We are a fine dining steakhouse with 13 locations over the United States. I am the Marketing Coordinator as well as Loyalty Program Manager.
For what projects/services did your company hire Cyclone Social?
Andrew and his outstanding team manage our many social media pages, place our digital advertising, handle our art creation, as well as photography, and videography. They also produce commercials for us.
What were your goals for this project?
When we hired Cyclone Social our goals were to get better content on our social media pages, increase likes/follows, and drive guest counts.
How did you select this vendor?
I did some shopping around both locally and nationally and after meeting with several advertising firms, Andrew and his team stood out. Andrews's passion and knowledge were enticing, he has the drive to be sure each of his clients is well cared for and he has hired a team of like-minded individuals who go the extra mile.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
We began with several discovery meetings with Andrew and his team, he really wanted to get to know us as a company, which we appreciated! After that, they put together an action plan for us and presented it to us. We were on board with everything they wanted to do so we gave them the keys to the kingdom and let them work their strategy.
They report back every month, with an in-person meeting, with the measurable results in an easy to reach report with many graphs and bar charts and can be shared and understood by our entire company. They create marketing pieces as needed in may format to be used in various ways.
They also visit many of our locations across the United States to capture photos and video of the location's decor and staff, each has its own personality. Using the content they capture while in our restaurants they create beautiful ads and commercials.
What was the team composition?
Our Community Manager, Anna, is outstanding! She is highly skilled and knows how to get the job done, which is not an easy task when there are so many moving parts and often last-minute projects that we toss at her. She is smart, kind, and skilled, with a get it done drive.
Megan who handles our creative content is much like Anna in the fact she is skilled and proficient in what she does! We also have a team doing more of the behind the scenes work, our Digital Strategist Greg, Brand Advocate Caitlyn, and Graphic Designer Wes.
Then there are the guys behind the camera Josh, Andrew, and Ben who are great to work with on location during shoots. Even with a team as big as the above, Andrew is always just a phone call or email away and is eager to help.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We partnered with Cyclone Social to develop a digital advertising strategy focused on increasing guest count and reservations in our restaurants. We saw a 45x Return on ad spend, $2.6m generated, over 21k reservations, and a 10% increase in guest counts.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Working with Andrew and his team is one of the easiest business relationships I have ever had! They are eager to help, highly skilled, organized, and have excellent written and spoken communication.
There were many projects which were last minute and they took them on with grace and skill and always met the deadline! They are proactive and communicate when unexpected things occur.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
I have been so impressed by not only the skill level of each employee but Andrew's dedication to his team, to his clients, and to his mission. In everything Cyclone Social does, they hold true to their core value of "Be remarkable or be ignored."Â Cyclone social is remarkable from the top down!

They created some logos for a particular product that we were rolling out. They did some video branding work as well as creating a strategy for our social media presence.

I am a manager at an e-commerce company, directly reporting to the CMO, responsible for product and inventory sales.
For what projects/services did your company hire Cyclone Social?
We were using search campaigns, catalogs, phone/email, and direct mail as our only sales channels - our challenge was to implement a social media campaign to sell merchandise through Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest.
What were your goals for this project?
We had 2 goals for the project: 1) increase our online sales by implementing social media ads 2) add social media purchasing as another sales channel.
How did you select this vendor?
The CEO of our company met Cyclone Social through networking, brought them in to meet with our team. We interviewed multiple agencies, but Cyclone Social stood out as the clear choice! The CMO and CEO ended up selecting Cyclone Social and having me and my team work on the project with them.

Prior to selecting Cyclone Social, they dove into a deep-dive discovery with our team and presented a full plan for rollout. Once we selected them, their team came in and took over all channels to get moving. It was fast, effective, and efficient. Very impressive! We had daily touchbase conversations, weekly update calls, and monthly overarching meetings to review. They always spoke to us in "business" terms and made it easily digestible.
What was the team composition?
We worked directly with a Community Manager, but also had weekly contact with the Director of Marketing and Creative Director at the company. They would coordinate other team members like digital strategists, content creators, influencer specialists, and we even had a lot of direct contact with the CEO.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We started at zero with social media sales, but within a week of implementation social media became our 3rd best referral source. Within a month it moved to #2. It has maintained high level conversions since! Sales overall at the company increased 13% on average month-over-month following implementation.

It was VERY easy to work with the Cyclone Social team. They communicate well and really care!
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Their setup is different than most other agencies. They have specialists in all areas. So when we had a question about ads, they would loop us in with a Facebook certified ads buyer or even one of their reps at Facebook's headquarters! If we needed something creative, we would get looped in with an art director. We were never talking to a "Jack of all traits" we were able to really get specialist help!
Are there any areas for improvement?
Honestly, everything was done really well. Sales could always be better, but Cyclone Social delivered what we asked!

Cyclone Social performed an initial assessment with myself and our business manager to determine our individual business. Based on that assessment and interview, a detailed plan was developed that highlighted distinct areas and plans of action to develop our social media marketing program. They have provided in-house resources for photography, videography, marketing content, editing and social media management for our account,
What was the team composition?
We met with the principal of the firm to determine our needs and action plans/steps. Through the plan implementation we have worked with a variety of people at every level, and maintain weekly interaction with our community manager.

Although at we are at the early stages in our work with Cyclone Social, we have already seen and increase in the number of hits to our website and reviews of our postings on LinkedIN. We were looking to build an online presence. We were not on any social media platforms and needed help to branch out into this area.

We wanted to get out into social platforms and build an audience of loyal followers. We wanted to increase traffic to our website and our visibility to our intended audiences.

They came highly recommended by a vendor we know. We met with them and liked their vision for us and their work ethics and values.

We had a few get to know you meetings with them so they could learn more about our company, what we do, our providers, myself and my bosses. From there they were able to come up with a great plan that worked on branding for our online presence and social platforms. They even came up with billboard and TV ads that really captured who we are.

I have had the pleasure to work with community managers, brand advocates, videographers, digital media strategists, etc. They all have been helpful coming up with creative ideas and how to execute them.

We have increased out traffic to our website. We have gained a large following on our social media platforms. Our search visibility has gone up as well. They have helped us to market our walk-in clinic which increased patient visits.
