I’m the head of delivery at Adchitects Sp. zo.o., a product and web design agency. We mainly make websites and applications.
What challenge were you trying to address with Digiffic.com?
In the course of building websites and other digital products for ourselves and our clients, we needed help with PPC campaigns and SEO services. We were looking for someone who could help us with our own website, as well as our clients.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They run PPC campaigns for both us and our clients. When our clients need such services, we move them to work directly with Digiffic.com. They help with about 10 projects per year for our clients.
On our side, we use them for Google Ads and Facebook Ads to help us gather more leads. The keywords on the U.S. side are expensive, so we focus on a different approach: leveraging longer keywords based on the services and purchasing intention of our potential clients. This allows us to reduce our CPC and still receive the valuable leads. We offer ideas, but Digiffic.com is responsible for keyword research.

I can’t give an exact measure of how much our traffic increased, as I'd have to dig into the analytics for different clients and ourselves, but most of our clients say that Digiffic.com's SEO is working. Then we moved on to find out the right keywords and targeting methods, then Digiffic's team came up with ads and we started airing our campaigns. Then, on a daily basis a PPC expert assigned to us optimized the campaigns to reduce the cost and make campaigns more efficient. It worked.

In Google Ads they selected keywords that had the highest purchase intent and CPC lower than market average (thanks to optimizing the campaign based on devices, delivery schedule and audience targeting).
