I am the Treasurer of AWSC Inc. , a non for profit Ski Lodge based at Mt Buller In Victoria Australia.

We engaged Cubex to write an add-on program to our website that allows Members and Guests to automatically book accomodation through he website.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We selected Cubex from our relationship with Asif Hameed. He is a very talented Solutions Architect and Consultant.

Asif wrote bolt-on code to our existing website allowing Members and guest the opportunity to book accomodation trough the site rather than by phone.

We are to go live in November 2021.

Not really.

ALJ is now 80 years old company and is the only distributor of Toyota/Lexus/Daihatsu vehicles in entire KSA. All genuine accessorization of vehicles is handled by various BU's within ALJ group of companies. I am mainly responsible for Product Development & Digitization of vehicle services developing as a market place in IoT, AI, ML.

Developing a digital marketplace for vehicles services for all vehicles across KSA.

What were your goals for this project?

The solutions has to work as an eCom of vehicle services, package customization, deals of the day in association to applicable vehicles and it's full dynamic customization from CMS.

How did you select this vendor?

They worked on a different project and had better understandings of the business needs. There were 3 more vendors but were left due to inexperience, cost, Geo-location for continuous support and maintenance.

They developed the solution from concept to market in several iterations until product MVP was achieved.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The project is the first one of it's kind in disrupting the services provided to customers for their vehicles services.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

They had a robust agile-scrum methodology with a focus on continuous involvement and communication. Regular sprints were derived for better project impact.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Processes, Time to derive working concept mock-ups/prototype and communication.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Engineering documentations can be regularly updated with only impactful information, design, architecture included.
