the accessibility of information and ease of making appointments on the site. The portal has not only helped us not only gain new patients but also sustain existing ones. On the whole, I'm very happy with the outcome.
How did Digiryte perform from a project management standpoint?
The project management was good overall. We had a few meetings to discuss the requirements and hash out solutions, with some experts from their team looking into the feasibility of my ideas. They were experienced in dealing with this kind of problem and had the right technical knowledge to execute what I asked for. They were very approachable, replied promptly to our queries, and had a system for escalating issues to more knowledgeable colleagues or seniors.
They were open to working with us using a variety of platforms, especially during the lockdown period. We did presentations and interviews via Zoom or Skype in place of face-to-face meetings. For more immediate clarifications, we reached out to each other through Whatsapp. We also had daily calls to receive the team’s progress updates and establish weekly goals.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Digiryte was very customer-sensitive and paid great attention to people's thoughts. Based on that and their good understanding of our requirements, they were able to give suggestions for a customer-friendly solution. They were also very patient with us since we come from a medical background and do not have a lot of IT-related knowledge.
Every aspect of their performance was very good. They're not too business-oriented or too prescriptive, which was very nice.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Digiryte is constantly working on new projects across different industries, so they have not really built any strict expertise in the medical field. However, with time, we hope to see them work with more business in the medical industry. The more problems they solve, the more experience they gain, and the more experience they gain, the deeper their expertise becomes.
The best they can do is to continue what they are doing without dropping the customer-friendly aspect of their services.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the managing director at Shelmerdine JFL. We’re an organization that produces bespoke guest destination guides for luxury hotels, five-star, and super luxury hotels all around the world.
What challenge were you trying to address with Digiryte?
We needed help to produce a completely digital, touchless, COVID-19 friendly version of the physical destination guides that we’d been producing for many years.
What was the scope of their involvement?
The foundation of the solution is the map of the area local to a particular hotel or destination. It details the very best in guest experiences as usually directed by a concierge. It enables guests to receive that information prior to their arrival at the hotel.
It also allows them to use the guest destination guide in collaboration with the concierge to make the stay the very best it can be so they don’t have to waste time asking for information. Its purpose is to make the stay as easy as possible. We just completed the first phase.
What is the team composition?
There are three people. I had contact with two of them but mainly just our project manager.
How did you come to work with Digiryte?
We did some research, and they had a very good reputation working in similar areas. One of the principals of the business had worked with us many years ago and had a good understanding of what our business model was.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve invested around $100,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our ongoing engagement started in November 2020.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ve been very impressed with everything Digiryte has done. Their team has been very responsive. They’ve come up with suggestions, improvements, and actioned those right away. On top of all that, they’ve been completely transparent. We’ve been able to track the development at every level.
How did Digiryte perform from a project management standpoint?
We communicate face-to-face or verbally on a weekly basis. We use Trello to track the development as well as any changes, upgrades, or updates.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Digiryte understands our marketplace. They’re very responsive and easy to work with. Their team can communicate on every level whether the people have technical knowledge or are lay people who don’t have that much knowledge. They can get the point across on every level.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They could improve the design visuals. Their brief wasn’t to get involved in the design. Although, design and the visual layout were an important part of it.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Work with them to produce a full brief that everyone is happy with before you start the work. We had a fairly well-formed idea of exactly how we wanted things to look and wanted the product to work. We’ve made a lot of progress in a very short time.

What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with Digiryte in July 2020 and development is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ve been very happy with our collaboration so far. There are many educational apps on the market, and we wanted something unique. Digiryte has worked with us to that end by coming up with new and different ideas. We recently completed the first phase and are working on development and testing.
How did Digiryte perform from a project management standpoint?
They’ve been able to deliver according to schedule. They update us on every situation, giving us a clear idea on how impactful it’s going to be on the overall project. That clarity and transparency has given us the confidence to grow our startup.
We communicate over email and phone calls.

They developed a mobile app for grocery delivery and pickup services. It’s an aggregator platform where all the retailers can get listed. We hope to expand the platform’s services in phase two.
What is the team composition?
There are two mobile developers, three backend engineers, two designers, one business analyst, and a project manager.
How did you come to work with Digiryte?
I worked with them on another project and felt very comfortable working with them.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in June 2020 and the work is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They deliver good-quality work. That’s why I collaborated with them for a second time. We’re in the final phase of testing, and I’ve already spoken with a lot of retailers. We plan to launch the app next week.
How did Digiryte perform from a project management standpoint?
They onboarded me to their project setup so I could see what the team was doing and everything. They’re really transparent, and that gave me a lot of confidence in them. I also have a team of my own and they made sure that both teams were on the same page. We both collaborated to ensure everything was on point.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The whole process has been really positive, which made me very happy. They went above and beyond to take care of whatever I needed, which let me focus on other parts of the business.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There were no issues.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be clear with your requirements and everything will be taken care of. They will also advise you and consult you on the project that will improve your product a lot.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I have a video recording company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Digiryte?
We wanted someone who was already established in the market and had lots of experience developing mobile apps and could also support us in scaling the apps.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They developed an online marketplace for photo sharing and photo uploading. The purpose is to help with solving crimes and allowing insurance companies to see the photos captured on the dash cams.
There are two categories that we support. One for security cameras at a home, and the other for car dashcams. These videos can be uploaded, and they can be shared so anyone involved in a car accident for insurance purposes or victims of a crime that may have been caught on camera can see. They could come to the marketplace and share a video, type in the exact location, and the date. The online platform allows law enforcement agencies to look for certain dates and locations.
We plan on launching the MVP in 1-2 months. Once the MVP is launched and we get feedback from customers, we will continue to add additional features and keep scaling the product.
What is the team composition?
I was in contact with the project manager.
How did you come to work with Digiryte?
I found them through Clutch. We read all their client reviews and they seemed to be credible for us.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in September 2019, and the work is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
I’m very happy with the quality of work. All I told them is that we needed an online marketplace for videos and from there, they iterated the whole project.
How did Digiryte perform from a project management standpoint?
They suggested that we work in an agile methodology. In the beginning, they gave me a complete project plan. They created a Slack group for us. It was really easy for me to communicate my ideas or thoughts.
They give me regular updates on how the projects are going, and we have a weekly demo call. I’m very happy with the project management.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Even though they’re highly technical, they explained everything to me in a very simple language that I was able to understand. I had the idea to launch a separate app for iOS and Android but they told me that we could develop a single application and launch them both.
They went beyond their scope of work and acted as a consultant for me as well. I hired them just to develop but they helped me with everything from ideation to launching, and how to scale the application, how to keep track of it, and with marketing. I’m very happy with them and how everything turned out.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, everything went smoothly and as planned.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
They will go beyond their scope of work and will help you in every way possible. They’re a very customer-centric company.

Please describe your company and your position there.
Our Company is focused on releasing fitness related application sing latest robust technologies which includes Blockchain, I am currently one of the investors and CTO
For what projects/services did your company hire Digiryte?
We just had the idea and some rough sketches for our app idea. We hired them to ideate and build the application completely from scratch. Since our application also involves lots of personal data, we wanted them to build a secure application by doing VAPT (Vulnerability assesment and penetrative testing).
What were your goals for this project?
We were trying to build a personalised Fitness application which could sync with the user by monitoring their behaviour and give them sugesstions on changing their habits and ultimately leading them to a better lifestyle.
Also we wanted to connect other people using this application with blocchain .We wanted to create a application which could be a friend and a part of the user's life rather than building just an application.
How did you select this vendor?
Since this is our dream project, we kept multiple rounds of vendor selection through which we wanted to identify the vendor's strength and their technical robustness and to see if they met our expectations. Out of the 17 vendors we shortlisted about six of them were selected for the final face to face meeting.
Even though all the six companies were technically good and offered great value, we wanted to go with Digiryte not only because of their technical strength, but also becuase of their ability to think and ideate our application from a business point of view making our product more comercially viable.
Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.
We are developing a Fitness application and wanted to connect all the people using this application through blockchain. In the initial discovery stage, one of their Business analysts spent time with us on a daily basis, gathering all the information required from us for the project, understanding how we wanted the app to look like from a design perspective.
They provided a complete documentation of the information gathered to us check if we were on the same page. Once that was signed off, they went ahead with the design phase and i was so happy to see the prototype as it was exactly the way i envisioned.
Since this involves lots of personal data they also suggested vulnerability assesment and penetrative testing after the development and the testing phase to make sure the site was secure and to close all the possible loopholes through which the hackers might try to access. They also educated us in a consulting approach and helped us in choosing the best tech stack and the right processes for building a scalable product.
What was the team composition?
The team working on my project was around 7-8 people and the business analyst was also the UI/UX designer.
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
We are planning to launch the app by april or may and we are looking to extend our involvement with digiryte.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
They managed the product development in zoho projects and zoho sprints where they would allocate the tasks to the developers on a daily basis and they also added me to the zoho projects, so i was clearly able to see and monitor the tasks myself on a daily basis. So, i would say the project management was effective and transparent.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
They are really responsive and heed to my queries then and there.
Are there any areas for improvement?
There is very little they could improve.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder of an online marketplace for home maintenance and automation services. We’re basically the middleman between consumers looking for home maintenance services and businesses offering those services. We have a limited number of highly-vetted service providers working on our behalf. What’s more, we’re positioning ourselves as a niche and premium go-to place for people who don’t mind spending the extra money to get the highest standards of service.
The system we’ve developed is very simple. A customer logs into our platform and orders a service, which will then notify a number of service providers.
What challenge were you trying to address with Digiryte?
First, we determined the type of platform we wanted. Next, we designed a UI/UX prototype locally. Lastly, we went to Digiryte for development services.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Digiryte developed the platform’s frontend through Flutter, using an SQL database.
What is the team composition?
We have a project manager, two frontend developers, one backend developer, and one designer.
How did you come to work with Digiryte?
I used Clutch and interviewed people from all over the world, including the United States, the United Kingdom, and Asia. Every vendor said they could do it, but Digiryte asked me questions about issues that would come up a month or two down the line. This gave me the impression that they had some wit so I felt comfortable selecting them. In addition, they offered to do the project in a short amount of time and for the lowest cost. Other companies I contacted told me it’d cost 2–3 times more.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent around $70,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with Digiryte in November 2019, and our partnership is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
To be fair, the only challenge was in their UI/UX design revisions, they werent up to my expectation and required back and forth. In all fairness these problems are always inherent when trying to communicate your ideas to a designer, no one can design pages right from the first try. The good thing about Digiryte is that they’re very responsive and don’t take much time to change designs. In order to have full control, I ended up doing the UI/UX designs myself.
How did Digiryte perform from a project management standpoint?
This is where they really shine. Digiryte takes away my headaches. Most of our communication happens through Zoom, and we use Slack for minor questions. They’re really responsive and willing to do everything I request. Their team is honest about timelines and about what things are needed. I like that they don’t charge extra for requested changes.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re honest and have good integrity. Digiryte did exactly what we wanted them to do, and they did so in the best possible quality. Everything works fine. If I could describe them in one word, it’d be cooperative.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I had to meet their designer at the office 2–3 times and turn down a lot of the designs. However, that’s just an inherent problem with design in general. I don’t think there’s anything they could’ve done better, really.
Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?
Make sure to communicate with them 24/7.
Digiryte has been unable to deliver a workable application three years into what was quoted to be a 3–4 month project. Their explanations and communication have not satisfied the client, who has resorted to layoffs, litigation, and sustained personal investment to keep their company afloat. This review includes the vendor's response.
