We Connect What You Say With How You Look
Creative Resort is a creative advertising agency based in the lower north shore of Sydney, Australia. Our leadership team has over 30 years of industry experience creating powerful and effective brand messages, creative advertising campaigns and visuals that have helped our clients stand out from the competition. We’re a small team who believe in doing the ground work first to truely understand your brand and what makes you unique. We are equipped strategically and creatively to execute communications across all media.
Most importantly, we believe in staying true to our values and collaborating with responsible companies that help make the world a better place.
We were engaged to develop the new positioning and creative campaign for Trina Solar’s first all-in-one solar kit; Trinahome. It was an great opportunity to show our true end-to end capacity from positioning and messaging right through to campaign creative and media launch. Working in partnership our media agency we developed the “Solar Made Simple” campaign for Trinahome. Our creative direction brought a unique and fresh approach which was designed to move away from the overly technical advertising seen from the competition. Typically getting solar on your roof is hard, with so many choices, components and brands, it’s challenging for anyone to simply purchase a system if they are not willing to spend the time doing lots of research.
We focused on making it ‘simple’ with simple messaging complemented by a simplistic and effective visual treatment using hand cut paper shapes. The result, was a truly identifiable campaign that communicated the benefits simply through our social media advertising, website and video.
RWW is one of Australia’s leading uniform and safety gear providers to industrial, commercial, retail, medical and hospitality companies and organisations. Their brief was to create a new messaging platform and brand style for their communications including the positioning and designs for their new uniform ordering App - Dataspace. Following a brand positioning, we developed the RWW Dataspace video which was used throughout their digital marketing campaign.
When ‘Pineana’ came to us looking to rebrand, our team were presented with a unique opportunity to completely re-pivot their offering taking onboard the knowledge and experience they had acquired in 6 months of ownership.
We underwent an extensive naming phase and came up with the final concept’ Koto’. This name was neat and drew upon inspiration from their Asian roots. The new Koto concept helped us to transform the outdated restaurant into a friendly food bar serving the best in ‘new age; Asian inspired food. As a result, a fresh visual identity was developed to represent the clients core values; service, quality, generosity and kindness.
Australia’s first ‘energy-tech’ brand were looking for an agency that knew the Australian retail energy landscape. Creative Resort was the perfect match. Working from scratch, we developed the brand name, visual identity, positioning, website and a innovative energy app. We were involved with the Hanwha management team from the beginning when we where developing the name. Out of many options the name ‘Nectr’ came to life and our brand story about an energy ecosystem was developed for the key messages.
CloudPrint has been a client of ours for multiple years, so we were pleasantly surprised when they asked us to refresh their website's branding and overall design. We took the task with great enthusiasm and wanted to do well by our long-term client.
CloudPrint, based in Sydney, Australia, is an industry-leading commercial printing company. For over 20 years, they have offered businesses cost-effective and innovative printing solutions that include a diverse range of services. Everything from POS campaigns to display systems, user manuals and company brochures. The all-in-one service helps businesses figure out what they need to compete in a given marketplace.
We knew that CloudPrint had a vast range of products. If visitors could see this impressive list, then they would understand the all-in-one nature of CloudPrint. Therefore, we crafted a whopping 42 product pages. By giving each product a separate page, we could go into detail and explain what they bring to the table. Informative yet to the point – exactly what website visitors are looking for.
We took care of the technical aspects such as optimizing for loading speeds, mobile devices and Search Engine Optimisation. It ensures that new customers can find the website and have an excellent browsing experience. We understand the importance of first impressions and an intuitive navigation system, so we spared no expense in designing a modern website that stands out.
For a long time the printing industry has been in a ‘race to the bottom’ on price and small printers have been perceived as simple quick-print and graphic design services.
The Digital Centre had a different situation because they had recently sold all of their printing equipment and decided to rely on their printing industry partners and expert skills in print management.
With this we needed to position them very differently from other printers while still giving them a professional printer feel. We determined that they were more like ‘an agency’ than a traditional print shop.
Working with their founding partner, we helped TDC to identify their strengths and communicate their unique value propositions through an intensive messaging program.
Following the messaging stage we continued conceptual development for their brand, creating a unique style which focussed on innovative printing techniques to highlight their production skills.
We have recently had the opportunity to work on a brand identity for a cutting edge tech product which is in the process of developing comfortable, easy to use and precise wearable medical devices and technologies designed to deliver better health and a better life. The essence of our brand is simply... better.
A better offering, a better technology, better service, better health, better patient practitioner relationships, better monitoring and management of ailments, a better life and, at the end of the day, a better way to work and support those whose life is coming to a close.
The elements of the brand consists of the stylish black and grey colour with it’s circular pattern that conveys the embedded sensors in the fabrics. As well as the individual colours for each of the product categories for Health, Sport, Medical and Respond.
