I'm the CEO of TradexlGraphics, and we provide graphic design services like image manipulation, ghost mannequin, and image retouching to clients in the US, UK, and Canada.

We needed help on improving our Google ranking. 

What was the scope of their involvement?

Creative Niloy implements improvements to make my website rank higher on Google, and they use SEMrush to monitor our SEO performance. They also run PPC campaigns on Facebook and Google.

I work with 2–4 people, consisting of a digital marketer and SEO experts.

I looked for SEO experts in Bangladesh using Google and found Creative Niloy. I engaged with them, and we had 2–3 meetings after our contract signing.

I have spent almost $1,500 on the SEO project and $100 on Google and Facebook ads.

We started working together in December 2018, and it’s ongoing.

Creative Niloy’s efforts led to positive results and my website now ranks fifth place on Google, and even second place for some keywords. Further, we rank first place on 80% of our target keywords. Due to Creative Niloy’s hard work, my site ranks high in the US and Bangladesh, and so, our sales and conversion increased. 

How didCreative Niloyperform from a project management standpoint?

Overall communication is good — they actively explain challenges and everything we need to know. We use Google Meets and email for communication. We meet every two weeks and they provide a report every month. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Creative Niloy is an excellent website developer, and they have the best knowledge in website development and advanced ranking strategies.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They can improve on their time management and project scheduling so they can meet deadlines. Creative Niloy’s team is hard-working, but we still have problems with our ranking and it's taking too much time. The SEO project was only for four months and they're already on the fifth month. We agreed that they will work for another month, with additional tasks.

Any advice for potential customers?

Overall, compared to their competitors in Bangladesh, they're the best and no one can compete with them.
