DHNN Creative Agency implemented strategies to rebrand our entire visual system and communications strategies. Additionally, they developed a specific identity for our members' club.

We worked with a team of four.

How did you come to work with DHNN Creative Agency?

We evaluated three different design studios. DHNN came recommended by a friend who had worked with them in the past. After reviewing their portfolio, we found their work innovative and in alignment with our project.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around 500,000 ARS ($16,750 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in December 2017.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We started implementing the new visual system about two months ago and their work has been excellent. I am really happy with the quality of their design and their follow-up efforts.

How did DHNN Creative Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

DHNN Creative Agency used a project malmanagement tool, but I’m not sure which one. Despite our tight deadline, they managed to deliver on time.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was impressed by the team’s design skills.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of any specific area. In most projects, there’ll be some disconnect in communicating specific expectations, but we solved any of these issues easily.

In separate projects for end-clients, DHNN developed our site and designed applications. They also produced a digital handbook for marketing purposes.

The team had about 10 members at any given time. The composition frequently changed.

We found them on Behance, liked their portfolio, and arranged a meeting. We did a competitive search for each project and selected DHNN on multiple occasions.

We started working together in 2014 and the partnership ended about four years later in 2018.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

One project was a redesign for a client’s e-commerce site. The overhaul was exhaustive and successful. Post-launch, online sales increased by 5-10%. We experienced similar conversion results on other projects as well.

How did DHNN perform from a project management standpoint?

We had an account manager for each project; all of them provided responsive and perfect service. The team was always professional about delays and missed deadlines; we knew about each instance well in advance.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were creative and open to close collaboration. The great results reflected both attributes.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Everything worked well and nothing was inconvenient. However, the team could integrate with other areas—such as development—to a greater extent. We always engaged them for design projects, but stronger development skills would enable them to cover our projects fully.

To help each branch generate empathy for the project, we created a book in tune with its goals. It was a big editorial piece that showcased project specifics and helped us connect with the people that implemented the strategy in various branches.

We were in direct contact with two people, but others collaborated on the project.

One of our colleagues had worked with them on a similar project. When we decided to start this project, we thought they would be a good option. They easily understood the project and had a good reputation for editorial design.

We heard good comments. The book complemented the project well, gave a clear message, and explained the changes we made.

They were well-organized. We didn’t have much time and needed to send the book on precise dates. They made a clear, organized plan and finished by the expected time. Everything was fluid and precise.
