Unique online training resource to upskill
We carefully analyzed the requirements and built a new system from the ground up, retiring WP and providing the client with a new system with scalable architecture, expendable features, and powerful capabilities for simultaneous training with a large audience. The academy portal had the following features (but was not limited to) in development and release:
- Virtual classrooms for online courses;
- Script and presentation of virtual training (lesson constructor);
- User roles: trainer, administrator, student – and corresponding permissions, access and user flow;
- Classrooms for teachers and students with a list of upcoming classes, notes, etc.;
- System of notifications and reminders;
- Offline training (self-education and self-assessment);
- Knowledge base with podcasts, instructional videos, and more, accessible to different types of users.

Custom CRM with automated invoicing component
We did a proper discovery phase and captured what the current solution provides and what improvements requires, along with additional features. We migrated product to a safer framework with LTS (long-term support) version for better security, stability and performance. We had to do a good amount of refactoring to ensure features are working smooth and bugs-free. The product included the following features set:
- Database of clients and related cases;
- Contract details, cases types and pricing information;
- Detailed case logs with all information added and presented in a format of a journal with time stamps;
- Creation of invoices and automated regular billing on a defined cycle;
- Tracking of expenses and payments from clients on their cases.

Large and popular Media resource
Working together with website’s ideator and owner – Kate Panova, Andrey Svyrydov created a well-performing and SEO-friendly system that empowers millions of readers with high-quality information. 📖 Rubic.us noted an opportunity here to bring together those who can provide excellent law consultations and services in the immigration law, and those who very much need those. Change of place to live often creates a challenge of being cut from known communities and the gap between finding new friends and colleagues who could recommend a good lawyer. Backed up with successful cases, very relevant stories and educational materials, Rubic.us gives to their readers and clients a full service of helping to immigrate with proper legal support. 💻 The project included redesign, new functional creation, performance optimization, Adds optimization, SEO promotion.

SaaS for Amazon sellers
🔎 Web application started as MVP and grew to a good web solution for those, who sell online using one popular marketplace. Core application was built during 6 months. 📖 We did the analysis of all challenges and pitfalls that our customers had in this selling process. Also took a look at competitors. Main signal for us to start this work was that we got a positive engagement from people we interviewed. 💻 Features delivered: -- Autoresponder: sending e-mails to customers right from the tool; -- Keyword Rank Tracker: monitoring of positions of the keywords in Amazon’s search -- Seller Feedback Tracker: notifies seller about new feedback -- Product review tracker: alerts seller about new product review post -- BSR Tracker: monitoring of the BSR on every product 🔧 Technology used: Product is built on PHP 7.1, Laravel framework. We used the following tech stack to breath life into the app: - AWS SES for sending and receiving e-mails; - AWS RDS as solution for the database; - AWS EB served for load balancing; - AWS CW provided us with logs; - AWS Lambda worked perfectly for sorting income e-mail and forwarding data to the server; - Redis handled queues.

Educational community for space-based research
DreamKit project aimed on building an educational community where space-based research and space-based projects will be available to all students, from primary to post-doctorate, to the International Space Station and beyond. The portal aimed on providing a knowledge base and community space for sharing research information.

“They’ve understood the project much better than anyone else and been able to implement quick solutions.”

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder and CEO of a marketplace in the music industry that connects musicians with venues for booking live music shows.
What challenge were you trying to address with Corpsoft.io?
We needed a partner that could help us develop our MVP so that we could do product market testing for our business model.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Corpsoft.io has helped us develop our MVP from scratch. First, we went into a robust discovery phase that lasted five months. After that, we jumped into the development phase, which lasted about 3–4 months. As for the technology stack, we’ve used PHP for the backend, HTML5 for the frontend, and Elasticsearch for the search engine, and we’ve integrated other third-party APIs into the system.
Although we owned the design process, Corpsoft.io also brought in a designer who helped us fill in the gaps. Currently, they monitor the product. Their services include product maintenance and bug fixing as part of the contract we signed.
Our platform has a database that allows buyers of live music shows to search for musicians based on three key components: location, availability, and keywords such as genre, event type, hashtags, and band names. The search results rank musicians based on those criteria using a series of algorithmic ranking functions. Then, buyers can select musicians, see their profiles, and book them directly on our platform. After selecting the musician, our platform takes the user to a payment system integrated into the backend to process the booking payment.
What is the team composition?
We’ve worked with around six people from Corpsoft.io, including a senior developer, a designer, a project manager, and two lower-level developers. Still, everyone from their team joins our weekly calls, from the CEO and other people in senior roles to the regular developers.
How did you come to work with Corpsoft.io?
We found them through research, using an application that helped us find hundreds of thousands of different development agencies. We then launched an RFP and vetted around 50 different companies internationally, including Corpsoft.io. We were looking for a partner that would be able you build our MVP and consult on the technologies and features within a specific budget. We ultimately chose them because their proposal and budget met our needs.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent around $35,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in November 2021, and our engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Corpsoft.io is excellent at developing MVPs, which is why we hired them initially. They’re very fast at implementing features, and they’ve helped us test a lot of functions faster than other companies would. Additionally, they’re quick at identifying and solving bugs amidst development phases.
How did Corpsoft.io perform from a project management standpoint?
Corpsoft.io is great at staying on budget — the budget they initially provided is the budget we ended up spending. As for project management, they’re very communicative, and their project management team is top-notch. Although they’ve missed a few deadlines, those delays have been attributable to the Russian Invasion of Ukraine. We use GitHub, Jira, and Userback to manage the project and track bugs, and we communicate via Slack.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Corpsoft.io is extremely agile and available, but communication is probably their main strength. From the beginning, they’ve understood the project much better than anyone else and been able to implement quick solutions. Whenever we’ve had misunderstandings, we’ve been able to jump on calls and communicate our needs better.
Are there any areas they could improve?
It would be great if Corpsoft.io improved their QA. They’re very good at implementing features very fast, but through that process, they don’t test as much as we would like.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Focus heavily on the discovery phase, iron out all the details, and pay attention to the design process. The discovery and design phases will help you answer a lot of questions.

Mobile App Dev for Virtual Back-Office Solution Company
“We could mention their technical expertise and wonderful work, but communication is their most impressive trait.”
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the COO at My Office Help, a virtual back-office solution for the home services industry. We primarily provide scheduling and dispatching services for plumbers, electricians, heating and cooling, and electrical services, as well as business coaching, marketing, accounting, and bookkeeping services.
What challenge were you trying to address with Corpsoft.io?
We had several inefficient processes, or in many cases, we lacked procedures because we didn’t have the infrastructure to support what we needed, mainly when it came to managing employees, HR opportunities within the bounds of the law, tracking our calls, performance indicators, hiring applicants, and getting electronic signatures for documents. We knew that getting our own platform was essential for that.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Corpsoft.io helps us with mobile app development. Whenever we think we’re getting done, we come up with half a dozen new things we want to add. They’re always more than happy to do them for us. Initially, we had a couple of Zoom calls to establish the scope. We sent some information and gave them the source code for the platform. Then, they came up with a comprehensive set of options.
The app is built with a Laravel framework; it uses JavaScript and PHP and is hosted on an Amazon server. The prime backend duties and core features are tracking the payroll and time records for employees, tracking paperwork for HR, getting electronic signatures and authorizations, managing legal intricacies, tracking our inbound and outbound calls, doing comprehensive reporting, sending records of every call to our clients, and having a client backend that they can log in and access the service area. It’s universal, but it’s a progressive web app rather than a traditional store-based app. It produces instant updates rather than having to re-download and update the existing application.
Additionally, our applicant tracking system launches next week; they’ve built it from scratch. We’ll be able to move away from Indeed and have our internal pipeline system. We currently have one team working on UX/UI, one on infrastructure, and one on feature requests.
What is the team composition?
Currently, we have three teams working on specific elements of the platform. We’ve interacted with the CEO, but our primary contact is with Kateryna (Product Delivery Manager) and Darya (Product Management & Operations). We also communicate with two team leads that manage our account.
How did you come to work with Corpsoft.io?
We initially advertised on Fiverr. Someone in Pakistan built a nonfunctional basic app version for a couple of thousand dollars. It became unusable, so we went back to Fiverr. Corpsoft.io’s CEO approached us and gave us a quote. They weren’t the cheapest, but they weren’t the most expensive. Also, they had a more robust and cooperative system that allowed us to visualize and manage the project.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent over $60,000 so far. We work in sprints of $2,500–$3,000 every two weeks.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in April 2021, and our relationship is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
In our case, there are many complex factors, but we can boil it down to the time we’ve saved. The more calls we can take, the more capacity we have without further expenditure. In monetary terms, we’ve easily saved $200,00 a year from the efficiencies they’ve created with this platform. Also, we’ve received an incalculable amount of new business from people who see our platform, which is significantly more advance than any of our competitors. We’re just blown away by the complexity and feel of it.
Although we can’t avoid bugs, the system we have now is much better than the one the Pakistani company used. Also, we have a live staging site. They build the features on their development site and release them to the staging site, which allows us to play around with them. Then, they stress test it and do a full test. Once we’re satisfied with it, they make adjustments or refinements and release it to the product app. However, some features are so complex that they can only be tested live.
How did Corpsoft.io perform from a project management standpoint?
They use Jira to manage the workflow, and we work with a SCRUM-based system. They’ve never failed a deadline. They assign a number of points through the Jira system and usually exceed that target.
We have a Slack channel, but we reserve it for bug fixing in emergencies so we’re not cluttering the channel. It can be 12:00 a.m. or 1:00 a.m. for them, but they’re still very responsive. They usually solve issues in less than 15 minutes. On the other hand, feedback and feature requests go in emails.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We could mention their technical expertise and wonderful work, but communication is their most impressive trait. They’re a Ukrainian company in the middle of the Russian Invasion, and they haven’t slowed down in the slightest. Despite having their home city destroyed, moving, scattering their teams, and subbing work to Lithuania and Poland, they’ve never missed a sprint.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I don’t think so.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Communication is a two-way street; it can only function if it’s met with more communication. The only times we’ve come close to missing a deadline have been when we don’t deliver feedback on time. You have to be actively involved in providing input and refining the vision — that way, the project will be better, and it’ll be completed faster.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm the owner of a management consulting firm which supports entrepreneurs to sell or get successful fundraise for their business, as well as serves a special formula for investors to experience the procedure of starting tech startup to exit it in 18months.
For what projects/services did your company hire Corpsoft.io, and what were your goals?
The special formula above named Startup Factory does not have a in-house engineering team. Corpsoft.io is developing many different types of web services for Startup Factory. We source the best services to localize to Japanese market from the US mainly and set up a project with Corpsoft.io to complete the copy of the services.
Corpsoft.io define the MVP of the services and develop them to meet the needs. We translate all needed materials to release the services in Japan, grow it to meet a certain KPIs and sell them to Japanese big enterprises.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We found them through upwork and their visions shared through our online interview matched us.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
We had a kick-off meeting for each projects to discuss our goals and objectives. From there, the team delivered the MVP structure and the schedule for each services which we asked them to copy. After a few iterations, their team started the development for the MVP.
We had weekly meetings to meet the schedule and they have never missed the due. There are couple of web services launching in August 2021 in Japan developed y them and a few more projects are ongoing.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
A project manager and a full stack developer were main point of contact throughout the process. There is a couple of more people behind the scenes to manage the quality of the deliverables and also back-up engineer whenever needed.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
The initial investors of each projects are very happy with their deliverables basically. We have not launched the services in public, and are working on final polishing of each services. It has been taking more time than expected for the final polish since there are quite a few small bugs after their first delivery.
However, it often happens when you develop complex web services and we are happy to work together with them to find out the best way to speed up the procedure.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
We have a twice-a-week stand-ups with their project manager and the full stack developer as well as email updates whenever needed. If there were any concerns, they let us know asap so that we could discuss them for the best and fastest solutions. We use email, slack mainly since my team and investors prefer them. They are open to use any other communication tools such as Jira, Github etc.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their reporting system and the commitment to keep the due date were the key factor for us to feel comfortable during our collaboration. Also, their intelligence which gets your points immediately serves us very well.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
The first deliverables have quite a few minor bugs. Their response was very quick but the bugs are still under fixing. We have figured out the cause and are working on minimizing these minor bugs.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO and founder of my company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Corpsoft.io?
I searched for people who could develop a website for my business, implement the algorithm, and turn it from an Excel-based algorithm to an actual web page.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Corpsoft-io did the implementation and development of the website from scratch. I handed them the UI/UX designs, and they implemented them for the frontend and backend.
After that, they uploaded it to the server and made the changes that I had asked them to. They did two different designs, and both came out of my needs and the content I provided. There have been two significant design changes and some minor ones along the way.
What is the team composition?
I work with two designers and a project manager.
How did you come to work with Corpsoft.io?
I initially found them on Fiverr.
How much have you invested in them?
I’ve spent around $15,000 with them so far.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in April 2020, and the engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The quality of their work is excellent. I don’t have any reference to compare it to, but all the things I have asked them to implement, they have done to my satisfaction.
How did Corpsoft.io perform from a project management standpoint?
When we began, they performed very well. In the last few months, I think this area has declined a little bit. But I’m overall satisfied. In terms of communication, we used a shared spreadsheet initially, but since then, we have continued our communication on Slack and video calls.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their communication skills are outstanding. They’re responsive, and I enjoy working with them.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I would think that they should come with more experienced problem solving and do things more professionally. The frontend is not pixel perfect every time, which I expect them to be.
From a design point of view, designs should be checked and not left hanging for me to discover that it doesn’t work on some other device that isn’t the exact screen size that they used in their development.

Please describe your company and your position there.
Purple Office is a co-working and meeting room hire venue for business owners, staff and freelancers, who need a professional place to work away from home or their usual office.
For what projects/services did your company hire Corpsoft.io, and what were your goals?
We wanted to develop a web application which could handle access control to the office space without having to manually issue keys or door codes to our members. The app also has to manage a bespoke, flexible billing system by the hour and keep track of who is in the office at any time.
How did you select Corpsoft.io and what were the deciding factors?
Corpsoft.io were very quick to respond to our request for tender. Not only was the response extremely fast (we were on a tight deadline), the quality of the project planning and scope was unbelievably good considering how quickly it was produced. They clearly listened to our brief very well because they immediately began asking very precise and sensible questions to get the finer details exactly right.
Often they would pick up on complications that we had not foreseen, and usually had already come up with an acceptable or even an elegant solution.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
We provided a high-level brief based on an earlier wireframe, then had a short series of introductory phone calls to agree the project scope and sprint structure for the development work. The work commenced immediately and we used Slack to communicate regularly on the project progress, to report feedback, additional feature requests and bug fixes.
We had 3 sprint cycles which produced a very comprehensive and viable end product. The finished app was made live by the Corpsoft team on their recommended hosting platform, and they were very thorough in dealing with any bug fixes and adjustments to the application logic throughout the process.
How many resources from the Corpsoft.io team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We had three main points of contact. From our perspective Darya was our main point of contact, with Andrey the technical lead and Stan providing the main bulk of development, all of whom were in regular contact with us.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We have begun to see live sign-ups on the app by our members with no complications so far. The payment and credit system recommended by Corpsoft has proven to be a very sensible decision as it has allowed us a lot of flexibility to manage customer billings, where we sometimes need to negotiate prices.
The finished product objectively meets all the criteria we set out in the brief and has also accommodated several extra requests and changes along the way.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Communication from Corpsoft has been unbeatable. They respond to everything in a practical manner and in a quick time. We were able to communicate with them on our terms, in our own way, and they have adapted to this without any problems at all.
Darya has been excellent at organising our ideas and feedback, and turning them into actionable tasks in the sprint schedule with a sensible order of priority. Language barrier has not been a problem in any way.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The quality and speed of their planning, prioritising and organisational skills, and no issues communicating between languages even when we're discussing complex problems.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
No - there is honestly nothing they could have done better.
