We are a full-service auto repair shop. We specialize in German cars, exclusively BMWs. I am the co-owner and managing partner of the shop.

We hired CT Software Solutions to develop a custom software for us. Our goal was to have our own platform for finding and ordering parts from local vendors more efficiently than the existing ones on the market. We also wanted to have a way to track the status of the part that is being delivered to us.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The owner visited us to get modifications done on his vehicle. After a detailed conversation with him, we found out about him and his company CT Software Solutions. We did our own research about his company and the projects that his team has done. As a result, we were certain about his team and their ability to deliver a solid platform. Their portfolio had a big impact on our decision-making.

At first, we had a lengthy meeting with their lead architect Miro to explain to them what we are trying to accomplish. He gathered all the info from us and then presented it to his team to give us a quote and timeframe. It only took them a couple of days to conduct research on the possible ways to implement this and to draft the first list of deliverables and milestones accordingly.

As soon as we agreed on the price and signed the contract, they started the development of the platform. Throughout the process, they were constantly updating us with the status of the project weekly, they even gave us access to their development board so we could see daily what is being worked on. The owner himself was also involved in the day-to-day operation and was making sure that the process is moving forward as smoothly as possible.

There were 5 people working with us simultaneously . 1 backend developer, 1 frontend developer, 1 architect, 1 project manager and the owner himself.

They managed to deliver a solid platform for us that works very well. We are able to save a lot of money on finding and ordering parts. They used some creative ways to centralize all vendors info efficiently. The entire project took 4 months with no delays.

Their project manager Art was very knowledgeable, he knew his stuff very well. They utilized agile methodology to develop the platform on time. They put us on a communication app called Slack so that we could communicate with the key people.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The price that they offered to us was literally one-fourth of the price that bigger firms offered to us. In addition, their delivery time was very accurate, the quality of the platform was superb.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think they should grow their team since they do have the capability to focus on volume.

I am the President and Owner of Inclusive Estates, Inc. We specialize in real estate and commercial sales, purchases, and mortgage loan origination/finance.

We needed an advanced proprietary software to automate every part of the loan origination process for our company. Our goal was to collect and evaluate all leads in one place.

We came across CT Software Solutions through social media. After reviewing their website and portfolio, as well as customer reviewers, we were confident enough to approach them for our software development needs.

They designed and developed a custom web app by utilizing Angular and NodeJS. At first, we spent couple of discovery meetings where we discussed our business needs. They then spent some time designing the software. After our approval, they immediately started the development. The overall process was very smooth, they constantly updated us with the progress, they even provided us with Demos every 2 weeks.

4 people worked with us. 2 developers, 1 project manager and 1 designer. The CEO himself was involved in every step which I found very helpful.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

They were able to deliver the software sooner than the initial deadline. We launched the software with no difficulties. The platform is running properly, it helps and streamlines our employee's workflows significantly. Our customers even love the process of submitting the loan application through the software.

The project management process was very efficient, they utilized agile methodology. They centralized the entire process in Jira and Slack, by which we were able to communicate and know what is being worked on and what to expect as far deliveries.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their communication and speed of delivery were impressive. As far as pricing, they gave us a very fair quote, which was far less than the quotes we received from bigger firms.

AmA Supplies is a full-service distribution company that specializes in sourcing and distributing hardware and electronic components.  I am the Co-Founder of this company.

The process was very smooth and efficient. They assigned us a project manager who was in charge of the communcation between us and them. Evwerything was crystal clear, they gave us a transparent roadmap with deliverables. At the same time, the project was communcating with us constantly. They have used agile methodology for delivery, which was very effective.

We are extremely satisfied with the outcome. The platform is very solid and helpful for our cleints, they are loving it. Regarding deliverables, everything went very smooth, no deadlines missed.

We were communicating with their project mananger via email and in person. We had in person meetings every 2 weeks, that we were catching up with the project manager.

At first, we met with their business analyst Art to discuss our requirements and idea. He spent the entire day with us to understand our requirements. He then noted all of our requirements and passed them to his team. In less than 48 hours, their team already mapped out the architecture and scope of work, then they sent us a detailed document specifying the timeframe and cost.

We were shocked at how efficient the timeframe and project cost was. In a nutshell, we signed an agreement with them to start the project. The communication was very transparent and they constantly updated us with testing builds every week, by the end of each sprint. They gave us access to notion so that we could track the progress on a daily basis. Overall, the process was very smooth and they successfully delivered us a bug-free platform.

A project manager was assigned to us to be our main point of contact. They dedicated 1 full-time full stack developer, 1 full-time front end developer, and 1 part-time DevOps engineer on the development side.

Our app is able to successfully handle high traffic, the most notable feedback that we received from our retailers. Most importantly, our users love the user interface of our app.

They used agile methodology to deliver our platform. They followed a protocol called daily standups, by which they kept us in the loop of what is being worked on.

Their speed, efficiency, and the quality of their work, as they mention on their website. They delivered fast with top-notch quality.

Not that I can think of now.
