I’m an executive at a painting company called Five Star Painting.

We wanted to automate and get more visibility of our analytics to price better and win more jobs.

The system drives analytics like sales-closing ratios, monthly revenues, and other aspects of our business to put it into a database so we can be aware of how much our marketing channels are producing. This platform is kind of the Rosetta Stone of marketing because it allows us to know our real ROI and manage our investments wisely.

The system supports our estimating, our marketing, and our financial processes. The platform also automates our operations, like scraping our Google Calendar and putting that information into QuickBooks and our system. Also, thanks to the software, we now know the cost per paint crew, and we’ve got accurate job costs for each job.
Overall, we’re number one in our franchise. We’ve experienced a 58% growth in revenue, and the sales-closing ratio is around 46% — I attribute this to the good insight into what we’re doing, thanks to the platform they developed.
