I am the chairman of Raghav Global School, responsible for presiding over the entire workforce and manage budgets and make sure resources are allocated properly. Make sure departments meet their individual goals and are responsible for overall accountability to management.
For what projects/services did your company hire Cygnik Tech?
Cygnik Tech have migrated all our on-premise servers (from our rack room) to Amazon cloud. Most important were our email & student database server, along with that Cygnik Tech will be acting as virtual IT guy for us. Cygnik Tech has been taking care of our employee computers & cloud servers/applications.
How did you select Cygnik Tech and what were the deciding factors?
We’ve interviewed numerous IT provider that we're able to provide us with such type of a service. The aspect in which Cygnik Tech stood out was their expertise - they convinced us that they would perform migration & support without any issues or delays. We felt confident in them with their SLA, and we were right. They did a great job.
Describe the project in detail and walk through their service package.
We provided list of servers that were running in our rack room, along with that all the available information of our IT infrastructure from our current IT provider. Also provided them details about our existing cloud applications like ERP, HR, Accounting etc. Here the goal is the move all our servers on cloud, so that we are not dependent on hardware (except employee laptops).
Cygnik Tech team was able to understand our requirement, performed seamless server migration to cloud & since then they have been taking care of all our IT needs.
How many resources from the Cygnik Tech team worked with you, and what were their positions?
The people at Cygnik Tech are very knowledgeable and capable of doing what we need them to do. Most of the time we collaborated with Ashish & he is super friendly to work with. Cygnik Team is always on ready to jump in, at one point, we had a network engineer on for about 20 hours.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Our ticket close rate and client satisfaction with Cygnik Tech are well over 85%. Our employees love the experience, and we’ve developed a solid & resilient IT infrastructure. They’re a competent, high-quality partner.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Most people on our team are not very technology friendly, earlier we use to have another IT service provider with limited support. Cygnik Tech was able to provide SOP's for reporting issues, we have a dedicated account manager along with a support lead who are our point of contact for any escalation.
The manager of our administrative team is the point of contact for Cygnik Tech in case they need any assistance from our end. I would say our communication & work style is in conjunction with each other.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Nothing comes to my mind as of now, may be they need to grow their team.

I’m the founder and CEO of a disposable and compostable wooden cutlery manufacturer. We maintain an online shop for our products.
What challenge were you trying to address with Cygnik Tech?
We needed help managing our IT infrastructure. I’m a pretty tech-savvy person, but with the number of people on my team as well as the different software we use, I wanted to bring in outside support.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They manage 14 systems of ours, including our email server, our Salesforce CRM solution, and our Quickbooks platform. Salesforce is crucial to my company’s business model, so keeping it operational is a huge focus of their work. Outside of this, they provide direct technical support to my team as needed.
When we first brought them in, they examined our existing infrastructure and provided some consulting services as well. They worked to ensure we were using the best applications possible for our work. They also helped enhance our online presence.

They’re still setting up their project management processes, so there have been some issues with making sure my team’s issues are routed to the correct member of Cygnik Tech’s team.

Even if you have most of your ideal IT infrastructure solution figured out, you should still reach out to them. They’ll make sure everything is technically sound and help you fully optimize your online presence.
