Sandler Training HubSpot Onboarding
A unified and flexible implementation of HubSpot Sales Hub Enterprise for 24 of Sandler UK’s franchises.
Sandler training is a sales training company with over 50 years of experience, founded with the vision to revolutionize the sales profession. With main branches in the UK, Canada, and the US and locations around the world, Sandler reaches companies and sales people around the globe.
The goal of the project was to unify these diverse sales processes into one HubSpot portal with an easy-to-use Sales Process while maintaining the independence of each franchise.
We then took all of this information aside and reviewed it internally to create a full map of the Sales Process including: Pipeline Stages, Goals, Automations, Properties, Lead Status categorization, and Reporting.
We then reflected all of the details of the sales process mapping within Sandler’s HubSpot portal, including:
- Sales Pipeline
- Users and Team Permissions setup
- Required and optional properties
- Meeting registration forms for each franchise
- Internal workflows to set properties and assign contacts
- External automations to simplify communication with clients
While developing these resources, we kept Sandler’s needs front and center by creating a modular and scalable sales process that allowed franchises to retain their autonomy.

For what projects/services did your company hire Digifianz, and what were your goals?
Our website was outdated. It has been almost 3 years since it was updated, and we have expanded operationally from 1 to 7 countries! The Content was static and complex to modify. It required the IT team and we could not implement content marketing strategies in our blog and Success Stories. Entering from different countries, the same content was seen and the sections of the site were static and had become outdated.
Digifianz allowed us to meet these objectives: 100% renovation of the website, with its multi-country and multi-language variables.
New sections:
- Services:
- Wellness
- Benefits
- Club
- Internal benefits
- Acknowledgments, points, gift cards
- Wellness
- Workshops and special actions
- Complementary modules
- Company
- Clients
With a section on Who we are, Success stories and downloadable Webinars. 100% customizable blog with SEO.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We selected the vendor by a colleague who had implemented the product. What really defined the decision was understanding that we could self-manage the website and that the training of the team was really simple and clear. In addition, the team was always willing to resolve doubts and queries quickly and clearly. On the other hand, we Confirm the recommendation of the colleague.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
We had an initial meeting to learn about the product, once induced, Mateo followed up to see if we would move forward and resolved doubts about pricing. Then we passed into the hands of Antonella, who followed up the project from start to finish with weekly meetings creating the site page by page and managing the tasks with ClickUp. Then, with the IT team, the site migration was carried out.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We work with:
Antonella Susa - Project Manager
Mateo Fuentes - Account Executive
Marco Novaira - Head of Customer Success
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We selected the vendor by a colleague who had implemented the product. In addition, the team was always willing to resolve doubts and queries quickly and clearly. On the other hand, we Confirm the recommendation of the colleague.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
We had weekly meetings with Antonella Susa, we used clickup for task management and Telegram for day-to-day project communication. Communication and punctuality was as scheduled.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
We like their level of organization! Each stage of the process is ordered and measured. The use of Clickup is brilliant and the speed of response times is unique. Likewise, the budgets are clear and the work team has its tasks well defined, which allows a single interlocutor.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Although we understand that this is the business model, each change we wanted to make was quoted separately (chatbot, additional landing pages, etc.). Also, I would not use telegram but slack or whatsapp.

HubSpot Digital Marketing Services for Digital Marketing Co
"We've had a very interactive, positive experience with them, as have our customers."
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I'm the founder and CEO of Whitehat, a digital marketing agency.
What challenge were you trying to address with Digifianz?
We use them as a supplier — our main challenge was delivering digital marketing services to our customers.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We work on customer projects with Digifianz that typically involve HubSpot's marketing automation tool. At any point in time, they're working with us to deliver for about half a dozen customers.
The implementation of those projects involves multiple skills, services, and deliverables. For example, the project can be website development, SEO, content creation, email campaigns, conversion or website optimization, or PPC. Digifianz effectively provides the team and skills we need to deliver to our customers' needs — they allow us to scale up our smaller team and deliver for our customers.
They don't only provide lower-level technical services; they also provide us with project management and consultative services. Digifianz helps with the day-to-day running and planning of our customers' projects. Their team also handles a lot of direct customer interactions. However, we provide a lot of input because they don't always understand the nuances of the local market. We don't outsource everything to Digifianz's team because they have certain limitations.
What is the team composition?
Digifianz has a team of about 40 project managers, analysts, and account managers involved in our partnership.
How did you come to work with Digifianz?
We met Digifianz at a networking event during a conference.
How much have you invested with them?
We're spending around $175,000 with Digifianz a year.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our ongoing engagement with Digifianz began in September 2019
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Digifianz has become part of our company, but it is hard to share exact success metrics because we're working on a range of KPI-driven projects with them. Each project has goals and targets, which we usually meet.
In more general terms, the level of skill Digifianz exhibits is exemplary. They have a broad knowledge of HubSpot and are up-to-date on their certifications for that environment. They're also proactive about suggesting how we can enhance our workflows. We've had a very interactive, positive experience with them, as have our customers.
How did Digifianz perform from a project management standpoint?
No project ever runs smoothly, but a good project manager can anticipate issues or errors and relay them to customers. Digifianz is very proactive in that sense; they use Trello and other tools to manage projects.
Their communication is good — they're comfortable using several communication channels, like email and online chats. We handle weekly and monthly customer meetings via Zoom, which Digifianz is also a part of. Our customers know that our companies are working together to provide services.
What did you find most impressive about them?
First, the depth of Digifianz's knowledge is fantastic. HubSpot is a complex and comprehensive package that covers multiple toolsets, and Digifianz knows the entire product, inside and out. Their knowledge is important to us because we deal with a lot of high-end corporate customers. Secondly, their team is very proactive. They always suggest improvements; they listen to customers' issues and respond appropriately.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don't have any problems with Digifianz, but we've had some minor sourcing issues as we've scaled up our partnership.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I wouldn't suggest using Digifianz for small, granular pieces of wor. Instead, engage their entire team so you use their broad range of skills — they can execute entire projects. That's their power.

Please describe your company and your position there.
Logistics services company. It provides international, land, air and sea cargo transportation, with added services such as cargo insurance, distribution and consulting. My position in Marketing & Communications Coordinator
For what projects/services did your company hire Digifianz?
Implementation of digital mkt, structure, development and implementation of mkt and commercial strategy on the Hubspot platform, development and design of the corporate website and digital content strategies (RRSS and blog). Training of the commercial area for the use of the Hubspot platform.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Digifianz came directly on the recommendation of the CEO of Eternity Mexico.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
As a first step, there were bootcamps with the CEO and the MKT area, to learn about the activities and needs of Eternity Mexico. During months of interviews and meetings, we worked on different elements that would be integrated into Hubspot's strategy, such as the types of buyer persona, the sales process, content and website audit, etc.
Subsequently, the planned strategy in Husbspot was executed, transferring the sales processes and digital content to the platform, so the next step was to train the areas to use it. Work was also done on planning for Google Ads, starting the redesign of the website, it was launched months later in Hubspot and with all the improvements to optimize digital marketing and sales from digital forms.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Jobs from the CEO (for the first meetings) to Customer Services for our account, Google Ads specialists, CRM team, web development, etc.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Increase in successful leads with closed projects, increase in our CRM with specific prospects. Optimization of processes for the delivery of reports from Husbpot.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Eternity Mexico is located in CDMX and the Digifianz agency in Argentina, so all meetings are digital, so the workflow was based on the use of project management platforms that show tasks, delivery time, responsibility , etc.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their specialization in Hubspot is impressive, and they integrate specialized personnel and teams for each process of the strategy (Google, CRM, writing, UIX development, etc.)
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
.
Digifianz had a measured and organized workflow. They trained the client to self-manage each website's content by country. The budget is clear, their tasks are well-defined, and their communication is punctual.
