We just have a set budget every month and they basically do all the keywords, and when queries come in, they manage our inbound. They have an agent who will respond for us because we are on the road all the time. For any leads that come in, they filter them and only send high-quality potential clients to us.

I think there is one person who is dedicated to us, but I know there are a few other people involved.

Project management is pretty good. I am pretty happy about it because I don’t need to micromanage them, they work independently.
We have a WhatsApp group, and my drivers get the information on WhatsApp. Any business that comes through that, I know it is from the campaign.

Any time I have needed something, I just pick up the phone and I know they’ll answer and take care of it. They also communicate well. If I ask something, they are able to explain it very well to me. They understand our business very well and can make good suggestions for us as a result.

They could give us weekly updates. I told them that and they said they will do it. Outside of that, I can’t think of anything else. I'm very happy with them and have recommended them to a couple of friends already.

Just trust them. They understand my business and do things on my behalf. I don’t have to worry about anything to do with new leads or business coming in. I just put the budget in and I know I will get a certain number of customers coming in.

All sprint requirements are clarified and signed off before moving to build to ensure there is no ambiguity in terms of the deliverable. To date Twana and his team have never missed a deadline. All sprint details and progress is recorded on a Trello board which can be accessed at any time by any stakeholder.
All communications are provided in a clear and descriptive manner. Twana and his team also host regular project update meetings and a full demo of the project sprint is provided prior to deployment to production. All changes requested are managed and also recorded via the Trello board again for full visibility

What's most impressive is the variety of the skillset available within Twana's team to pretty much deliver whatever is required. There has been very little that this time have not been able to deliver regardless of the ask not only on this project but other projects that I have been involved with. What also stands out is their innovation. The team at Dev Centre House designed and developed our company website. It’s a representative site.
If people are looking to get a home consultation for custom-made curtains or blinds, they can fill out a form, and we get back to them with a phone call or email. We give an in-home consultation, and then we design the product and fit the product as well.
I sent Dev Centre House pictures that I wanted uploaded on the site, and I was in contact many times with different questions. They also make changes when needed.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Dev Centre House finished the site within a week. It was extremely quick, and it’s working well. People get in touch with us over the website through email and phone. The website is also tied to our Facebook page.
How did Dev Centre House perform from a project management standpoint?
Twana discussed everything with us. Even now, if I have questions or want to add information, he helps me. I’m happy with his service. We’re in contact frequently.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I never had any difficulties with them. They’re great at understanding what I want. Their team gave me ideas on things that would work better. I like the ideas that they present.

No, there’s nothing I’d have them improve.

I’m the owner of a sex therapy practice.

What challenge were you trying to address with Dev Centre House?
My previous website was done by another developer. It worked well initially, but, over time, I stopped getting the services and level of response I was hoping for. If something needed attention or service, the response time was very slow. I decided to part ways with that developer and build a new website.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Dev Centre House built my new website. There’s a lot of information on it about the therapy I provide and for whom, including what kinds of issues and difficulties I aim to address. There’s a blog on the site, containing articles I’ve written for newspapers and magazines, transcripts of radio interviews, and more. Users can make appointment inquiries via the site as well.
I was offered other functionalities for the site, including a chatbot. I declined having that because of the nature of my work. I was also offered a Facebook integration, but I don’t use social media for similar reasons.
What is the team composition?
I worked with one person primarily, but there was one other person from Dev Centre House involved.
How much have you invested with them?
The development cost was around €700 (approximately $825 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
I started working with Dev Centre House in autumn 2019. They developed the site in less than six weeks. I think it could’ve been even shorter, but I’m a bit of a perfectionist. There was nothing wrong with the site, but I went to and fro changing things.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The traffic to the site has increased, and so have appointment inquiries. People have told me that the site looks very good and professional. It looks more modern and has cleaner lines than my old one. It’s more accessible and easier to find information. The layout is much better.
How did Dev Centre House perform from a project management standpoint?
They’re extremely professional and responsive. They got back to me straight away with any queries. We communicated via email and phone. They seemed very flexible in terms of communication channels.
What did you find most impressive about them?
There was a lot that I didn’t understand when it came to the language around developing a website, but Dev Centre House simplified everything for me. They always gave me answers, suggestions, and ideas. That was very impressive.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don’t think so, and I certainly would do a project with them again.
Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?
I would recommend them without a doubt, but I don’t know what advice I could give. My experience was that Dev Centre House took over and started the process seamlessly. They worked effectively with me to find out what I needed and what best suited my needs. It didn’t require a lot of work on my part.
