Of course there is a big success, as long as I have requests coming from website and this is converting in contracts for me. When talking to clients and asking them about their experience reading about us in website, I find out it is smoothly and presentations about our services are complete and smart described.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Super effective! They are on time always, they have always good and pertinent advices and this means a lot for me, as long as I am not experienced, but I am demanding and need to be perfect.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

In this world, everywhere and always talking only about money, from 1st time I met them and had some chats, I found them very friendly and they have their charm how a business partnership to work in a friendly way.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I am not sure they need to improve themselves! They know very well the market, they know the trends, they know what and where can be implemented at right time.

Our business stopped for a while in increasing patients so we decided to take measures in creating a landing page for balneotherapy in order to change the perspective. So we hired Cristian Media to build the landing page for advertising this sector

Our goals were to improve sales and contacts with our patients and we discovered a great potential in this method. The sales increased by the help of them.

Cristian Media were reccomeneded as a good company in a networking meeting we participated in few years ago. The solution came after a long discution and friendship with both the person who reccomended them and Cristian Media

Once we explained our goals, they came up with a short term solution to gain new visitors on our site and transform them in real clients and also long term in order to build marketing strategy of our own.

They listened to our needs and then made the proposals of this landing page. After a detailed analysis of our web site, we could came up with an online advertise based on this landing page.

After the first month we could interract really with our potential clients. More that 500 people reached our phonecalls and were explained about our therapy we offer.

Praemium Translations is a translation company, present on the Romanian market for 2 years. Our clients are individuals and legal entities. We offer translations in over 25 foreign languages but also interpreting services. I'm the administrator of the business.

The project started with consulting from Cristian Media regarding the site's platform. Then establishing the technical and text details, messages and representative images for the translation site addressed and customized to the market. The development of the site platform and the design followed.

At every step, the vendor took my vision into account, coming up with tips and suggestions where he saw fit. He showed promptness, flexibility and creativity.

The Cristian Media team consists of web developers, copywriters, technical support and customer service. For the translation project, we had an assigned project manager who took care of all aspects of the project in detail and who responds with the right solution or the right advice whenever we have a request. The team has the ability to listen patiently and attentively to the customer and then comes up with the customized solution.

Certainly the creation of the site had and has an important impact for us in relation to the translation market in which we operate. It is very important to exist in the online environment in order to be seen and subsequently contacted by potential customers. Online sales have a great impact on the business, so it helped us a lot to have the company presented in the online environment.

Project Management was very efficient, good communicator, prompt, offered the most suitable solutions and had patience in understanding our needs and desires. The deadlines were respected. The project was successfully completed.

Within a year the website started to get organic traffic. We didn`t invest any money in buying traffic in that period. It got to 100 visits a week.
