After agreeing on working together we first had communication about our services. From our side, we provided design assets, our brand guidelines, and a briefing. They sent over their timeline, a storyboard, and a style example.

From there they developed the animation for us and gave us the possibility to provide feedback in between every design-phases.

We were consistently kept in the loop. Our team was involved in reviewing scripts and casting the voice actor.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They deliver the project on time and on budget and the results were outstanding. I will work with CRFT Video again and again.

It was very effective, because all communication was through Slack and a special platform Boards, I can see progress on work there, as well as all comments and feedback, it was very easy to use. Also all deadlines were met. The team is well-organized and responsive.

They are creative, fast and very good in communications with the partners. I was impressed, how quickly they reacted during our cooperation.

We sent them a script , a color palette, guidelines, some visual concepts as well as references of the videos we liked. Then we scheduled a kick-off call with them. They informed us about each stage of the production process. We started from the storyboarding and draft illustrations. We provided feedback to CRFT Video in every step of the process and they showed great level of professionalism. They understood the idea of the project and provided a number of ideas we could use to visually show our audience the ideas we wanted to convey to them.

We have a dedicated project manager. He stayed in touch with our team from beginning till the end. They replied fast and provided excellent feedback. Each member of their team was timely and accurate. The round of revisions was simple, and they were open to making the necessary changes to accomplish our goal.

Project is still in process but for the first video results we had positive response from clients.

We needed a video that could take a lot of information and condense it into an easy to understand video that was less than 2 minutes

CRFT divided the project into four stages and kept us involved throughout. During each step, they submitted their work for approval and incorporated our feedback. The team then animated the final product and delivered it as an MP4 file.

We used a third-party program for managing the project. All assets, notes, meetings, and creatives were stored online. Their communication was very clear, and it was effortless to reach them when questions did arise.

The project only ended recently, but we’re expecting the video to receive a good response.

Our project manager was very professional and very accessible communicator. He quickly responded to questions, helped us to keep on schedule, and worked hard to make sure we received the video we were looking for

After meeting with the team, and discussing our requirements, CRFT provided me with some documentation that I filled in, it gave them as much information as they needed.

They have a camera guy in Poland, so we set a shooting day with him. They made footages, music design and the script. CRFT Video team were easy to work with and absolutely communicative through out the process .

They constantly reached out and gave fluent updated on the project and always asked for my opinion and desire for changes.

They greatly improved our video quality. Our company has little experience in the video production. We were extremely pleased with the outcome and their approach.

They sent me the script for review and we had a couple of edits until we reached our final version. We chose the voiceover from their library that fits our goal and then CRFT Video sent us the finished video.

We were provided a dedicated project manager Paul, who was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and open to feedback. Excellent process all around.

We are still working on finishing and publishing the project at the moment.

The goal was to deliver the message that by using this app you would help one step to control the Covid-19 pandemic, and it would also help them to understand their local community by knowing how many people are sick near them.

Videos are very short, about a minute each. The process started with answering a list of questions for CRFT Video and they drafted a script for it. We provided feedback and got the script for approval and also some assets (logos, photos).

Once that was complete, we received animation and voiceovers. This went through a feedback cycle until we were all set.

To create a high-quality 3D animated video that positioned our company as a high end manufacturer.

They were recommended to me by a colleague of mine. As a start-up they also made it affordable enough where it was a no-brainer on whether or not to work with them.

CRFT Video’s process was amazing. They guided the entire process from beginning to end and made it extremely easy to manage, even if you are not a video person. I can't speak more highly of how easy and simple the entire process was with them.

Our team is very happy with the video quality and content. We do not have any metrics yet but the video has received positive feedback after it was presented during our pitch presentations.

The quality of the video and creativity they infused into the production while still staying within the constraints of the industry were very impressive. We would definitely recommend them to others and work with them on other projects.

We don't have an in-house video resource for production and editing, so we looked for an external video resource that could do this project. We also were under a tight deadline to get the video completed.
