A project manger was our main point of contact throughout the process. There were 2 full stack developers, 1 designers, and 2 digital marketing experts working behind the scene.

After launching the website we saw that users are liking our platform. Website traffic increased within 1 month and month by month traffic graph is increasing.

We had daily stand up with project manger. who communicate with team. they always completed there tasked before guideline. We used Github, task manger, skype video conferencing with communicate them.

I think there is good team and management. there is no chance.

Slooh. - Bringing Space Exploration Directly into Classrooms. Introducing an innovative new product that teaches students how to explore space via a network of online telescopes.

I am the CTO of Slooh LLC that makes offering astronomy engaging and affordable for schools without the requisite equipment or expertise on staff. We provide direct access to astronomy educators and real-time viewing and control of robotic telescopes, including seven telescopes situated at one of the world’s top observatory sites.

Launching this new version for 4th through 8th-grade students in the fall, with funding support from the National Science Foundation. With the dawn of the new space age, astronomy deserves more focus in schools, particularly because it is fascinating and inspiring to students. Slooh is designed to empower students in class as a part of the curriculum, and also in a co-curricular or extracurricular manner so students can explore space on their own with direct support from our astronomy educators.

Develop a partnership program for EdTech companies, planetariums, observatories, and science centers. We were looking for new partners to connect space with different audiences and affinity groups.

We’ve been working with at least Four members of their team, including an account manager, a coder, and a project manager. Additionally, they call in extra workforce as required.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Their responsiveness and their ability to thoroughly plan were amazing. The core development was completed on time and on budget, with us being able to add a few changes to our original scope with the budget that was remaining after our core features were developed.

The project management was excellent. They were very responsive and followed the agile project methodology using JIRA. they has fortnightly sprints. and task and scheduling was done before the sprint was started.

Digiprima understood this requirements and planned very well, giving us the impression that this was taken as a personal challenge for themselves to make sure they delivered well for us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Inspite of lot of COVID disturbances the modules were delivered on time. So I think they are doing their best.

With Digiprima's support, we successfully launched the Syndifi platform to modernize the Syndication process around secure file sharing. The platform is designed as a CRM system to track deal activity for Sellers and create a better presentation of the transaction for the Buyers.

They are very responsive and knowledgeable. Most of all, they were capable of meeting tight timelines. They provide end to end It solutions and 24 x 7 support for our ongoing work.

Following are some of the features or qualities that we were looking from an online examination application/platform.

1. Easy to use -  An online examination application must be comfortable to operate. Its benefits must be enjoyed by the person taking up the test as well as the person who is conducting the test.
2. Swift Action Navigating across the pages/operations during an online examination must become an easy operation. It must not be a time-consuming process; rather, it should make the operations swifter and quicker.
3. Minimal Cheating There is an argument between the classical examination supporters and the promoters of online examination. The cheating during the online examination must be cut to zero. The scope of taking external help or using any other modes of cheating must be narrowed down by using modern methods of surveillance in the application.
4. Tailor-made question papers To avoid the tampering of question papers beforehand, the application must have a provision of using a shuffle system of questions and prepare a unique question paper from the selected question bank. This promotes the aspects of accountability and transparency while conducting the online examination.
5. Evaluation and Scores A person taking up the exam must be able to know about the summary of the test given by him/her. The basic information about the test taken should be conveyed by the server like the number of attempted questions, etc. A quick response to the given answers can also be provided by the application itself.
6. Accurate display of time and duration The candidate taking up the online examination must have access to basic information like the remaining time, total exam duration, etc. The person must be able to calculate these dimensions so that he/she can cope up in a significant way.
7. Face Recognition and Detection With the help of artificial intelligence, the online examination process can become simpler and more transparent. Modern technical features like face recognition and detection allow the dimension of accountability to be more specific. It can ensure that the correct person is taking up the examination.
8. Body Tracking Tracking the movement of eyes, hands, etc. can be assessed with the help of modern techniques so that the examination could be conducted fairly. By implementing such features in the application can minimize the scope of cheating and unfair means.
9. Video and Screen Recording Keeping a continuous check on the candidate can allow the test operator to have faith in conducting the fair examination. The feature allows the test conductor to keep a watch on the screen of the person by recording it in between. This can also help in ensuring transparency when the online invigilator is keeping a check on the candidate.
10. Alarm system When something fishy appears, the alarm system of the application rings. This system work on the principles of Artificial Intelligence. The invigilator will be alarmed when a candidate is engaged in any kind of suspicious activity.

They finished up delivery, but we’re beginning continuation engineering as we roll that product out. They’re a great organization. - Commitment - Quality - Honesty - Prompt communication

Improvements are part of any process. But I was quite satisfied with the delivery.

I am the director of business development at a digital signage software company. We are a B2B company that provides digital signage services and software applications.

What challenge were you trying to address with Digiprima Technologies?

We were looking to create a web portal to complement one of our existing applications and didn't have the resources to do it in-house.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Digiprima Technologies built the front- and backend of our web portal. The application allows users to log in to their account and gain access to their signing screens that they can then update and deliver. The backend of the website allows us to manage all of the accounts in the database.

Their team used Angular 2.0 and Mongo.DB for our database. Their team worked pretty independently and built the portal in C# and SQL Server.

I initially worked with Shubhra (CEO, Digiprima Technologies) and she was a great resource for us. At any time we worked with a frontend developer and a backend developer. At times, she would pull in other resources she had available.

I had worked with Shubhra when she was at another company, but we were connected on LinkedIn. When this project came up, I remembered that she had started her own company. I reached out to her, got details on her new company, and decided to work with her.

We have invested between $8,000–$12,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our engagement with Digiprima Technologies ran from October 2017–October 2018.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’re still in the early stages of marketing our product and offering it to our customers. It’s been up and running relatively bug-free for about a year. There have been no longterm issues with their work and that’s a good sign

How did Digiprima Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

We were able to work with Digiprima Technologies very closely. Our teams got together once a week at least. Digiprima Technologies would show us updates, enhancements they had made, and take requests from us. 

Shubhra was on top of things, especially regarding the schedule. Whenever deadlines weren’t met she was very responsive and pulled out all the stops necessary. She brought in other developers to help us finish on time. I was very happy with her project management skills.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re a smaller company, which meant they were able to invest more fully in our project. I appreciated the access we got to their team members. They were willing to bend over backward to help meet our deadlines. Digiprima Technologies made our project a success, so I’m glad that we went with them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t have any issues with their work. Every developer has their own way of doing things, but as a whole, I have no negative things to say about what they did for us.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Early on in the process, request direct access to the developers using Skype. Shubhra had no issue providing this to us. After I requested it, it made a really big difference in terms of getting things done. The time difference could have been an issue but was easier to overcome once we had direct access to our developer instead of working through a middle person.

After redesigning our eCommerce website, we have found the ease of uploading products, and users are also feeling comfortable buying uniforms online. We saw a 50% increase in our sales after redesigning our eCommerce web portals.

They have a lot of experienced Magento developers, who understand the concept of projects and give perfect results. They deserve the most praise, as their team handles things well and delivers the projects on time.

We had some communication issues due to the timing at the start of the projects. But later they had a meeting with us as per our schedule and communicated properly with us.

The first steps were to have kick-off meetings and discuss our goals and objectives. After that, we delivered mock-ups, wireframes, and samples of what we wanted to incorporate into their site. After management approved them, their team designed and developed the new TajikHome incorporating a contact form.

After launching the new website, we saw a 70% increase in traffic, and our product sales double in a month. This helped us improve our brand awareness and ultimately turn our company into a billion-dollar business.

Digiprima provided us team of 5 people to exclusively work on this project and an extended team working with us for branding and They had around 40 people in total, which included developers, business analysts, and project managers. I was mainly in contact with the project managers.

A successful mobile app with all marketing strategy in place. Their project managers were very technical and helped me seamlessly.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Their team is very integrated with ours. We communicate through Slack, video calls, and email. Very responsive.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They hit the ground running and solve many challenges without our intervention. This was impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They were very adaptive to the changes and did many changes on the fly. A faster release but I understand release the constraints at hand and opted for a higher quality product vs. a quicker release.

Building a music voting platform we needed to scale our coding output as well as pull in database and ASW expertise for our project. Ultimately we were able to hit our deadline.

Our team was for the most part new to the MEAN Stack Technologies our goal was to Integrate an external team to help with the transition and keep to project on track.

Server setups nigix, AWS Instances, Frontend Angular js Backend node and express js work. Work was done in agile two weeks sprints .

Hiring Digiprima allowed us to tackle and scale larger job seamlessly. Training and expanding our internal team would have at Minimum added another 5-6 month to the project length blocking other possible work.

Their ability to adapt. Even with on the fly client changes, they were able to roll with the punches and create new solutions.
