I am the CEO of the company of AutoShopy - an online marketplace for mechanics. It connects drivers with mechanics and allows them to book their services. I am the CEO of the company
For what projects/services did your company hire Devnox, and what were your goals?
Devnox was hired to build the AutoShopy website from the ground up. The website is complex and as a marketplace application it required a lot of detail care for workflow. My goals involved building a clean, simple to use, mobile enabled website.
How did you select Devnox and what were the deciding factors?
Devnox was recommended to me by a mutual connection. I was informed that they were professional, experienced, and had good prices, and that's what I experienced from them as well. My deciding factors were: Pricing, Quality of prior work, dedicated team.

Devnox was instructed to design and build a mobile enabled online marketplace website. They were provided with a feature breakdown , website flow charts, and design objectives. They built the website with the following requirements:
- Driver & Mechanic Profile Login Page
- Appointment Scheduling
- Payment Processing (Stripe)
- Mechanic Profile Page with customizable settings and pricing options
- Invoice Generation
- Email Notifications
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Devnox was able to dedicate 3 developers to work with me and build out my website. I mainly worked with a backend developer and a front end developer. They were lead by the senior developer, and all 3 developers were able to work with me and build my site.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
The team at Devnox built the website precisely as was requested of them an in accordance with the feature requirements and flow charts.
They went above and beyond and build aspects and features of the website that were critical for operation, but were not included in the original set of features and requirements. They were able to dedicate an entire team of developers to work with me and act upon my feedback.
Furthermore, after development, they remained dedicated in responding to bugs and issues, and they would address them promptly. Web traffic continues to rise month after month, and our listing on google is usually first or amongst the first options, due to their incredible SEO optimization work.

Project timelines and key milestones were well communicated. Communication was mostly held on Skype and Email.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They took on the project with a lot of dedication and spent a lot of time and effort to build a great e-commerce marketplace site. They surprised me by building tools and features that they anticipated would be useful for the website and business. They cared for the future of the company as if it was their own. I was also impressed by how reachable they were, and that they always responded to my questions and offered sufficient advice. This company really cares about the business of their clients!
Are there any areas for improvement?
Although Its easy to get a hold of the team, but regular communication between the client and the Devnox team can be improved.
