Introduce your business and what you do there.

I'm a brand manager at a marketing and research company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Creative Licence Digital?

We were looking for a vendor to develop three apps for the Australian market.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Creative Licence Digital developed three applications for iOS and Android that offer tips on how to roast meat, cook steak, and choose different meat cuts. Customers can learn where the cuts are located in different animals, the time it'll take to cook a particular cut, and other useful details. The apps are available in the App Store and Google Play store and we're constantly improving them, incorporating feedback from our clients.

What is the team composition?

We mostly worked with Brook (Project Manager, Creative Licence Digital).

How did you come to work with Creative Licence Digital?

The relationship started before I joined the company.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent between $50,000–$100,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

The development started in October 2013 and was completed in March 2014.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

A lot of people in the U.S. and Australia use the apps for cooking and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. The apps have had a positive impact on our business and our content has contributed to the increase in sales.

How did Creative Licence Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

They're very receptive to feedback and help us add new features when our customers request them. We mostly use email to communicate and they always respond quickly. Also, they send us a monthly report with all the updates.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They're very friendly and easy-going.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It’s hard to say because we're not working on actual projects with them at the moment.
