We hired Creatif Agency to help us with rebranding (including logo redesign, the full branding package), web design (we had to renew our website), development and ongoing SEO and Marketing campaigns.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We chosen Creatif Agency based on the fact that they offer full services. We preferred to make all the things with only one company. They offered everything that we needed.

We started with the logo, then the branding scheme - they provided us each versions in digital format, then for the website design they designed it in Figma. The website was developed in Wordpress, they also provided us hosting within their service package.

We discussed only with their CEO

After our new branding, the clients started to notice the changes, and even told us, they chosen to work with us because of our well designed website.

We discussed with their CEO on WhatsApp and Telegram. I'm not aware of their PM.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We love their response time and professionalism. This is the reason why we chose to continue working with them, on full SEO and Marketing campaigns.

Our website was created 2 years ago and the scaling has been a big issue. The ild website design was outdated with multiple SEO issues which had to be dealt with asap as the users on the website was growing.

We looked online for a development agency and we saw various reviews they had and decided to give it a go. We had two other agencies we contracted and it was horrible. The project was delayed by 12 months.

The team performed outstanding. I personally cannot believe this type of work has been done in only 4 months. The work is pixel perfect.

I had contact with a PM manager to streamline the communication. He knew what i wanted from the first discussions.

We launched by the end of August and our search appearance has already increased with 20% and we have over 35% traffic increased.

We mostly used Telegram & zoom calls to ensure we’re up to date. Timelines were pretty straightforward. Design — Development— Bug Fixing— GoLive

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The pixel perfect work in such a short time. Very professional team and everything I asked extra was done by them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

To be honest, I don’t think there is something at the moment. We have already booked them for other websites and more improvements for the current one.

I’m the owner of Productivity Machining, a startup machinery company. We mainly do tire handling.

I had an idea of how I wanted my website to look like, so I made a sketch and presented it to Creatif Agency. They then designed and developed my website from scratch. The functionalities included a contact page and an order application form for our customers.

I’m very satisfied with the development and design of my website. Creatif Agency is highly unique and professional — I don't think there's another team like them. I’ve received a lot of positive feedback about the quality of their web design work, and that also serves as one of my main business metrics.

We mainly communicate via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls, but we also have in-person meetings since our offices are also in close proximity. Creatif Agency has a dependable project management approach. They respect deadlines and make thorough reports — I don't find the need to call them for clarifications or additional information. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re very creative. which makes them different from other providers. Apart from that, their team is keen on getting things done and making results happen for my business.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't think there are areas that need improvement. I'm delighted with their services — I'd hire them as my employees if I had the chance!

Creatif Agency is the reason I’m in business right now. They were the only company that could fix my website development problems — I made a good decision when I decided to hire them. 

However, I cannot confidently quantify the impact of their work on my business yet.

Creatif Agency had good project management; they communicated well and were very professional. Flavius coordinated the project, and their team completed the work without any issues within 2–3 weeks. Their team was available at all times, including the weekends. I usually communicated with them through phone calls, WhatsApp, and Telegram.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Creatif Agency’s great communication and availability really sets them apart from the competition; I’ve never heard of a company as accessible to clients as they are. 

I am working on a few other projects right now, and when I need to develop websites for them, I’m going to hire Creatif Agency because of how much I liked their work on this project.

From a service perspective, Creatif Agency was outstanding; there is nothing they can improve.
