The Sorli business food group has a division of sports centers that, after the pandemic, required access control and a reservation system for activities / rooms.
Develoop Software create an APP connected to Sorli's ERP management system that informs the user about of the hours, sessions and rooms/padel coachs available for each gym. The user can reserve their activity and using a QR code reading system in the APP, their attendance is registered.
In this way, the quotas of interior spaces are controlled and the reservation of exterior spaces is optimized. In addition, a direct communication tool with its members has been created and adapted to the geographical area of each available sports center.

The Totem Chroma video is a real-time integration software created by Dakota Photos with Develoop Software for the visitor of Real Madrid CF Tour.
Using Chroma technology, the user can select up to 6 players of Real Madrid CF and generate a video "possing with the stars".
To create this ondemand Marketing and Social network software, we work with a Chroma scenario and a timeline video editing libraries and video capture hardware. Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
As XXL Online has an important content creator team, Develoop Software chose Wordpress as a perfect platform to increase SEO and Landing Page strategies. Together, we designed on demand the UI Wordpress theme, to avoid third-party non-trustable software found in commercial templates.
Moreover, we gain in data-load speed plus a better Responsive design. The planning succeeds in 8 weeks development, where we could have access to our site upgrades under a Sandbox environment. That helped us in order of sprints following and final online launch. The QA team of Develoop helped us to introduce Google Analytics trigger codes, plus a 301 url migration site match. We contracted Develoop Hosting service to allow a fast and easy tech support.

Develoop Software provided a complete tech and creative team for our website. During the project, two Project Managers were in charge of coordinating the development and UX/UI design of the FrontEnd. One backoffice developers integrated the Wordress and created extra feature modules, including MailChimp or Odoo CRM integration. Finally, the QA department certified the functionalities, and the Hosting CTO coordinated the final launch.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
One of our big deals was not lose our Google site search rank. During the definition phase Develoop list our sitemap to check with our team what URLs must be integrated in the new Wordpress Platform. This definition helped us to focus in strategic SEO and perform better with the new structure. Moreover, transition between old hosting provider was completely managed by Develoop what help us to be focus in the site contents.

Develoop Software works under Trello Kanban solution mixed with Odoo Project management solution. In order to create the functional documentation, we wrote down complete specifications using Google Drive tools. Lastly, communication was made under weekly meets via MS Teams and chatting via Skype. For the project date roadmap, we follow a Gant planning with distributed tasks.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They had deep tech knowledge with creative and UI/UX experience. This mix is a “must” under today website development. Furthermore, Develoop Software is a well-organized IT provider that gave us continuous support and a future maintenance plan.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Even we are satisfied with the work done in the site, after uploading the last version of the site, we had a pair of broken links that we didn’t expected and those were not reflected in the sitemap list. Even we could check that before, but we trust straight in the initial list of url’s offered. Nevertheless, those url’s were not that important and we could redirect them straight to the Home for a better SEO performance.

I work at an online travel agency in the Spanish market.
What challenge were you trying to address with Develoop Software?
We needed help with e-commerce, web, and software development.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We’ve been working with them for 10 years, mainly on our website, which they developed our site using .NET. It’s a dynamic site, so they’ve worked on integrations that allow price updates from different providers. We’ve added new companies over the years, which they are in charge of on each occasion.
They’ve worked on on-site renewals as well as design and functionality improvements. There have been around three versions in the last 10 years, and we might do a fourth soon.
Beyond that, they’ve also developed management software for us as well as our mobile apps, though they aren’t yet launched to the market.
How did you come to work with Develoop Software?
We started working with them a long time ago. I know that we had good references from them, they seemed trustworthy, and they offered competitive prices.
How much have you invested in them?

We are a business-focused in the distribution of products and gadgets for biking activities and outdoor sports.
For what projects/services did your company hire DEVELOOP SOFTWARE, and what were your goals?
We have several shops and points of sale as clients. Traditional orders were made by email or phone calls managed by the sales department. We upgraded our software management platform with Microsoft Navision Dynamics 365 Business Central.
As a result, they planned to integrate a B2B eCommerce fully personalized and ERP-synchronized. We contracted Develoop Software to create an on-demand platform using Opensource eCommerce technology for core functions.
After analyzing the software’s needs, Develoop offers an integrated solution under the PrestaShop platform. Moreover, Develoop Software created the Ms NAV API synchronized with PrestaShop API for customers, products, orders, delivery, and other sale managers tools.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We did the research for IT and eCommerce providers with MS Navision Dynamics experience and OpenSource eCommerce solutions. Develoop Software, after analyzing functionalities and budget costs, presented and offer with a solid proposal and modular integration.
Commercial attention and B2B eCommerce software solution help us to choose Develoop Software as a provider.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
First of all, the project definition was made by a Functional Analysis coursed by IT specialized technicians from Develoop Software. After studying user needs and UX/UI solutions, the scope and backlog tasks were listed and planned.
A Calendar of sprints and delivery dates was exposed and coordinated by Project managers from Develoop Software. After 10 weeks from the contract sign, we could preview a full test sale process under a sandbox environment.
Week by week, new improvements were integrated into the B2B eCommerce until full-synchronization with ERP, loading the full-catalog premises and commercial conditions. QA testing and migration to the public URL domain were done after around 4 months from contract sign and under expected project roadmap.

Develoop Software provided a complete tech and creative team for our B2B eCommerce. During the project, two Project Managers were in charge of coordinating the development process. Moreover, an Analyst and a whole department of UX/UI were in charge of the FrontEnd.
Two backoffice developers integrated the PrestaShop and created extra feature modules, including ERP Synchronization. Finally, the QA department certified the functionalities, and the Hosting CTO coordinated the final online publishing.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Through a Functional Analysis and task definition, Develoop Software could estimate sprints and delivery dates for different scopes. Delivery times were accurate in contrast to expected and planned. Then QA testing brought out some feedback and corrections to be done.
That took some extra time before publishing online. Nevertheless, we did also our testing with “friendly” stores, which took some extra time. The ERP integration took longer than planned due to the complexity and third-party providers. But that was something expected under the Microsoft ERP solution.

Develoop Software is a balanced provider. Their project management and e-commerce knowledge were the most reliable. The fact that functionalities to be made were, since the beginning, under detailed description and complete frontend mockups, really helped to materialize a software project and visualize the goals and milestones.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
We had problems in early data loading before ERP was synchronized with B2B because of the CSV structure. Maybe a better definition for that would be an improvement point, understanding product and attribute complexity.
Nevertheless, we find dedicated resources to solve any inconvenience founded under the development of such a complex B2B platform.
DEVELOOP SOFTWARE carefully listened and followed the client's requests. They successfully integrated URLs in the new website and the definition helped the client focus on their SEO. The team's project management was detail-oriented and well-organized.
