During our first meetings, we developed and analyzed our ICP ( Ideal Customer Profile), the main pros to highlight in our script, and discussed potential markets for outreach. Before starting any outbound activities Datarob set up and warm-up our email servers and showed the first leads butch for approval. Everything was smooth and quick, I always received feedback from the team very fast.

After the decision to join the Uber4Business program we needed to generate a database of 4K qualified leads by Jan, 2021. We also needed our email domain and mailboxes to get set up and prepared for cold outreach campaign.

Prior to kick-off, we received a lead base sample of 100 leads for our review. After our approval, we had a general meeting to discuss the campaign goals in detail and a kick-off call, where we determined the project roles and time ranges. The project launch happened after 2 weeks after the business decision to move forward with this vendor. The email setup and preparation took 1 week. We received every 500 leads for our approval every 2 weeks.
What was the team composition?
We got a Customer Success Manager, a Data Researcher Team Lead and a Business Development consutant on the vendor's end and a Sales Director and Sales Exec assigned on our end.

We were in touch with the entire project Team on a daily basis via Telegram chat and have contacted the CSM via phone once any urgent matters occured. We had weekly meetings with the Data Research Team Lead and CSM to share feedback and our corrections on the Ideal Customer Profile. For any other matters, we used emails and Google spreadsheets. We had 2 separate meetings with an SDR consultant to set up our Sales Dev strategy.

I’m a sales executive for an IT out-staffing company. We work mostly for North American and European companies. We mainly focus on engaging senior software developers for long-term.
What challenge were you trying to address with Datarob?
We needed a company to provide digital marketing services in order to increase our sales.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Datarob provides us with digital marketing services. They come up with our digital marketing strategy and do strategic consulting for us in finding leads. They help us negotiate the process. We also received a great deal of consultation regarding PPC.
The team also helped us to reorganize our site to make it more promotional and catchy for new clients. We drew a picture of goals we wanted to achieve, and they helped us to understand our vision. We’re continuing our cooperation because it’s been successful.

There are three researchers, email marketing specialists, two sales development reps (SDRs), and an SEO team that we partially involved.
