Devstack company has successfully developed a financial payment module for one of our significant client, managing every phase from initial business analysis through development to the delivery of the final product. This project encompassed the development of the module for both web and mobile platforms. Throughout the entire process, Devstack displayed exceptional professionalism and commitment to meeting our requirements precisely as planned and within the designated timeline. 
Their thorough business analysis ensured a comprehensive understanding of our client's needs and objectives. Subsequently, their development work was executed with precision, resulting in a product that seamlessly integrates with our existing systems while meeting all functional and technical specifications. The module that Devstack company has build it was same as it was requested, as I have written business analys and all other phases where analyze in detail from Devstack, they help us clarifying some other points which we didn’t know that would be needed. Module that has been developed is working perfectly and client is very satisfied with it.

Provided two developers, one senior and one junior. Both of those developers worked with us as a core member of our team and took the UX designs we had into development. We launched on the app store and continue to work with them and plan to keep them on as long as they will have us.

We do weekly sprints. We have core deliverables every sprint. As a result we went from design on paper all the way to fully executed Iphone app that is on the app store.

They delivered on time.They even put a project manager on our meetings with us to help us keep on track.

They are willing to work with us when we need some flexibility on our resources. They really did a great job finding the best two people for what our needs were.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Devstack could have done differently?

Nothing. However, in general, I think hiring off shore dev folks is much easier when you have a CTO on full-time on your team or someone that can project manage, give direction that really knows tech.
