App Control de Carga is a mobile application that allows the principal's actors of the Natural Gas Vehicle conversion system in Mexico to consult information on their operations in real-time from the Control de Carga main control platform. Also, allows them to provide relevant information to end customers.

Control de Carga Main Control is a technological platform in the cloud that allows the administration of fuel station networks (Liquid, NGV, LPG, LNG, among others) and management of operations such as financing, collections, conversions of fuel to NGV, customer loyalty, etc. Currently, it supports business models of the most important oil companies in Colombia and is the software with the greatest coverage in Mexico in the Oil & Gas sector.

We designed and created a mobile App for this multinational oil company, which allows them to manage their fleet clients in Colombia. With this technological solution, we accomplished to optimize processes through the connection of administrative and commercial functions, all this from the comfort and simplicity of a mobile device.
Check In App mobile design
Thinking of an application that will provide immediately when managing the travel information of its customers, Consware designed the Brasilia mobile app for the boarding and disembarkation process, which allows users to check-in, consult routes, and cancel boarding passes.
Some of the main functionalities of the App are:
1. Digital boarding pass (QR Code).
2. Web registration.
3. Integration with Wallet or PassBook.
4. Control of boarding and disembarking.

Introduce your business and what you do there
I'm the CIO of a logistics and transportation company.
What challenges were you trying to address with Consware?
We had different projects with Consware, but for this particular one, we needed their team to lead our cloud migration and software development efforts.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We've kicked off our engagement with Consware through a global assessment of our needs and project goals. Upon finalizing our discussion, their team has devised custom agile methodologies and delegated tasks across different modules. Consware's team of developers continues to define technical requirements and work on initial design and development deliverables to accomplish our four existing modules. Our tech stack is currently comprised of .Net technologies, Microsoft, and Azure's cloud functionalities.
What was the team composition?
We work with around 10–12 resources, with Consware's general manager as our main point of contact.

Consware's team was referred to us.
How much have you invested in them?
We've spent about $541,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our ongoing engagement with Consware started in January 2021 and is expected to conclude by January–February 2023.

There aren't any quantitative metrics to share at this point since the development phase is still ongoing. Our current KPIs revolve around quality and timeliness, and Consware meets these qualifications diligently.
How did Consware perform from a project management standpoint?
We communicate via WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, and email and rely on Github and Azure for project management. What we appreciate about Consware's project management is their willingness to make things work. They also have a dedicated resource assigned to different pipelines, so there's always someone we can consult.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Consware has a tailored approach that stems from their industry experience and reliable knowledge in utilizing Azure tools.
Are there any areas they could improve?
We'll appreciate more resources in the project management pipeline, so developers and designers can focus on their own deliverables.
