We started working together in January 2022, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen an increase in our online visibility and social media reach and engagement, thanks to Crantia Technologies’ work. Our Google ranking also went up.

How did Crantia Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

Crantia Technologies has performed well in terms of project management. They always deliver their work 2–3 days ahead of schedule.

We primarily communicate through phone calls, but we also have weekly meetings through Zoom. We use Google Drive to share documents and spreadsheets to track and share progress reports.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re most impressed with Crantia Technologies’ excellent communication. They constantly provide us with updates, and they’re incredibly attentive to our needs and requests.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They do everything organically, but I think it would be better if they could also offer to manage ad campaigns for engagements with certain types of audiences.

I’m the director and one of the partners of Royal Flavours, a cake production company. We mostly create custom cakes for clients.

We didn’t have a website initially, but once we started receiving more orders, we felt that we needed to create one.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Crantia has designed and developed a WordPress website for us from scratch. First, I let them know how I wanted it to look, what colors I wanted them to use, and what functionality I needed on it. Then, they came back with a detailed proposal and started working on it after my approval.

Recently, Crantia began helping me with SEO, and I’m also planning to get their services for digital marketing, Google Ads, and social media advertising. Additionally, I have an additional business for which they’ve also provided me with services.

Initially, I was in touch with Crantia’s marketing team. Since then, I’ve worked with the team lead, a graphic designer, and a WordPress developer.

I found them through a Google search; they appeared on top of search results. I liked their work and felt they would be good for this project.

We started working with them in February 2022, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Given that the SEO efforts are recent and we haven’t launched the website yet, we don’t have any results. Still, once the site is completed, it will be easier for us to share it with our audience so that they can see our products and we can get more clients.

How did Crantia Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

From the start, Crantia provided me with timeframes and project details, and so far, everything has been delivered on time. Although they suggested using Jira to manage the project, I told them that I was more familiar with Google Sheets. Thus, we’ve been sharing project details through spreadsheets, and we’ve been using Google Meet as our main channel of communication.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Crantia is very open to creating any type of design, and they keep up to date with current technologies.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. There isn’t anything I can say that needs to be improved.

I am the project manager at Commandtech CAD & IT, a group of companies that handles engineering-related jobs across the globe.

We engaged Crantia to run a website development project.

Crantia designed and developed a new website from scratch for our firm in WordPress. Their team led several meetings focused on determining our design preferences. We requested that the site represent our services while also displaying previous projects in each region where we work, from the Middle East to Europe. The new design retained our existing logo and color palette, but they added several new web pages.

I was primarily in contact with the project manager, and an additional 4–5 teammates from Crantia worked on the project.

Our engagement with Crantia was from October 2021–January 2022. 

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We were satisfied with Crantia's work because everything was done within our timeline and requirements. We've gotten more leads and connections from the new site. Now that the development is complete, we plan to work with their team on SEO — they're scoping the SEO project now. I was so pleased with Crantia's work that I've recommended their services to my colleagues.

It was easy to contact Crantia — their team was responsive and had weekly meetings with me through Google Meet. Their team delivered within our budget.

Optimized and fast loading WebPages.

Website gave as a good mileage in our business. Website did met our expectation.

We did regular meeting and the project was delivered on schedule. communications were mostly via gmail, google meets and telephonic conversations.

They were customer-friendly, and their timely delivery met our expectations.

Some Minor corrections were there which crantia was most happy to review and rectify.

I’m the director of Educare Global Limited, and we’re an educational company that provides training for overseas nurses coming to the UK.

I only started my company a year ago, and we didn’t have a website. I needed help developing a website.

Crantia is very professional, and they pay attention to details. They give importance even to our minor needs. In addition, they are always approachable and available whenever we need to speak with them.

Before developing the website using WordPress, their team created wireframes and other design materials, which they sent over for our team's approval. We just launched the website this month, so there are no quantitative metrics to share yet.

Skizzle Technolabs is a product engineering company based in Kochi, Kerala. I'm working as Lead, Digital Marketing there.

For what projects/services did your company hire Crantia Technologies, and what were your goals?

Our company is brand new and we didn't have a website. As we are a small team, we thought to outsource our website development work to a great company who can work for us while we take care of other business activities. Crantia Technologies did a great job in doing so. With an intuitive yet powerful website, we are aiming to bring in more business.

We searched online for many vendors inside India. We found Crantia Technologie online and discussed with them and informed our requirements and they were good to go. Moreover, their past projects helped us to choose them as our website development vendor.

We had a kick-off meeting with them to discuss our requirements, goals, and objectives. From there, the team came up with a design for our home page. Once the homepage design was finalized they start working on the service and solution page design along with the development of the home page in WordPress.

Vijith, the company's owner was directly coordinating with us. However, there was a team of designers and developers behind the scene.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have seen an improvement in the SERP and we are happy with the outcome of Skizzle's brand new website.

We had weekly updates. They were very prompt in providing all the updates before EOD every week. In case they had any requirements from us, Crantia used to email us or in case of emergency, they had called us.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What makes us really happy is the prompt response from Crantia to all our queries. Moreover, the welcoming nature to any suggestion from us was mind-blowing. They also offered us 6 months of assistance after the website launch.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There were some minor corrections and suggestions in the design. When we asked them to recreate the design they were happy to do so.

I’m the director of the educational platform iLearn IAS.

What challenge were you trying to address with Crantia Technologies?

We decided to develop an online platform because of COVID-19.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Crantia Technologies created a proposal based on our requirements, and we started the development from there. The platform was built on the CodeIgniter PHP framework with an HTML frontend. They built it to include a student section and an admin panel, too. 

The platform is finished, but we’re planning more features for it, as well as developing a mobile version. Crantia Technologies will also provide digital marketing services once the platform is launched.

I was in contact with two people from Crantia Technologies. I shared all the details with the project manager, and I was also in contact with the developer, once the work started.

We’d developed a website with them a long time ago. We got quotes from other companies as well, but Crantia Technologies had the best proposal and they understood our requirements.

The cost of the platform was around $10,000.

We worked with Crantia Technologies between June–December 2020 on the platform, but we’ll continue using their services after the site is launched.

The platform they developed is working perfectly. The frontend is user-friendly, too.

Everything was managed through Google Sheets, and they gave us frequent updates. Crantia Technologies split the project into 3–4 milestones, and they gave us demos after each one.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They understood what we were looking for and were good in terms of development.

No, everything has gone fine, so far.

Crantia Technologies did well on our platform, so I don’t have any specific advice. I’d definitely recommend them to others.

I’m the marketing manager of Radianz, a design-build firm. We’ve been in the industry for the past 20 years. In 2019, we were awarded two awards for the best design-build firm in South India.

We were looking for someone to rebuild our website and our corporate structure. All we had was a single-page website. We wanted to be able to completely showcase what we do.

Crantia Technologies developed our website using WordPress. They also did the UX/UI design. The website the vendor created includes a chat function. Overall, everything we needed was integrated with the website. 

We’re not selling any products on our website. Instead, we’re concentrating fully on the services we offer. The team also developed customized designs that followed our requirements.

From the start, they were really helpful, answering all our calls. There were 4–5  instances where we met in the office to discuss our requirements. At that time, they also did mockups. After the mockups, we proceeded to the finishing stages.

They developed a web platform for us and extended their support for maintenance. The platform contains news updates for all students. I gave them requirements regarding how I wanted both the design and the backend to look. They worked to deliver upon those specs. Now, we’re considering giving them another project.
