I'm a co-founder of digital coaching company.
For what projects/services did your company hire Developtica?
Our platform was designed for professional coaches to coach enterprise-level company employees. We needed to develop further functionalities to include internal coaches and create a dashboard for HR professionals to oversee the program.
What were your goals for this project?
To develop a panel robust and secure enough for enterprise-level clients. Integrate it with front-end as well as the user platform with reporting capabilities fast and userfriendly.

We worked together in the second version of our project with the team. We were happy with İlyas (Founder) so we continued with the new firm Developtica
Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.
The project is a panel/dashboard to match, manage, amplify the service we provide for coaching, mentoring, and leadership programs. The panel includes reporting, content management, user management, etc. It also integrates with our user platform. The intriguing part is coaching is confidential between coach and the coachee so data is compartmentalized as well as converted to statistical data to keep the user privacy and ethical code of coaching.

We utilized Kanban like model.

They have a broader understanding of business goals and future-proof development. They acted on our ever-changing priorities swiftly and engaged with our internal resources to optimize the costs.
Are there any areas for improvement?
There is just one: Budgeting and budget forecast: they always own up to their miss-calculations and are very generous with free additional development days. However, in some projects I felt their financial stress.
The platform has fast reporting capabilities and is user friendly. Since working with Developtica, the program landed its first global customer. The team was flexible and accommodated changing priorities. They used Kanban to manage the project effectively.
