Trinity College, Banking & Finance Oath, Police Association of NSW, New College Communities at the University of New South Wales
Trinity College's Foundation Studies program is like a pathway for international students to study at the University of Melbourne. The program is run by the Pathways School within Trinity College. The Pathways School provides strong student support services and social activities thereby helping students’ transition from high school to university.
Early in 2020 the Trinity College Pathways School wanted to improve their online communication as they were heavily affected by COVID-19 and wanted to maintain connection with existing students and interested potential students.
They chose to implement a live online chat system on the website.
The Banking and Finance Oath (BFO) is an independent organisation who aims to raise the moral and ethical standards of the banking and finance industry to improve our society, through implementation of the Oath. The BFO is an industry led initiative that was launched online in 2013.
Previously the BFO website was supported and hosted by AMP Capital (due to the origins of the BFO project). The website was running on a very old version of the Kentico Content Management System. Problems arising with the operation of the BFO domain name prompted an urgent need to find a new continuous hosting and support arrangement.
The Police Association of New South Wales is an association which represents the professional and industrial interests of approximately 16,500 members, police officers in New South Wales.
DDSN partnered with PANSW to create a world class mobile application specifically for the purpose of communicating with all members and keeping them up-to-date with all the important information like events, weekly rosters, reminders, changes about shifts, and other important information.
New College is an undergraduate residential community on the campus of UNSW. There is also a postgraduate community New College Village for mature age students pursuing further studies a the University of New South Wales Sydney.
In 2019 the two colleges came to DDSN to create a Community website to serve both colleges. The New College Communities needed to give residents, parents, alumni, supporters, and other stakeholders in the community infomation about college applications, events and activities in a comprehensive and visually engaging manner.
The brand of UNSW as well as the brand of the two colleges needed to remain distinct in a joint presentation.
Dementia Support Australia (DSA) is an Australian government funded national partnership led by Hammond Care. This service brings a diverse range of dementia expertise from across the aged care industry of Australia through a network of offices across the country. DSA consultants provide timely, on-the-ground support, maintaining local knowledge and relationships.
After developing a new logo for DSA, Hammond Care wanted to change the colour palette for the DSA website aligning with the new logo. Hence, Hammond Care partnered with DDSN Interactive to rebrand and visually refresh the DSA website, to be able to match well with the new brand logo and what it represents.

The client successfully launched the website and received better responses from their customers. Currently, DDSN Interactive is developing customer relationship management (CRM) software. The team always meets the timelines given and communicates easily.

After doing thorough research on companies providing the companies we were looking for, DDSN Interactive seemed the best option. Because:
- DDSN is an Australian Managed and owned firm and therefore making it easier to communicate and collaborate
- The team was very friendly to chat and welcoming - They took over our broken website project supportingly and helped us a lot
- Thier range of projects and experience is very vast

CRM: DDSN Interactive development, Suite CRM. Steps included:
- Brainstorming and explaining our sales automation needs
- receiving a demonstration that DDSN Interactive will build for us
- Communicating over video calls
- Many video meetings to discuss our needs, requirements, etc.
Overall, the experience was very easy to follow and the team was very supportive at each step. They also have a help desk to submit tickets and get instant support.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We interacted with 4-5 people including the Account Manager, Senior Development team, Managing Directors etc - an amazing team.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We were able to successfully make changes to our website and launch it. Ever since we have received a much better response from our customers. Our CRM software is in the final stage of implementation but until now we have been completely satisfied with the software development and then overall outcome.

All the timelines were met by DDSN Interactive. It is very easy to communicate with the team either via phone, email, or video calls. They also have a help desk to submit new tickets with concerns or developments wanted. this makes it very easy instead to contacting the team always.

The team is super supportive and friendly. They are experts in the field and they know what they are doing.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Not really - the overall experience was seamless and as expected
