My company is Rotock Realtors, a real estate marketing firm. We major in marketing, sale and management of landed properties. And I am the Marketing Manager.

For what projects/services did your company hire DientWeb?

Many of our clients wanted an easy way to see what facilities our marketed properties had. So we figured that a mobile compatible easy to navigate min-website would go a long way. So we needed a web design company with designers who could capture our client's interest adequately on a one-page website. And because we had a number of properties that required these kinds of mini-websites, we needed not just a technical or creative web design company but a smart one that can help us cut cost. We reached out to about four companies but DientWeb turned out to be the one with the kind of smart thinking that we were hoping for. Instead of having to buy hosting for all the mini-website, they helped us set up most of them as addon domains on the few hosted ones.

What were your goals for this project?

We needed mobile friendliness (responsiveness) websites that were cost effective. Speed of delivery was very important to us because having the websites was a last-minute decision for us. The websites were built on WordPress with easy inquiry forms and analytics gathering integrations. This helped us immensely in diversifying our marketing approach. We received tones of emails from the strategically placed simple contact forms on the websites and were able to achieve our goal of finding great patronage for the properties we were marketing.

How did you select this vendor?

We reached out to about four companies that we could find online on Instagram. We chose Instagram because we wanted to see their works as quick as possible without having to browse their websites from page to page. After some discussions with representatives from each of them over the phone, DientWeb turned out to be the one with the kind of smart thinking that we were hoping for. Since we were keen on cutting down on budget for the projects, instead of having to buy hosting for all the mini-websites, they recommended that they could set up most of them as adon domains and register just few hosting accounts for us. Apart from the uniqueness of their work, the smart thinking was the big factor that made us decide to work with them.

DientWeb designed and developed a number of property landing-page websites for us. All of them were with different and unique looks. They were are mobile friendly and clients were able to contact us for each property through their respective website. Google analytics was integrated on each website and it helped us to track which of our marketing channels is leading people the the websites the more. Which in turn helped us to determine where to direct more of our marketing funds, for improved results.

What was the team composition?

We worked more with the project manager who coordinated the personnel that our project required. There were about two designers and two developers working simultaneously on our websites.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We were able to get buyers for the properties we were marketing faster through the websites. Also, we were able to generated data that helped us to direct our marketing efforts towards effective marketing channels. And very importantly, we were able to gather email contact for our subsequent marketing campaigns.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We were very impressed. The team worked round the clock even over nights to make sure they helped us meet our own internal timelines which was practically shorter than their own regular project time frames. They were very reliable and reassuring throughout the project.

They are very innovative and never tired or under pressure even with tight timelines. They take their time to deliver excellently without overshooting on time.

Haddicious Kitchen specializes in delivering cooked delicious African Dishes to consumers within Lagos City, Nigeria. We have been in business now for over 5 years. I am the founder and Director of Haddicious Kitchen.

We hired DientWeb for our eCommerce Website Development. We wanted to make our services more easy to access by our clients. We figured allowing them to order online will be a great way to ease their stress for phone calls.

What were your goals for this project?

Responsive Design, eCommerce Capability, Addition on our new product line (Cakes) and an Exciting New Look for the Website. The impact look forward to is increase in awareness about our Cakes just as people already know about our African Dishes.

We found DientWeb through Instagram. We had spoken to two other companies along the way but when we found DientWeb, their expertise as seen on projects they've worked on got us glued. Even with their level of experience, their representatives are more humble and accommodating. Also, their payment plan was very flexible.

They designed and developed our eCommerce website. And now they are helping us build another eCommerce website that will introduce our new line of product to our clients in a very exciting way.

We worked directly most of the time with the project manager assigned to our project. We have met with the designers and developers along the way as well. In total, we have had contacts with about six person from the company.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The first website we built with DientWeb helped us increase our sales by 40% person in our first two months of launching it. The design for the second website has gotten lots of positive reviews from our clients. We are confident it will help us boost sales by over 50% this time around. And importantly, help us market our new line of product.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project management has always been smooth. The project timeline is well observed by the team. Communications has been mostly through emails and phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The creativity of their web designers is something we really love. The team is always keen on quality in every way; images, captions, everything to them matters and we appreciate that. It makes us feel confident that our brand is in safe hands. Their developers are really great to work with. They always make us think about what is best for our users. that we are expecting on our website so that the website can serve them well.

Are there any areas for improvement?

If I may say, I think for the quality of work and the dedication they put into projects, they should consider charging more than they currently do. Because when compared with other agencies who do less than what they do, DientWeb is actually charging the least. I hope they'll get to read this though.
