Cygnet Digital
Since 2018 the team at Cygnet Digital has been working with WordPress to grow businesses and drive results. During this time they have developed sites for multinational brands and international charities.
One of the unique aspects of the agency is that GIT version control builds the foundation for all their projects, using this to deliver on features rather than the traditional dev -> staging -> live approach. As one of the few agencies in the world to pioneer this design pattern, it enables them to serve large enterprise clients without needing to overcome the typical restraints of developing WordPress at scale.
As an innovator in the industry, Cygnet developed divert.app which deploys disposable testing sites for project managers. This is the only system of its kind and now comes as standard with any enterprise development packages.
If you are looking for quality enterprise development, look no further than Cygnet Digital.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the managing director for a leather bag brand.
What challenge were you trying to address with Cygnet Digital?
We needed a partner to provide us with IT support for our various projects.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Cygnet developed our website from scratch. They designed the site’s backend, and they enabled us to easily make frontend changes in the platform. Our system records and transfers online orders and shipping data. They also set up our hosting servers and developed our point of sale system from scratch.
Our website is capable of creating products, converting currencies, and translating languages. Additionally, it can connect to a backend system to record orders and shipping and customer data.
How did you come to work with Cygnet Digital?
A friend recommended Cygnet to me, and they first did a small project for us. That went well so we expanded our partnership.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent around $130,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in March 2013, and it’s ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Prior to working with Cygnet, our online revenue has been $100,000, but now it’s close to $2 million. We’ve achieved 20-fold growth throughout our partnership. In addition, since they constantly monitor bugs, we rarely encounter any issues.
How did Cygnet Digital perform from a project management standpoint?
Cygnet’s project management has been good. We usually meet once every couple of months, and our relationship is quite personal.
Their communication is excellent, and I can’t ask for anything more. I’m quite flexible as a client, and I rarely give them deadlines. However, when I give them deadlines, they’re able to meet them. We use Trello and Height to collaborate, and we mostly speak through emails.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Cygnet’s attention to detail and pride in their work is impressive. They care about what they do, and they don’t just do something for the sake of doing it. They double- and triple-check to make sure everything is correct and working properly.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They’re in demand and have quite a lot of clients; the only downside of working with them is their small team. I’d suggest that they continue to grow their company.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
You should schedule regular meetings and set deadlines — that will help you a lot.
Cygnet Digital’s work has resulted in an exponential growth in online revenue, exceeding the client’s expectations. They are communicative and responsive, and they have a personalized approach. Their attention to detail is impressive — they are committed to the project’s success.
