Introduce your business and what you do there.

I'm the manager of KlimaTeck, a company that maintains and services air conditioning systems.

What challenge were you trying to address with Dalerio Consulting?

They’re taking care of the whole webpage, including the design, the development, and the online marketing online—trying to put it on top.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We've been working together for a month or so, but we're going kind of slow because I've been busy and I haven't had time to give them much design direction. They’ve had space to work independently and create the design, and I like how that’s going. I’m trying to think of ideas, of how I can develop it a little bit more, but I kind of like it as it is now, and they're going to do a little bit more on some of the other pages.

They’re working on WordPress because I thought it would make it a little bit faster. But, I ended up waiting a bit longer because I've been busy. If not for that, it would be finished by now. They’ve done all the graphics for the site, and all I gave them was some pictures of the air conditioners we sell, as well as some handmade drawings. They’re also promoting the site on Instagram.

What is the team composition?

I've been talking with Daniel, but I think there are a few other people in there as well. They have a team of 7–8. Daniel is the manager, so he takes care of dividing the jobs. There’s also Donald, who takes care of keeping the website and the server online.

How did you come to work with Dalerio Consulting?

They were suggested to me, and I think I'll be working on them in the future again. I have another business growing as well, and I’m considering whether to have them build another website for me.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent less than $5,000 so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together since September 2019. Now that we’re almost done with the design, we’ll start the SEO soon.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The number of calls has been rising a little bit because we’ve promoted it on Instagram. Once we’re able to verify our location on Google, we’ll start seeing more calls.

Everything I have asked for so far in terms of design they’ve delivered. They’ve also given me some ideas, and I supported them in that.

How did Dalerio Consulting perform from a project management standpoint?

It's been awesome speaking directly with Daniel instead of all the supporting people. That system has been very successful.

We’ve met in person, and, initially, we talked by email because that's more formal. Currently, we talk on the phone. I can call them during their working hours and they're very responsive.  

What did you find most impressive about them?

I like how they are very patient with what I ask because sometimes I can be demanding. They work out every detail. I don’t know if most companies can do this, but they’ve been very efficient.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The SEO is going to improve my business a lot more after it.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

If they follow the same way as I did, start with an email, then ask to meet Daniel in person, then he's going to give you the direction that you need. After the job starts, any requests that you might have you can just talk to them about.

I am owner and co-founder of Korrieri, one of the largest online news portals in Albania

For what projects/services did your company hire Dalerio Consulting?

We started with just a Facebook page. Dalerio Consulting helped us with creating the news portal for us, did SEO and social media marketing for us, and helped us monetize our website with AdSense and Instant Ads.

What were your goals for this project?

We first started asking for just a website, but then we expanded to SEO, Marketing and more.

How did you select this vendor?

Daniel was a friend of mine, I'd seen some of his work, and so I went to him for help.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

First they built the website. After that they helped us with monetizing the website. Then they helped us grow in google searches and expand our social media outreach.

What was the team composition?

I have closely worked with Daniel. He has people that help him with Marketing and web design. With as I've seen, Daniel is personally invested with every project and for any issue, he resolves it within a few hours.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our site grew to be one of the leading news portals in Albania, and we keep on working adding new pages and sites.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It has been a very nice experience.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They have support at any time of the day and night, and whenever there are any issues, they are resolved as soon as possible. They were very professional and patient,  explaining every step of the process.
