Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the head of growth at Glow Labs. An NFT loyalty rewards program on the blockchain.
For what projects/services did your company hire COUNTER CULTURE, and what were your goals?
We hired Counter Culture to help us with the branding of our company and platform. We hired them for strategy, visual identity, copywriting, social media and web development.
How did you select this vendor?
We wanted to work with an agency that is present in the local crypto space in NYC and was referred to them by one of our advisors who runs a VC in Web3.
Describe the scope of their work in detail, including any steps and the final deliverables.
After a couple of intro calls, they got straight to work. We started first with the brand strategy to figure out our story and position in the market. When this was completed we moved into the visual identity progress where they developed our logo and assets that would form the brand. When all this was done they applied this into a strong social strategy for Instagram and Twitter together with a website development.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We worked with their Creative director, project manager and brand designer.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The whole process was great. The branding helped us stand out in the market, it helped us with our raise as well as being published in several big media outlets including Forbes. Tech Crunch and CNBC.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Fluent, we never had to wait more than one day for an update. They had developed a clear well defined time timeline which was not to much off from the actual work we did. We knew every week what they were working on. Overall great experience.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their ability to make us stand out from our competitors in a space that is fairly new and doesn't have that much branding yet.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Everything went really great with them. Perhaps the only thing would be the feedback loops. We wanted to do more calls with them to run through feedback as we found it hard to communicate in emails but in the end, this didn't affect the project.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the creative director of a digital advertising agency working with Web3 brands.
For what projects/services did your company hire COUNTER CULTURE?
We needed to create content that was in line with the Web3 space. We weren't just looking for ordinary visuals but needed a whole variety of different 3D assets including 2 NFT's animations for a launch event.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Our partner referred us to them as they already did a project in the past with barbie and Forever 21
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
We had a couple of discovery calls with them including our client partner. After these discovery calls where we went through a couple of questionnaires, it took them 1 week to come back with the first round of visuals. They quickly nailed our vision and from that point on the following weeks were just smaller revisions. The NFT launch came later but also this went very smoothly.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We worked with an account manager that lead a team of two creatives. One 3D designer and one animator. Also, we worked with their blockchain developer on the NFT project.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We had a turnaround to the event of 150%, our content was shared on various social channels.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Quick communication and turn around. We had a couple of revision rounds, more then expected but we also didn't make it easy with all the stakeholders that were involved.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their creative ability to design and execute original concepts that represented the Web3 game was impressive.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
We would have loved to speak with their creative director directly other than that everything went great.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm the co-founder and CEO of an e-commerce subscription-based pet services company located in New York.
For what projects/services did your company hire CNTR , and what were your goals?
We engaged CNTR for branding services for everything from our company name to a logo and overall messaging.
How did you select this vendor?
We found them through an online search and were very impressed by their portfolio and depth or work. We also liked their team right away and thought they'd be fun to work with.
Describe the scope of their work in detail, including any steps and the final deliverables.
After providing CNTR's team with as much information about our company as possible, they helped us develop a name, logo, style guide, and various pieces of messaging (i.e., taglines, headlines, imagery, promotional work).
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We worked with about three people on their team, including a project coordinator.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We haven't yet launched, but everyone who's seen our new branding materials thus far is very impressed. The deliverables CNTR provided are extremely valuable to our team and easily transferable to other realms of our business.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
They were very organized, consistent, and professional throughout the engagement.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their team is full of young, proactive individuals with old souls. It feels as if they've been doing this type of work for decades; they're experts in branding, yet not pushy about their own opinions.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Not really, it was a smooth process and we loved every part of their collaboration.
The branding helped the company stand out in their market; they were also published in prominent publications. COUNTER CULTURE's project management was effective. They followed a clear timeline and kept the client informed about their progress. Overall, they were instrumental in the firm's success.
