We struggled with many agencies and individual marketing experts before we found the digi hawks team, making way for a great experience with the whole process, I couldn’t recommend them enough

Wanting to find someone who understood our brand and how we work was very hard to find in such a money hungry industry, they are our team forever now.

The team set up retargeting adds and explained where profit and customers were coming from, opening our eyes and helping us manage our marketing from start to finish.

We are working with Kuldep currently and moving towards a full management including SEO and more, taking our stress and workload down by 50%.

We are still in the testing stages but are confident with the results we are receiving, we are very excited for the growth of both companies.

We have had multiple chats and their team is always available to help and guide us through what used to be such an anxiety enduring experience, but the team have removed these blocks for us, allowing me to craft my pieces and let me focus on what I’m good at.

Their attentiveness to helping our brand and myself succeed, goes far beyond any team we have had.

We were wanting to expand our digital reach. We hired them to provide a full scale SEO service to improve our ranking and grow traffic to our existing website pages.

We interviewed a few candidates, and felt that their proposal and professionalism put us at ease. They are still the same today as they were that day!

After laying out our year's business plan, including our marketing strategy. we saw a need for an update to our UX/UI as well as having our SEO rankings lower than we would have liked. We then set out to find someone to assist us. In this journey we are however building on what we originally required from them.

Now they are also managing our Google ads, social media ads and will be rehauling our websites.

They have been amazing at pulling reports and keeping us updated. Their communication has been great! They have met all their timelines .

Their level of professionalism and overall knowledge within the industry stands out. They put in a lot of due diligence before getting started, and it's ensured we've had a smooth project.

Not at this point. We really outsourced them for specific parts of the projects and they have delivered

I'm a digital Media Manager/Buyer at an education institution.

We were having issues with facebook ads conversion tracking and also with abiding by the IOS 14 updates. We need someone with experience in Digital marketing especially Facebook ads to audit and troubleshoot conversion tracking.

I searched online for Facebook ads specialists and interviewed Digi Hawks and felt confident they could execute the task.

First we met over a zoom call for me to explain the problem and walk them through my Facebook account. Next, I provided the necessary access to the backend and then they reviewed, diagnosed and executed the fix on my marketing landing page Unbounce. As a result, they provided screenshots of everything and I tested on my end on a live campaign.

I worked with Kuldeep and he is part owner of the company.

The campaigns are back on with full tracking capabilities. We have tested the pixel and everything works.

We met on a call and I sent all the accesses necessary and all the documentation and they respond and executed the tasks as fast as they received the proper accesses. Overall, a very efficient process.

Their swift responses and quick project execution were impeccable.

I believe they did an excellent job; however, improving the status updates and documentation process would improve service.

We got banned from our Google ad account. The merchant items were set up sloppily and we needed to rewrite.

They did keyword research and setup my Google Ads account. After running for a month, my account was optimised for maximum conversions with minimum ad spend. They are continually adding new products and maintaining our account now.

We have seen an increase of 15-20 conversions per week. This has resulted in approximately 20% increase in sales revenue.
