What were your goals for this project?
Collects money for our clients as soon as possible which their customer owe to them.
How did you select DCDial?
We were looking for a solution which helps us to reach the people to collect money using a new technology where we don't need to physically visit the people to collect money or wanted to give customer ease to pay, So DCDial works well for both sides, no physical interaction nor customers need to visit bank.
Describe the project in detail.
Our project was to collect money from customers for one of our big client and they need this project to close as soon as possible with more than 80% of their money to be collected in given time.
What was the team composition?
Frankly we have a big company as we need to call each person to whom we have to reach but in this project with DCDial we needed only one person who sets up the system once. So we didn't need more than one person while the rest of things were fully automated.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Actually working with DCDial is a time saving thing where they have both calling services and payment services, so it's a great combination when you get both in a single interface. While I will not forget their support team, they are actually awesome in sense of responding to the queries over a phone call, chat or ticketing system, while their politeness is unbeatable.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We used to setup a meeting when their is need and they were quite helpful in suggesting different ways to reach our clients using different great methods they have like calls, sms, voicemails
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The great thing with them is they are proactive and deliver things timely. I have many examples, for example we integrated our system with their APIs and when we needed any custom API, their development team made that available just like it was already there, so they have actually great combination of teams and coordination between their teams.
Are there any areas for improvement?
As their system has so many features, so sometime it becomes difficult to visit each part of their system to make our setup more useful, so I suggest them to make an interface which will be very easy for people who works first time with this kind of big system.

For what projects/services did your company hire DCDial?
It wasn't easy to run our business with all of the corona-related emergencies. We had to start working from home to keep everyone safe but DCDial platform made the adjustment process easy. It is a perfect solution for remote businesses as you can always monitor your agents via the platform.
What were your goals for this project?
Maximize agents' talk time and minimize costs.
How did you select this vendor?
We considered a few other big companies but DCDial was a referral so we decided to try out this option.

Setting up DCDial was quick and easy, their customer team helped us greatly with that. On average, we spent 10 hours a day dialing people in different states. We don't work during weekends and national holidays.
What was the team composition?
We have around 15 agents, 1 admin, and 1 manager. There was no major scaling on our side during our partnership with DCDial.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Connection rates have increased dramatically which resulted in more debt collected.

Their customer support team is awesome. They answered our calls and emails in a timely manner and always provided us with excellent assistance.

Miss Loys has been extremely helpful in the set up process and in loading leads correctly making sure everything you need is specific to your business needs. I have learned it better to asked questions than assume you know how it works.

I have learned it better to asked questions than assume you know how it works. They are also always just a phone call or email away to assist you.
Are there any areas for improvement?
I feel like the dialer services should automatically connect the call to the floor if someone actually answer the phone while delivering the message. I thinks its foolish that the consumer has actually press an a number key on the phone before be routed back to the client.
DCDial's team was highly competent when it comes to phone calls, chat, and ticketing systems. They were incredibly respectful, understanding, and patient — characteristics that are essential when it comes to customer support services.
